Numbers 15
1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye are come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,
“इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भन्, 'जब तिमीहरू परमप्रभुले तिमीहरूलाई दिनुहुने भूमिमा बस्न जानेछौ, कि होमबलि कि भाकल पुरा गर्ने स्वैच्छा बलि कि
3 and will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt-offering, or a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or as a freewill-offering, or in your appointed seasons, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock;
तिमीहरूको चाडमा बलिदान गाईवस्तु वा भेडा-बाख्राबाट परमप्रभुको निम्ति प्रसन्न पार्ने सुगन्धित बास्नाको निम्ति तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुको निम्ति आगोद्वारा चढाइने बलिदान तयार पर्नुपर्छ ।
4 then shall he that bringeth his offering present unto the LORD a meal-offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil;
तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुको निम्ति एक लिटर तेलमा मुछेको आधा पाथी पिठोको अन्नबलिसाथै होमबलि चढाउनुपर्छ ।
5 and wine for the drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shalt thou prepare with the burnt-offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
तिमीहरूले होमबलि वा बलिदानको निम्ति हरेक थुमाको निम्ति एक लिटर दाखमद्य पनि चढाउनुपर्छ ।
6 Or for a ram, thou shalt prepare for a meal-offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil;
यदि तिमीहरूले थुमा चढाइरहेका छौ भने, तिमीहरूले डेढ लिटर तेलमा मुछेको आधा पाथी पिठोलाई अन्नबलिको रूपमा तयार पार्नुपर्छ ।
7 and for the drink-offering thou shalt present the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
अर्घबलिको निम्ति तिमीहरूले डेढ लिटर दाखमद्य तयार पार्नुपर्छ । यसले परमप्रभुको निम्ति सुगन्धित बास्ना दिनेछ ।
8 And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt-offering, or for a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or for peace-offerings unto the LORD;
जब तिमीहरूले होमबलि वा भाकल पुरा गर्न बलिदानको रूपमा वा परमप्रभुको निम्ति मेलबलिको रूपमा साँढे तयार पार्छौ,
9 then shall there be presented with the bullock a meal-offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with half a hin of oil.
तिमीहरूले साँढेसँगै दुई लिटर तेलमा मुछेको डेढ पाथी मसिनो पिठो अन्नबलिको रूपमा चढाउनुपर्छ ।
10 And thou shalt present for the drink-offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
तिमीहरूले परमप्रभुको निम्ति सुगन्धित बास्नाको निम्ति आगोद्वारा चढाइने बलिको रूपमा दुई लिटर दाखमद्यको अर्घबलि चढाउनुपर्छ ।
11 Thus shall it be done for each bullock, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids.
हरेक साँढे, थुमा र भेडा वा बाख्राको निम्ति यसो गर्नुपर्छ ।
12 According to the number that ye may prepare, so shall ye do for every one according to their number.
तिमीहरूले तयार पार्ने र चढाउने बलिदान यहाँ उल्लेख गरेजस्तै गर्नुपर्छ ।
13 All that are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in presenting an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
कसैले परमप्रभुलाई प्रसन्न तुल्याउने सुगन्धको निम्ति आगोद्वारा चढाइने बलिदान ल्याउँदा स्वदेशी इस्राएलीहरू सबैले यी कुराहरू यसबमोजिम गर्नुपर्छ ।
14 And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever may be among you, throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do.
यदि विदेशी तिमीहरूसँग बसोबास गरेको छ भने वा तिमीहरूका मानिसहरूको पुस्तौँसम्म तिमीहरूसँग बसोबास गर्न सक्छ, त्यसले परमप्रभुको निम्ति सुगन्धित बास्नाको निम्ति आगोद्वारा चढाइने बलिदान चढाउनुपर्छ । त्यसले पनि तिमीहरूले गरेझैँ नै गर्नुपर्छ ।
15 As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you, a statute for ever throughout your generations; as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.
