Hosea 14
1 Return, O Israel, unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast stumbled in thine iniquity.
Ry Isiraely ô, miverena amin’ i Jehovah Andriamanitrao, fa lavon-keloka ianao.
2 Take with you words, and return unto the LORD; say unto Him: 'Forgive all iniquity, and accept that which is good; so will we render for bullocks the offering of our lips.
Mitondrà teny ianareo, eny, miverena amin’ i Jehovah, ka manaova aminy hoe: Mamelà ny heloka rehetra, ary raiso izay tsara, ka dia haterinay ho fanatitra ny molotray.
3 Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses; neither will we call any more the work of our hands our gods; for in Thee the fatherless findeth mercy.'
Asyria tsy hamonjy anay, tsy hitaingin-tsoavaly izahay sady tsy hiteny amin’ ny asan’ ny tananay intsony hoe: Ry Andriamanitray ô; Fa ao aminao no ahitan’ ny kamboty famindram-po.
4 I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely; for Mine anger is turned away from him.
Hositraniko ny fiodinany, ho tia azy tsy vozonana Aho; Fa efa niala taminy ny fahatezerako.
5 I will be as the dew unto Israel; he shall blossom as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
Ho tahaka ny ando Aho amin’ ny Isiraely; Hamony tahaka ny lilia izy, ary hamaka tahaka an’ i Libanona.
6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive-tree, and his fragrance as Lebanon.
Hisandrahaka ny rantsany, ho tahaka ny an’ ny hazo oliva ny hatsaran-tarehiny, ary ho tahaka ny an’ i Libanona ny hanitra avy aminy.
7 They that dwell under his shadow shall again make corn to grow, and shall blossom as the vine; the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.
Izay mipetraka ao ambanin’ ny alokalony dia hampahavokatra vary indray, ary haniry tahaka ny voaloboka izy; Ny lazany ho tahaka ny an’ ny divay avy any Libanona.
8 Ephraim shall say: 'What have I to do any more with idols?' As for Me, I respond and look on him; I am like a leafy cypress-tree; from Me is thy fruit found.
Ry Efraima ô, hataoko inona intsony izay sampy? Izaho dia efa nihaino ka nitsinjo anao; Tahaka ny hazo kypreso maitso Aho, avy amiko no hahazoana ny vokatrao.
9 Whoso is wise, let him understand these things, whoso is prudent, let him know them. For the ways of the LORD are right, and the just do walk in them; but transgressors do stumble therein.
Iza no hendry mba hahafantatra izany zavatra izany? Na manan-tsaina mba hahalala izany? Fa mahitsy ny lalan’ i Jehovah, ary ny marina no mizotra eny aminy; Fa ny mpanota kosa dia tafintohina eny aminy.
