Job 21
1 Then Job answered and said:
Йов а луат кувынтул ши а зис:
2 Hear diligently my speech; and let this be your consolations.
„Аскултаць, аскултаць кувинтеле меле, даци-мь мэкар ачастэ мынгыере.
3 Suffer me, that I may speak; and after that I have spoken, mock on.
Лэсаци-мэ сэ ворбеск, вэ рог, ши, дупэ че вой ворби, вець путя сэ вэ батець жок.
4 As for me, is my complaint to man? Or why should I not be impatient?
Оаре ымпотрива унуй ом се ындряптэ плынӂеря мя? Ши пентру че н-аш фи нерэбдэтор?
5 Turn unto me, and be astonished, and lay your hand upon your mouth.
Привици-мэ, мираци-вэ ши пунець мына ла гурэ.
6 Even when I remember I am affrighted, and horror hath taketh hold on my flesh.
Кынд мэ гындеск, мэ ынспэймынт ши ун тремур ымь апукэ тот трупул:
7 Wherefore do the wicked live, become old, yea, wax mighty in power?
Пентру че трэеск чей рэй? Пентру че ый везь ымбэтрынинд ши споринд ын путере?
8 Their seed is established in their sight with them, and their offspring before their eyes.
Сэмынца лор се ынтэреште ку ей ши ын фаца лор, одраслеле лор пропэшеск суб окий лор.
9 Their houses are safe, without fear, neither is the rod of God upon them.
Ын каселе лор домнеште пачя, фэрэ умбрэ де фрикэ; нуяуа луй Думнезеу ну вине сэ-й ловяскэ.
10 Their bull gendereth, and faileth not; their cow calveth, and casteth not her calf.
Таурий лор сунт плинь де влагэ ши прэситорь, жунканеле лор зэмислеск ши ну ляпэдэ.
11 They send forth their little ones like a flock, and their children dance.
Ышь ласэ копиий сэ се ымпрэштие ка ниште ой, ши копиий се збенгуе ын журул лор.
12 They sing to the timbrel and harp, and rejoice at the sound of the pipe.
Кынтэ ку сунет де тобэ ши де харпэ, се десфэтязэ ку сунете де кавал.
Ышь петрек зилеле ын феричире ши се кобоарэ ынтр-о клипэ ын Локуинца морцилор. (Sheol h7585)
14 Yet they said unto God: 'Depart from us; for we desire not the knowledge of Thy ways.
Ши тотушь зичяу луй Думнезеу: ‘Плякэ де ла ной. Ну воим сэ куноаштем кэиле Тале.
15 What is the Almighty, that we should serve Him? And what profit should we have, if we pray unto Him?' —
Че есте Чел Атотпутерник, ка сэ-Й служим? Че вом кыштига дакэ-Й вом ынэлца ругэчунь?’
16 Lo, their prosperity is not in their hand; the counsel of the wicked is far from me.
Че, ну сунт ей ын стэпыниря феричирий? – Департе де мине сфатул челор рэй! –
17 How oft is it that the lamp of the wicked is put out? that their calamity cometh upon them? that He distributeth pains in His anger?
Дар де мулте орь се ынтымплэ сэ ли се стингэ кандела, сэ винэ сэрэчия песте ей, сэ ле дя ши лор Думнезеу партя лор де дурерь ын мыния Луй,
18 That they are as stubble before the wind, and as chaff that the storm stealeth away?
сэ фие ка паюл луат де вынт, ка плява луатэ де выртеж?
19 'God layeth up his iniquity for his children!' — let Him recompense it unto himself, that he may know it.
Вець зиче кэ пентру фиий Сэй пэстрязэ Думнезеу педяпса. Дар пе ел, пе нелеӂюит, ар требуи сэ-л педепсяскэ Думнезеу, ка сэ симтэ;
20 Let his own eyes see his destruction, and let him drink of the wrath of the Almighty.
ел ар требуи сэ-шь вадэ нимичиря, ел ар требуи сэ бя мыния Челуй Атотпутерник.
21 For what pleasure hath he in his house after him? seeing the number of his months is determined.
Кэч че-й пасэ луй че ва фи де каса луй дупэ ел, кынд нумэрул лунилор и с-а ымплинит?
22 Shall any teach God knowledge? seeing it is He that judgeth those that are high.
Оаре пе Думнезеу Ыл вом ынвэца минте, пе Ел, каре кырмуеште духуриле черешть?
23 One dieth in his full strength, being wholly at ease and quiet;
Унул моаре ын мижлокул пропэширий, пэчий ши феричирий,
24 His pails are full of milk, and the marrow of his bones is moistened.
ку коапселе ынкэркате де грэсиме ши мэдува оаселор плинэ де сук.
25 And another dieth in bitterness of soul, and hath never tasted of good.
Алтул моаре ку амэрэчуня ын суфлет, фэрэ сэ се фи букурат де врео феричире,
26 They lie down alike in the dust, and the worm covereth them.
ши амындой адорм ын цэрынэ, амындой сунт мынкаць де вермь.
27 Behold, I know your thoughts, and the devices which ye wrongfully imagine against me.
Штиу еу бине каре сунт гындуриле воастре, че жудекэць недрепте ростиць асупра мя.
28 For ye say: 'Where is the house of the prince? And where is the tent wherein the wicked dwelt?'
Вой зичець: ‘Унде есте каса апэсэторулуй? Унде есте кортул ын каре локуяу нелеӂюиций?’
29 Have ye not asked them that go by the way; and will ye misdeem their tokens,
Дар, че, н-аць ынтребат пе кэлэторь ши ну штиць че историсеск ей?
30 That the evil man is reserved to the day of calamity, that they are led forth to the day of wrath?
Кум, ын зиуа ненорочирий, чел рэу есте круцат ши, ын зиуа мынией, ел скапэ.
31 But who shall declare his way to his face? And who shall repay him what he hath done?
Чине ыл мустрэ ын фацэ пентру пуртаря луй? Чине ый рэсплэтеште тот че а фэкут?
32 For he is borne to the grave, and watch is kept over his tomb.
Есте дус ла гроапэ ши и се пуне о стражэ ла мормынт.
33 The clods of the valley are sweet unto him, and all men draw after him, as there were innumerable before him.
Булгэрий дин вале ый сунт май ушорь, кэч тоць оамений мерг дупэ ел ши о мулциме ый мерӂе ынаинте.
34 How then comfort ye me in vain? And as for your answers, there remaineth only faithlessness?
Пентру че дар ымь даць мынгыерь дешарте? Че май рэмыне дин рэспунсуриле воастре декыт викление?”
