Numbers 15
1 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye are come into the land of your habitations, which I give unto you,
»Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, das ich euch zum Wohnsitz geben will,
3 and will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt-offering, or a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or as a freewill-offering, or in your appointed seasons, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock;
und ihr dem HERRN ein Feueropfer darbringen wollt, ein Brandopfer oder ein Schlachtopfer, sei es, um ein besonderes Gelübde zu erfüllen oder bei einer freiwilligen Gabe oder an euren Festen, um dem HERRN einen lieblichen Duft zu bereiten, von den Rindern oder vom Kleinvieh:
4 then shall he that bringeth his offering present unto the LORD a meal-offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil;
so soll der, welcher dem HERRN seine Opfergabe darbringt, zugleich auch als Speisopfer ein Zehntel Epha Feinmehl darbringen, das mit einem Viertel Hin Öl gemengt ist;
5 and wine for the drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shalt thou prepare with the burnt-offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
und an Wein zum Trankopfer sollst du neben dem Brandopfer oder zu dem Schlachtopfer noch ein Viertel Hin für jedes Lamm herrichten.
6 Or for a ram, thou shalt prepare for a meal-offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil;
Für einen Widder dagegen sollst du als Speisopfer zwei Zehntel Epha Feinmehl, das mit einem Drittel Hin Öl gemengt ist, herrichten
7 and for the drink-offering thou shalt present the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
und an Wein zum Trankopfer ein Drittel Hin als lieblichen Duft für den HERRN darbringen.
8 And when thou preparest a bullock for a burnt-offering, or for a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or for peace-offerings unto the LORD;
Wenn du ferner ein junges Rind als Brandopfer oder als Schlachtopfer herrichten willst, um ein besonderes Gelübde zu erfüllen oder als Heilsopfer für den HERRN,
9 then shall there be presented with the bullock a meal-offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with half a hin of oil.
so soll man neben dem jungen Rind noch drei Zehntel Epha Feinmehl, das mit einem halben Hin Öl gemengt ist, als Speisopfer darbringen;
10 And thou shalt present for the drink-offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
und an Wein sollst du als Trankopfer ein halbes Hin beim Feueropfer zu lieblichem Duft für den HERRN darbringen.
11 Thus shall it be done for each bullock, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids.
So soll es bei jedem Rind sowie bei jedem Widder und bei jedem Schaf- oder Ziegenlamm gehalten werden:
12 According to the number that ye may prepare, so shall ye do for every one according to their number.
nach der Zahl (der Tiere), die ihr darbringt, sollt ihr bei jedem einzelnen Stück so verfahren.
13 All that are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in presenting an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
Jeder Einheimische soll hierbei in dieser Weise verfahren, wenn er dem HERRN ein Feueropfer zu lieblichem Geruch darbringt;
14 And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever may be among you, throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; as ye do, so he shall do.
und wenn sich ein Fremdling als Gast bei euch aufhält oder wenn sonst einmal jemand in eurer Mitte weilt und ein Feueropfer zu lieblichem Geruch für den HERRN herrichtet, so soll er ebenso verfahren, wie ihr es tut.
15 As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you, a statute for ever throughout your generations; as ye are, so shall the stranger be before the LORD.
Für die ganze Bevölkerung gilt eine und dieselbe Satzung, für euch wie für den Fremdling, der sich als Gast bei euch aufhält; eine ewiggültige Satzung soll es für euch von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht sein: vor dem HERRN soll der Fremdling ebenso dastehen wie ihr selbst.
16 One law and one ordinance shall be both for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you.
Das gleiche Gesetz und das gleiche Recht soll für euch und für den Fremdling gelten, der sich als Gast bei euch aufhält.«
17 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
18 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye come into the land whither I bring you,
»Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, in das ich euch bringen werde,
19 then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall set apart a portion for a gift unto the LORD.
so sollt ihr, wenn ihr von dem Brotkorn des Landes eßt, für den HERRN ein Hebeopfer abgeben.
20 Of the first of your dough ye shall set apart a cake for a gift; as that which is set apart of the threshing-floor, so shall ye set it apart.
Als Erstling eures Schrotmehls sollt ihr einen Kuchen als Hebeopfer abgeben; wie die Hebe von der Tenne, ebenso sollt ihr auch diese abgeben.
21 Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the LORD a portion for a gift throughout your generations.
