Psalms 107
1 BOOK V 'O give thanks unto the LORD, for He is good, for His mercy endureth for ever.'
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦିଅ; କାରଣ ସେ ମଙ୍ଗଳମୟ; ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦୟା ଅନନ୍ତକାଳସ୍ଥାୟୀ।
2 So let the redeemed of the LORD say, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the adversary;
ସେ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିପକ୍ଷର ହସ୍ତରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ନାନା ଦେଶରୁ, ପୂର୍ବ ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମରୁ,
3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the sea.
ଉତ୍ତର ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣରୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସେହି ମୁକ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା କହନ୍ତୁ।
4 They wandered in the wilderness in a desert way; they found no city of habitation.
ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ନିର୍ଜନ ପଥରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କଲେ; ସେମାନେ କୌଣସି ବସତି-ନଗର ପାଇଲେ ନାହିଁ।
5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ଓ ତୃଷିତ ହୋଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତରରେ ମୂର୍ଚ୍ଛିତ ହେଲା।
6 Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses.
ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍କଟ ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କଲେ, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କଲେ।
7 And He led them by a straight way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ବସତି-ନଗରକୁ ଯାଇ ପାରିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଳଖ ପଥରେ ଘେନିଗଲେ।
8 Let them give thanks unto the LORD for His mercy, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!
ଆଃ, ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଙ୍ଗଳଦାନ ଓ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟା ସକାଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ।
9 For He hath satisfied the longing soul, and the hungry soul He hath filled with good.
ଯେହେତୁ ସେ ତୃଷିତ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ପରିତୃପ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି ଓ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରନ୍ତି।
10 Such as sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron —
କେହି କେହି ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ ଓ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥଙ୍କ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରିବା ସକାଶୁ,
11 Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the Most High.
ସେମାନେ ଦୁଃଖ ଓ ଲୌହ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳରେ ବଦ୍ଧ ହୋଇ ଅନ୍ଧକାରରେ ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁଚ୍ଛାୟାରେ ବସିଲେ;
12 Therefore He humbled their heart with travail, they stumbled, and there was none to help —
ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟକୁ କ୍ଳେଶରେ ଅବନତ କଲେ; ସେମାନେ ପତିତ ହେଲେ ଓ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ କେହି ନ ଥିଲା।
13 They cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses.
ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍କଟ ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କଲେ, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତ୍ରାଣ କଲେ।
14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their bands in sunder.
ସେ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁଚ୍ଛାୟାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବନ୍ଧନ ଛେଦନ କଲେ।
15 Let them give thanks unto the LORD for His mercy, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!
ଆଃ, ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଙ୍ଗଳଦାନ ଓ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟା ସକାଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ!
16 For He hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder.
ଯେହେତୁ ସେ ପିତ୍ତଳ-ଦ୍ୱାର ଭାଙ୍ଗିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଲୌହ-ଅର୍ଗଳ କାଟି ପକାଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
17 Crazed because of the way of their transgression, and afflicted because of their iniquities —
ମୂର୍ଖମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଅପରାଧ ଓ ଅଧର୍ମାଚରଣ ସକାଶୁ କ୍ଳେଶ ପାଆନ୍ତି।
18 Their soul abhorred all manner of food, and they drew near unto the gates of death —
ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ସର୍ବପ୍ରକାର ଖାଦ୍ୟଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଘୃଣା କରଇ ଓ ସେମାନେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁଦ୍ୱାରର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
19 They cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses;
ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ସଙ୍କଟ ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କରନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତ୍ରାଣ କରନ୍ତି।
20 He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their graves.
ସେ ଆପଣା ବାକ୍ୟ ପଠାଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କରନ୍ତି, ପୁଣି, ବିନାଶରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରନ୍ତି।
21 Let them give thanks unto the LORD for His mercy, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!
ଆଃ, ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଙ୍ଗଳଦାନ ଓ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟା ସକାଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ।
