Isaiah 12

1 And in that day thou shalt say: 'I will give thanks unto Thee, O LORD; for though Thou was angry with me, Thine anger is turned away, and Thou comfortest me.

੧ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੂੰ ਆਖੇਂਗਾ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਟਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਲਾਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for GOD the LORD is my strength and song; and He is become my salvation.'

੨ਵੇਖੋ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਆਸ ਰੱਖਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਡਰਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਬਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਗੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਹੈ।

3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

੩ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਸੋਤਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰੋਗੇ।

4 And in that day shall ye say: 'Give thanks unto the LORD, proclaim His name, declare His doings among the peoples, make mention that His name is exalted.

੪ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖੋਗੇ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰੋ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੁਕਾਰੋ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰੋ, ਪਰਚਾਰ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤਮ ਹੈ।

5 Sing unto the LORD; for He hath done gloriously; this is made known in all the earth.

੫ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਗਾਓ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।

6 Cry aloud and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.'

੬ਹੇ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੀਏ ਵਾਸਣੇ, ਜੈਕਾਰਾ ਗਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਨਾਲ ਗੀਤ ਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪੁਰਖ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈ।