Von den Erstlingen eures Schrotmehls sollt ihr dem HERRN ein Hebeopfer abgeben in allen euren künftigen Geschlechtern.«
22 And when ye shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which the LORD hath spoken unto Moses,
»Und wenn ihr euch unabsichtlich vergeht und irgendeines von diesen Geboten, die der HERR dem Mose aufgetragen hat, unbefolgt laßt,
23 even all that the LORD hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;
irgend etwas von dem, was der HERR euch durch Mose geboten hat seit dem Tage, wo der HERR euch Gebote gegeben hat, und weiterhin von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht,
24 then it shall be, if it be done in error by the congregation, it being hid from their eyes, that all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt-offering, for a sweet savour unto the LORD — with the meal-offering thereof, and the drink-offering thereof, according to the ordinance — and one he-goat for a sin-offering.
so soll, wenn das Vergehen unabsichtlich von der Gemeinde in Übereilung begangen ist, die ganze Gemeinde einen jungen Stier als Brandopfer zu lieblichem Geruch für den HERRN samt dem zugehörigen Speisopfer und dem erforderlichen Trankopfer nach der vorgeschriebenen Weise herrichten, außerdem einen Ziegenbock als Sündopfer.
25 And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire unto the LORD, and their sin-offering before the LORD, for their error.
Wenn der Priester so der ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten Sühne erwirkt hat, so wird ihnen Vergebung zuteil werden; denn es hat nur ein Versehen stattgefunden, und sie haben dem HERRN ihre Opfergabe in Gestalt eines Feueropfers, dazu auch ihr Sündopfer vor dem HERRN wegen ihres Versehens dargebracht.
26 And all the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; for in respect of all the people it was done in error.
So wird dann der ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten sowie den Fremdlingen, die sich als Gäste bei ihnen aufhalten, Vergebung zuteil werden; denn es lag ein Versehen des ganzen Volkes vor.
27 And if one person sin through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering.
Wenn sich aber ein einzelner unabsichtlich verfehlt, so soll er eine einjährige Ziege als Sündopfer darbringen.
28 And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that erreth, when he sinneth through error, before the LORD, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven,
Wenn dann der Priester einem solchen, der sich unvorsätzlich ein Vergehen gegen den HERRN hat zuschulden kommen lassen, Sühne durch Vollziehung der Sühnegebräuche erwirkt hat, so wird ihm Vergebung zuteil werden.
29 both he that is home-born among the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them: ye shall have one law for him that doeth aught in error.
Für den Einheimischen unter den Israeliten und für den als Gast im Lande weilenden Fremdling soll die gleiche Bestimmung bei euch gelten, wenn sich jemand unvorsätzlich ein Vergehen zuschulden kommen läßt.
30 But the soul that doeth aught with a high hand, whether he be home-born or a stranger, the same blasphemeth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
Wenn sich aber jemand vorsätzlich vergeht, mag es ein Einheimischer oder ein Fremdling sein, ein solcher gilt als Gotteslästerer, und der Betreffende soll aus seinem Volk ausgerottet werden;
31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken His commandment; that soul shall utterly be cut off, his iniquity shall be upon him.
denn er hat das Wort des HERRN verachtet und sein Gebot übertreten; ein solcher Mensch soll ohne Gnade ausgerottet werden: seine Schuld komme über ihn!«
32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks upon the sabbath day.
Als die Israeliten sich in der Wüste befanden, trafen sie einen Mann, der am Sabbattage Holz auflas.
33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
Da brachten die, welche ihn beim Holzlesen angetroffen hatten, ihn zu Mose und Aaron und zu der ganzen Gemeinde,
34 And they put him in ward, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
und man legte ihn in Gewahrsam; denn es lag noch keine Bestimmung darüber vor, was mit ihm geschehen solle.
35 And the LORD said unto Moses: 'The man shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.'
Da gebot der HERR dem Mose: »Der Mann soll unbedingt mit dem Tode bestraft werden: die ganze Gemeinde soll ihn außerhalb des Lagers steinigen!«
36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died, as the LORD commanded Moses.
So führte ihn denn die ganze Gemeinde vor das Lager hinaus, und man warf ihn mit Steinen tot, wie der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.
37 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:
Weiter gebot der HERR dem Mose folgendes:
38 'Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them throughout their generations fringes in the corners of their garments, and that they put with the fringe of each corner a thread of blue.
»Gib den Israeliten die Weisung, daß sie sich Quasten an die Zipfel ihrer Obergewänder setzen, sie und ihre kommenden Geschlechter, und daß sie an jeder Zipfelquaste eine Schnur von blauem Purpur anbringen.
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye go not about after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go astray;
Die Quasten sollen euch dann dazu dienen, daß ihr bei ihrem Anblick aller Gebote des HERRN gedenkt, um nach ihnen zu tun und nicht von mir abzufallen nach den Gelüsten eures Herzens und eurer Augen, durch die ihr euch zum Treubruch verführen laßt.
40 that ye may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy unto your God.
Ihr sollt vielmehr aller meiner Gebote eingedenk bleiben und nach ihnen tun und so eurem Gott geheiligt sein:
41 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.'
ich bin der HERR, euer Gott, der euch aus dem Land Ägypten weggeführt hat, um euer Gott zu sein, ich, der HERR, euer Gott!«