22 And let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare His works with singing.
ସେମାନେ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦରୂପ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରନ୍ତୁ ଓ ଗାନ କରି ତାହାଙ୍କ କର୍ମସକଳ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରନ୍ତୁ।
23 They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters —
ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଜାହାଜ ଚଢ଼ି ସମୁଦ୍ରଯାତ୍ରା କରନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମହାଜଳରାଶିରେ କାରବାର କରନ୍ତି,
24 These saw the works of the LORD, and His wonders in the deep;
ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଓ ଗଭୀର ଜଳରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଅଦ୍ଭୁତ ବ୍ୟାପାର ଦେଖନ୍ତି।
25 For He commanded, and raised the stormy wind, which lifted up the waves thereof;
ଯେହେତୁ ସେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଲେ, ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ବାୟୁ ଉଠଇ, ତଦ୍ଦ୍ୱାରା ସମୁଦ୍ରର ତରଙ୍ଗମାଳା ଉଠେ।
26 They mounted up to the heaven, they went down to the deeps; their soul melted away because of trouble;
ସେମାନେ ଆକାଶକୁ ଉଠନ୍ତି, ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେମାନେ ଗଭୀର ଜଳକୁ ଉତ୍ତରନ୍ତି; ବିପଦ ସକାଶୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ତରଳି ଯାଏ।
27 They reeled to and fro, and staggered like a drunken man, and all their wisdom was swallowed up —
ସେମାନେ ମତ୍ତ ଲୋକ ପରି ଏଣେତେଣେ ଦୋହଲି ଢଳି ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ହଜିଯାଏ।
28 They cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and He brought them out of their distresses.
ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ସଙ୍କଟ ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କରନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରନ୍ତି।
29 He made the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof were still.
ସେ ବତାସକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥିର କରନ୍ତି, ତହୁଁ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ତରଙ୍ଗମାଳା ନିରସ୍ତ ହୁଏ।
30 Then were they glad because they were quiet, and He led them unto their desired haven.
ତେବେ ସେସବୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହେବା ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି; ଏହିରୂପେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାଞ୍ଛିତ ବନ୍ଦରରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରାନ୍ତି।
31 Let them give thanks unto the LORD for His mercy, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!
ଆଃ, ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଙ୍ଗଳଦାନ ଓ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ତାହାଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟା ସକାଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ!
32 Let them exalt Him also in the assembly of the people, and praise Him in the seat of the elders.
ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସମାଜରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରନ୍ତୁ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀନମାନଙ୍କ ସଭାରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ।
33 He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and watersprings into a thirsty ground;
ସେ ନଦ-ନଦୀକୁ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଓ ନିର୍ଝରସକଳକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମି କରନ୍ତି।
34 A fruitful land into a salt waste, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein.
ସେ ଦେଶନିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ସକାଶୁ ଉର୍ବରା ଦେଶକୁ ଲବଣ-ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର କରନ୍ତି।
35 He turneth a wilderness into a pool of water, and a dry land into watersprings.
ସେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରକୁ ଜଳାଶୟ ଓ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମିକୁ ଝରମୟ କରନ୍ତି।
36 And there He maketh the hungry to dwell, and they establish a city of habitation;
ପୁଣି, କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଯେପରି ବସତି-ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବେ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବୀଜ ବପନ ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଲତା ରୋପଣ କରିବେ
37 And sow fields, and plant vineyards, which yield fruits of increase.
ଓ ତଦୁତ୍ପନ୍ନ ଫଳ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାସ କରାନ୍ତି।
38 He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly, and suffereth not their cattle to decrease.
ଆହୁରି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଅତିଶୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଆନ୍ତି; ପୁଣି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପଶୁପଲ ଊଣା ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
39 Again, they are minished and dwindle away through oppression of evil and sorrow.
ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେମାନେ ଉପଦ୍ରବ, ବିପଦ ଓ ଶୋକ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନ୍ୟୂନୀକୃତ ଓ ଅବନତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
40 He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the waste, where there is no way.
ସେ ଅଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ତୁଚ୍ଛତା ଢାଳି ଦିଅନ୍ତି, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଥହୀନ ମରୁଭୂମିରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରାନ୍ତି।
41 Yet setteth He the needy on high from affliction, and maketh his families like a flock.
ତଥାପି ସେ ଦୀନହୀନକୁ ଦୁଃଖରୁ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ମେଷପଲ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ତାହାକୁ ପରିବାର ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
42 The upright see it, and are glad; and all iniquity stoppeth her mouth.
ସରଳ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେବେ; ପୁଣି, ସବୁ ଅଧର୍ମ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବ।
43 Whoso is wise, let him observe these things, and let them consider the mercies of the LORD.
ଯେ ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ, ସେ ଏହିସବୁ ବିଷୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବ, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବିବିଧ ଦୟା ବିବେଚନା କରିବେ।