समुदायको निम्ति र तिमीहरूसँग बस्ने परदेशीको निम्ति एउटै नियम हुनुपर्छ, तिमीहरूका मानिसहरूका पुस्तौँ-पुस्तासम्मको स्थायी नियम हुनुपर्छ । तिमीहरूमाझ बस्ने परदेशी पनि तिमीहरूजस्तै हुनुपर्छ । परमप्रभुको सामु त्यसले तिमीहरूले जस्तै गर्नुपर्छ ।
16 One law and one ordinance shall be both for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.
तिमीहरू र तिमीहरू माझ बस्ने परदेशीलाई एउटै नियम र आदेश लागु हुनुपर्छ ।”
17 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
फेरि परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,
18 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye come into the land whither I bring you,
“इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई भन्, 'जब तिमीहरू मैले लैजाने भूमिमा आउँछौ,
19 then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall set apart a portion for a gift unto the LORD.
जब तिमीहरूले त्यस भूमिमा उत्पादन भएको खानेकुरा खान्छौ, तिमीहरूले बलिदान चढाउनुपर्छ र मेरो निम्ति यसलाई चढाउनुपर्छ ।
20 Of the first of your dough ye shall set apart a cake for a gift; as that which is set apart of the threshing-floor, so shall ye set it apart.
आफ्नो मुछेको पहिलो पिठोबाट खलाबाट नै उठाइएको बलिदानको रूपमा यसलाई उठाउन एउटा रोटी चढाउनुपर्छ । तिमीहरूले यसलाई यसरी उठाउनुपर्छ ।
21 Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the LORD a portion for a gift throughout your generations.
तिमीहरूले तिमीहरूका मानिसहरूका पुस्तौँ-पुस्तासम्म पहिले आफ्नो मुछेको पिठोबाट उठाइएको बलिदानको रूपमा मलाई चढाउनुपर्छ ।
22 And when ye shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses,
मैले मोशासँग बोलेका यी सबै आज्ञा तिमीहरूले पालन नगर्दा तिमीहरूले कहिले काहीँ नचाहेर पनि पाप गर्नेछौ ।
23 even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;
मैले तिमीहरूलाई आज्ञाहरू दिन सुरु गरेको दिनदेखि नै र तिमीहरूका मानिसहरूका पुस्तौँ-पुस्तासम्म मोशाद्वारा मैले आज्ञा गरेका सबै आज्ञाहरू पालन गर्नू ।
24 then it shall be, if it be done in error by the congregation, it being hid from their eyes, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt-offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD — with the meal-offering thereof, and the drink-offering thereof, according to the ordinance — and one he-goat for a sin-offering.
समुदायले थाहा नपाई अजानमा गरेको पापको सवालमा परमप्रभुको निम्ति सुगन्धित बास्नाको निम्ति समुदायले एउटा साँढे होमबलिको रूपमा चढाउनुपर्छ । यहीसँगै आज्ञा गरेजस्तै अन्नबलि र अर्घबलिसाथै पापबलिको रूपमा बाख्रालाई पनि चढाउनुपर्छ ।
25 And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin-offering before the LORD, for their error.
पुजारीले सारा समुदायको निम्ति प्रायश्चित्त गर्नुपर्छ । तिनीहरूलाई क्षमा दिइनेछ, किनभने पाप गल्ति थियो । तिनीहरूले तिनीहरूको बलिदान अर्थात् आगोद्वारा चढाइने बलिदान ल्याएका छन् । तिनीहरूले आफ्नो गल्तिको निम्ति पापबलि ल्याएका छन् ।
26 And all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; for in respect of all the people it was done in error.
अनि इस्राएलका मानिसहरूका सबै समुदायलाई क्षमा दिइनेछ र तिनीहरूसँग बस्ने परदेशीलाई पनि क्षमा दिइनेछ, किनभने सबै मानिसहरूले अजानमा नै पाप गरे ।
27 And if one person sin through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering.
यदि कुनै मानिसले अजानमा पाप गर्छ भने, त्यसले एक वर्षे बाख्रीलाई पापबलिको रूपमा चढाउनुपर्छ ।
28 And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that erreth, when he sinneth through error, before the LORD, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven,
अजानमा पाप गर्ने व्यक्तिको निम्ति पुजारीले प्रायश्चित्त गर्नुपर्छ । प्रायश्चित्त गरेपछि त्यस मानिसलाई क्षमा गरिनेछ ।
29 both he that is home-born among the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them: ye shall have one law for him that doeth aught in error.
