< Job 40 >
1 Moreover the LORD answered Job, and said:
Jehova Nyasaye nowachone Ayub kama:
2 Shall he that reproveth contend with the Almighty? He that argueth with God, let him answer it.
“Bende nitiere ngʼat mapiem gi Jehova Nyasaye Maratego manyalo kwere? Mad koro ngʼat mamino wach gi Nyasaye oduokeane!”
3 Then Job answered the LORD, and said:
Eka Ayub nodwoko Jehova Nyasaye kama:
4 Behold, I am of small account; what shall I answer Thee? I lay my hand upon my mouth.
“Yaye Jehova Nyasaye, ok aromo dwokora kodi omiyo mano ema omiyo alingʼ.
5 Once have I spoken, but I will not answer again; yea, twice, but I will proceed no further.
Asewuoyo moromo, to ok ayudo dwoko omiyo koro ok abi wuoyo kendo.”
6 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said:
Eka Jehova Nyasaye nodwoko Ayub gi ei yamo maduongʼ. Nowacho kama:
7 Gird up thy loins now like a man; I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto Me.
