1 A Psalm of thanksgiving. Shout unto the LORD, all the earth.

Ein Lied, zur Danksagung. - Entgegenjauchze alle Welt dem Herrn!

2 Serve the LORD with gladness; come before His presence with singing.

Verehrt den Herrn mit Fröhlichkeit! Mit Jubel tretet vor sein Angesicht!

3 Know ye that the LORD He is God; it is He that hath made us, and we our His, His people, and the flock of His pasture.

Bekennt: Der Herr ist Gott! Erschaffen hat er uns, wir sind sein Eigen, sein Volk, die Schäflein seiner Weide.

4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise; give thanks unto Him, and bless His name.

Zu seinen Toren ziehet dankend ein, mit Lobgesang in seine Höfe! Ihm dankt! Lobpreiset seinen Namen!

5 For the LORD is good; His mercy endureth for ever; and His faithfulness unto all generations.

Denn gütig ist der Herr. Auf immer währet seine Huld und seine Treue für und für.