अजानमा पाप गर्ने स्वदेशी इस्राएली मानिस र तिमीहरू माझ बसोबास गरेको परदेशीको निम्ति एउटै नियम हुनुपर्छ ।
30 But the soul that doeth aught with a high hand, whether he be home-born or a stranger, the same blasphemeth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
तर अवज्ञामा कुनै पनि कुरा गर्ने व्यक्ति स्वदेशी भए पनि परदेशी भए पनि त्यसले मेरो ईश्वर-निन्दा गर्छ । त्यसलाई आफ्ना मानिसहरूबाट बहिष्कार गर्नुपर्छ ।
31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken His commandment; that soul shall utterly be cut off, his iniquity shall be upon him.
किनभने त्यसले मेरो वचनलाई घृणा गरेको छ, त्यो व्यक्तिलाई पूर्ण रूपमा बिलकुलै बहिष्कार गर्नुपर्छ ।
32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks upon the sabbath day.
त्यसको पाप त्यसैमाथि पर्नेछ ।” इस्राएलका मानिसहरू मरुभूमिमा हुँदा तिनीहरूले शबाथ दिनमा दाउरा बटुलिरहेको मानिस भेट्टाए ।
33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
त्यसलाई भेट्टाउनेहरूले त्यसलाई मोशा, हारून र सारा समुदायकहाँ ल्याए ।
34 And they put him in ward, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
तिनीहरूले त्यसलाई थुनामा राखे, किनभने त्यसलाई के गर्नुपर्छ भनी निधो गरिएको थिएन ।
35 And the LORD said unto Moses: 'The man shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.'
परमप्रभु मोशासँग बोल्नुभयो, “त्यो मानिस निश्चय नै मर्नुपर्छ । सबै समुदायले त्यसलाई छाउनी बाहिर लगेर ढुङ्गाले हान्नुपर्छ ।”
36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died, as the LORD commanded Moses.
यसैले सबै समुदायले त्यसलाई छाउनी बाहिर ल्याए र परमप्रभुले मोशालाई आज्ञा गर्नुभएअनुसार ढुङ्गाले हानेर मारे ।
37 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
फेरि परमप्रभुले मोशालाई भन्नुभयो,
38 'Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them throughout their generations fringes in the corners of their garments, and that they put with the fringe of each corner a thread of blue.
“इस्राएलका सन्तानहरूलाई भन् र आफ्नो लुगाको किनाराहरूमा झुन्डाउन र तिनीहरू सबैलाई निलो धागोले किनारामा झुन्डाउन झुम्का बनाउन तिनीहरूलाई आज्ञा गर् ।
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye go not about after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go astray;
तिनीहरूले यो तिनीहरूका मानिसहरूका पुस्तौँ-पुस्तासम्म गर्नुपर्छ । यो तिमीहरूले यसलाई हेर्दा बहन गर्नुपर्ने मेरा सबै आज्ञा याद दिलाउने विशेष कुरा हुने छ, ताकि तिमीहरूले आफ्नै हृदय र आफ्नै आँखामा हेरेर आफैलाई भ्रष्ट नतुल्याओ ।
40 that ye may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy unto your God.
यसो गर् ताकि तिमीहरूले मेरा आज्ञाहरू याद गर्नेछौ र पालन गर्नेछौ अनि तिमीहरू पवित्र अर्थात् तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर मेरो निम्ति आरक्षित हुनेछौ ।
41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.'
म परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुँ, जसले तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुनलाई मिश्र देशबाट ल्याएँ । म परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुँ ।”
