Psalms 13

1 For the Leader. A Psalm of David. How long, O LORD, wilt Thou forget me for ever? How long wilt Thou hide Thy face from me?

بۆ سەرۆکی کۆمەڵی مۆسیقاژەنان، زەبوورێکی داود. ئەی یەزدان، هەتا کەی؟ بە تەواوی لەبیرم دەکەیت؟ هەتا کەی ڕووی خۆتم لێ وەردەگێڕیت؟

2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart by day? How long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

هەتا کەی ڕۆژانە دەروونم ڕاڕا بێت و خەفەت لەناو دڵم کۆبکەمەوە؟ هەتا کەی دوژمنم بەسەرمدا زاڵ بێت؟

3 Behold Thou, and answer me, O LORD my God; lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

ئەی یەزدان، خودای من، سەیرم بکە و بە دەنگمەوە وەرە، چاوم ڕۆشن بکەرەوە، نەوەک خەوی مەرگم لێبکەوێت،

4 Lest mine enemy say: 'I have prevailed against him'; lest mine adversaries rejoice when I am moved.

نەوەک دوژمن بڵێت: «بەسەریدا زاڵ بووم،» نەوەک ناحەزەکانم بە کەوتنی من شادمان بن.

5 But as for me, in Thy mercy do I trust; my heart shall rejoice in Thy salvation.

بەڵام من پشتم بە خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت بەستووە، دڵم بە ڕزگاریی تۆوە خۆشە.

6 I will sing unto the LORD, because He hath dealt bountifully with me.

سروود بۆ یەزدان دەڵێم، چونکە چاکەی لەگەڵ کردووم.
