Psalms 143
1 A Psalm of David. O LORD, hear my prayer, give ear to my supplications; in Thy faithfulness answer me, and in Thy righteousness.
೧ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸು; ನನ್ನ ಬಿನ್ನಹಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ನೀತಿ ಸತ್ಯತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು.
2 And enter not into judgment with Thy servant; for in Thy sight shall no man living be justified.
೨ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಮಾಡಬೇಡ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಜೀವಿಯೂ ನೀತಿವಂತನಲ್ಲ.
3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath crushed my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
೩ವೈರಿಯು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಜೀವವನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಜಜ್ಜಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಬಹು ಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಸತ್ತವರಂತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
4 And my spirit fainteth within me; my heart within me is appalled.
೪ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವು ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗಿದೆ; ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬೆರಗಾಗಿದೆ.
5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Thy doing; I muse on the work of Thy hands.
೫ಹಳೆಯ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪುಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ;
6 I spread forth my hands unto Thee; my soul thirsteth after Thee, as a weary land. (Selah)
೬ಕೈಚಾಚಿ ಬೇಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಒಣನೆಲವು ನೀರಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೇಗೋ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವು ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ತವಕಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. (ಸೆಲಾ)
7 Answer me speedily, O LORD, my spirit faileth; hide not Thy face from me; lest I become like them that go down into the pit.
೭ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಬೇಗನೆ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸು; ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವು ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗಿದೆ. ನೀನು ವಿಮುಖನಾದರೆ ಸಮಾಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದವರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಸಮಾನನಾಗಿರುವೆನು.
8 Cause me to hear Thy lovingkindness in the morning, for in Thee do I trust; cause me to know the way wherein I should walk, for unto Thee have I lifted up my soul.
೮ಹೊತ್ತಾರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ನನಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಲಿ; ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನಲ್ಲಾ. ನಾನು ನಡೆಯತಕ್ಕ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸು; ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
9 Deliver me from mine enemies, O LORD; with Thee have I hidden myself.
೯ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಮೊರೆಹೊಕ್ಕಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸು.
10 Teach me to do Thy will, for Thou art my God; let Thy good spirit lead me in an even land.
೧೦ನಿನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯಲು ನನಗೆ ಕಲಿಸು, ನನ್ನ ದೇವರು ನೀನಲ್ಲವೋ? ಶುಭಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಮದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಿ.
11 For Thy name's sake, O LORD, quicken me; in Thy righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.
೧೧ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸಮಾಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ನೀತಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ವಿಪತ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸು.
12 And in Thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that harass my soul; for I am Thy servant.
೧೨ನನಗೆ ಕೃಪೆತೋರಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ವೈರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿಬಿಡು. ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕಂಟಕರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡಿದುಹಾಕು; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಲ್ಲವೇ.
