Psalms 138

1 A Psalm of David. I will give Thee thanks with my whole heart, in the presence of the mighty will I sing praises unto Thee.

১হে যিহোৱা, মোৰ সমস্ত চিত্তেৰে মই তোমাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম; দেৱতাবোৰৰ আগত মই তোমাৰ প্ৰশংসাৰ গান কৰিম।

2 I will bow down toward Thy holy temple, and give thanks unto Thy name for Thy mercy and for Thy truth; for Thou hast magnified Thy word above all Thy name.

২তোমাৰ পবিত্ৰ মন্দিৰৰ ফালে প্ৰণিপাত কৰিম; তোমাৰ চিৰস্থায়ী প্রেম আৰু বিশ্ৱস্ততাৰ কাৰণে তোমাৰ নামৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম; কিয়নো তোমাৰ নাম আৰু তোমাৰ আজ্ঞাবোৰ সকলোতকৈ মহান।

3 In the day that I called, Thou didst answer me; Thou didst encourage me in my soul with strength.

৩মই প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰা কালত তুমি মোক উত্তৰ দিলা; তুমি মোৰ প্ৰাণক শক্তি দি মোক উৎসাহিত কৰিলা।

4 All the kings of the earth shall give Thee thanks, O LORD, for they have heard the words of Thy mouth.

৪হে যিহোৱা, পৃথিৱীৰ সকলো ৰজাই তোমাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিব; কিয়নো তেওঁলোকে তোমাৰ মুখৰ বাক্য শুনিলে।

5 Yea, they shall sing of the ways of the LORD; for great is the glory of the LORD.

৫তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ পথৰ বিষয়ে গান কৰিব; কিয়নো যিহোৱাৰ গৌৰৱ মহান।

6 For though the LORD be high, yet regardeth He the lowly, and the haughty He knoweth from afar.

৬কাৰণ যদিও যিহোৱা সকলোৰে উচ্চত, তথাপি তেওঁ হীন অৱস্থাৰ লোকলৈ দৃষ্টি ৰাখে; কিন্তু অহংকাৰী লোকক তেওঁ দূৰৈৰ পৰাই জানে।

7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, Thou quickenest me; Thou stretchest forth Thy hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and Thy right hand doth save me.

৭যেতিয়া মই সঙ্কটৰ মাজেদি গমন কৰোঁ, তেতিয়া তুমি মোৰ প্রাণ ৰক্ষা কৰিবা; তুমি মোৰ শত্ৰুবোৰৰ ক্ৰোধৰ অহিতে তোমাৰ হাত মেলিবা আৰু তোমাৰ সোঁ হাতেৰে মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিবা।

8 The LORD will accomplish that which concerneth me; Thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever; forsake not the work of Thine own hands.

৮যিহোৱাই মোৰ পক্ষে নিজৰ উদ্দেশ্য সিদ্ধ কৰিব; হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ প্রেম অনন্তকাল স্থায়ী। তুমি তোমাৰ হাতৰ কৰ্ম ত্যাগ নকৰিবা।
