Psalms 141
1 A Psalm of David. LORD, I have called Thee; make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I call unto Thee.
Gospode, vièem k tebi, pohiti k meni, èuj glas moljenja mojega, kad vièem k tebi.
2 Let my prayer be set forth as incense before Thee, the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
Nek izaðe molitva moja kao kad pred lice tvoje, dizanje ruku mojih kao prinos veèernji.
3 Set a guard, O LORD, to my mouth; keep watch at the door of my lips.
Postavi, Gospode, stražu kod jezika mojega, èuvaj vrata usta mojih.
4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to be occupied in deeds of wickedness with men that work iniquity; and let me not eat of their dainties.
Ne daj srcu mojemu da zastrani na zle pomisli, da èini djela bezbožna s ljudima koji postupaju nepravedno; i da ne okusim sladosti njihovijeh.
5 Let the righteous smite me in kindness, and correct me; oil so choice let not my head refuse; for still is my prayer because of their wickedness.
Neka me bije pravednik, to je milost; neka me kara, to je ulje za glavu moju; glava moja neæe odbaciti, ako æe i više; nego je molitva moja protiv zloæe njihove.
6 Their judges are thrown down by the sides of the rock; and they shall hear my words, that they are sweet.
Rasuše se po kamenijem vrletima sudije njihove, i èuše rijeèi moje kako su blage.
7 As when one cleaveth and breaketh up the earth, our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth. (Sheol h7585)
Kao kad ko sijeèe i teše, tako se razletješe kosti naše do èeljusti paklenijeh. (Sheol h7585)
8 For mine eyes are unto Thee, O GOD the Lord; in Thee have I taken refuge, O pour not out my soul.
Ali su k tebi, Gospode, Gospode, upravljene oèi moje, u tebe se uzdam, nemoj odbaciti duše moje.
9 Keep me from the snare which they have laid for me, and from the gins of the workers of iniquity.
Saèuvaj me od zamke, koju mi metnuše, od lukavstva onijeh, koji èine bezakonje.
10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst I withal escape.
Pašæe u mreže svoje bezbožnici, a ja æu jedan proæi.
