Psalms 13

1 For the Leader. A Psalm of David. How long, O LORD, wilt Thou forget me for ever? How long wilt Thou hide Thy face from me?

Al Vencedor: Salmo de David. ¿Hasta cuándo, SEÑOR? ¿Me olvidarás para siempre? ¿Hasta cuándo esconderás tu rostro de mí?

2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart by day? How long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma, con ansiedad en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?

3 Behold Thou, and answer me, O LORD my God; lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

Mira, óyeme, SEÑOR Dios mío: Alumbra mis ojos, para que no duerma en muerte;

4 Lest mine enemy say: 'I have prevailed against him'; lest mine adversaries rejoice when I am moved.

para que no diga mi enemigo: Lo vencí; mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.

5 But as for me, in Thy mercy do I trust; my heart shall rejoice in Thy salvation.

Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado; se alegrará mi corazón en tu salud.

6 I will sing unto the LORD, because He hath dealt bountifully with me.

Cantaré al SEÑOR, Porque me ha hecho bien.
