Proverbs 31
1 The words of king Lemuel; the burden wherewith his mother corrected him.
| قسەی لەموئێلی پاشا، ئەو سروشەی کە دایکی فێری کرد: |
2 What, my son? and what, O son of my womb? and what, O son of my vows?
| گوێ بگرە ڕۆڵە! گوێ بگرە، ڕۆڵەی هەناوم! گوێ بگرە ڕۆڵە، ڕۆڵەی نەزرەکانم! |
3 Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.
| هێزت مەدە ژنان، ڕێگاکانیشت مەدە ژنانی لەناوبەری پاشایان. |
4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine: nor for princes to say: 'Where is strong drink?'
| ئەی لەموئێل، بۆ پاشایان نییە، بۆ پاشایان نییە شەراب بنۆشن، بۆ میرانیش نییە ئارەزووی ئارەق بکەن، |
5 Lest they drink, and forget that which is decreed, and pervert the justice due to any that is afflicted.
| نەوەک بخۆنەوە و یاسا لەبیر بکەن، مافی ستەملێکراوان زەوت بکەن. |
6 Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto the bitter in soul;
| ئارەق بدە بەوەی لەناودەچێت، شەرابیش بەوانەی دەروونیان تاڵە. |
7 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.
| با بخواتەوە و هەژارییەکەی لەبیر بکات، ئیتر ماندووبوونەکەی نایەتەوە یاد. |
8 Open thy mouth for the dumb, in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
| بەرگری لە مافی ئەو کەسانە بکە کە ناتوانن داوای مافەکانیان بکەن، بۆ مافی هەموو دەربەدەران. |
9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
| دەمت بکەرەوە و بە ڕاستودروستی دادوەری بکە، پارێزگاری لە مافی کڵۆڵان و نەداران بکە. |
10 A woman of valour who can find? for her price is far above rubies.
| کێ ژنی خانەدانی دەست دەکەوێت؟ نرخی لە یاقووت گرانترە. |
11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, and he hath no lack of gain.
| مێردەکەی بە تەواوی پشتی پێ دەبەستێت و لە هیچی کەم نابێت. |
12 She doeth him good and not evil all the days of her life.
| ژنەکە بە درێژایی ژیانی چاکە دێنێتە سەر ڕێی نەک خراپە. |
13 She seeketh wool and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
| خوری و کەتان هەڵدەبژێرێت، بە دوو دەستی پەرۆشەوە ئیش دەکات. |
14 She is like the merchant-ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
| وەک کەشتی بازرگان وایە، خۆراکی خۆی لە دوورەوە دەهێنێت. |
15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth food to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
| هێشتا شەوە لە خەو هەڵدەستێت، خواردن بۆ ماڵەوە ئامادە دەکات و ئەرک بۆ کارەکەرەکان دیاری دەکات. |
16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it; with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
| لە کێڵگەیەک ورد دەبێتەوە و دەیکڕێت، بە قازانجی دەستی ڕەزەمێوێک دەچێنێت. |
17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and maketh strong her arms.
| ناوقەدی توند دەبەستێت و بازووی لێ هەڵدەکات. |
18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good; her lamp goeth not out by night.
| دەبینێت بازرگانییەکەی چاکە، بە شەو چرای ناکوژێتەوە. |
19 She layeth her hands to the distaff, and her hands hold the spindle.
| خوری بە بازوویەوە دەئاڵێنێت و تەشی لەناو لەپیدایە. |
20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
| دەستەکانی بۆ کڵۆڵ دەکاتەوە و دەست درێژ دەکات بۆ نەداران. |
21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household; for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
| ترسی ماڵەکەی نییە لە بەفر، چونکە هەموو ماڵەکەی بەرگی ئاڵیان لەبەردایە. |
22 She maketh for herself coverlets; her clothing is fine linen and purple.
| چەرچەف بۆ نوێنەکەی دروستدەکات، کەتانی ناسک و ڕیسی ئەرخەوانی لەبەر دەکات. |
23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
| مێردی لە دەروازەکانی شاردا ناسراوە، لەوێ لەگەڵ پیرانی شارەکە دادەنیشێت. |
24 She maketh linen garments and selleth them; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
| ژنەکە کراسی کەتان دروستدەکات و دەیفرۆشێت، پشتێن بۆ بازرگانان دابین دەکات. |
25 Strength and dignity are her clothing; and she laugheth at the time to come.
| هێز و ڕێز بەرگی ئەون، پێدەکەنێت بۆ ڕۆژانی ئایندە. |
26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and the law of kindness is on her tongue.
| دەمی بە دانایی دەکاتەوە و فێرکردنەکانی میهرەبانی لەسەر زمانییەتی. |
27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
| چاودێری هاتوچۆی ماڵومنداڵەکەی دەکات، نانی تەمبەڵی ناخوات. |
28 Her children rise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her:
| منداڵەکانی هەڵدەستن و خۆزگەی پێ دەخوازن، مێردەکەشی ستایشی دەکات: |
29 'Many daughters have done valiantly, but thou excellest them all.'
| «زۆر ژن خانەدان بوونە، بەڵام تۆ لە سەرووی هەموویانی.» |
30 Grace is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
| شۆخ و شەنگی فریودەرە و جوانی پووچە، بەڵام ئەو ئافرەتەی لە یەزدان بترسێت، ستایش دەکرێت. |
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her works praise her in the gates.
| ڕەنجی شانی خۆی پێ بدەن و با کردەوەکانی لەبەر دەروازەکانی شاردا ستایشی بکەن. |
