Ezekiel 43
1 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east;
Und er führte mich zum Tor, zu dem Tor, welches nach Osten liegt.
2 and, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east; and His voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth did shine with His glory.
Und siehe, da kam die Herrlichkeit des Gottes Israels von Osten her, und seine Stimme war wie das Rauschen großer Wasser, und die Erde ward von seiner Herrlichkeit erleuchtet.
3 And the appearance of the vision which I saw was like the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city; and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.
Und sein Anblick war wie der Anblick, welchen ich sah, als ich kam, da die Stadt zerstört wurde. Die Erscheinung glich derjenigen, welche ich am Flusse Kebar gesehen hatte. Und ich fiel nieder auf mein Angesicht.
4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.
Und die Herrlichkeit des HERRN kam zum Hause, durch den Weg des Tores, welches nach Osten gerichtet war.
5 And a spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
Und der Geist hob mich empor und führte mich in den innern Vorhof, und siehe, das Haus war erfüllt von der Herrlichkeit des HERRN!
6 And I heard one speaking unto me out of the house; and a man stood by me.
Und ich hörte jemand vom Tempel her mit mir reden; und es stand ein Mann neben mir.
7 And He said unto me: 'Son of man, this is the place of My throne, and the place of the soles of My feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever; and the house of Israel shall no more defile My holy name, neither they, nor their kings, by their harlotry, and by the carcasses of their kings in their high places;
Und er sprach zu mir: Menschensohn, dies ist der Ort meines Thrones und die Stätte meiner Fußsohlen, wo ich unter den Kindern Israel ewig wohnen will! Und das Haus Israel wird hinfort meinen heiligen Namen nicht mehr verunreinigen, weder sie noch ihre Könige, durch ihre Unzucht und durch die Leichname ihrer Könige bei deren Tode,
8 in their setting of their threshold by My threshold, and their door-post beside My door-post, and there was but the wall between Me and them; and they have defiled My holy name by their abominations which they have committed; wherefore I have consumed them in Mine anger.
wie damals, als sie ihre Schwellen an meine Schwellen und ihre Pfosten neben meine Pfosten setzten, daß nur eine Mauer zwischen mir und ihnen war. Also haben sie meinen heiligen Namen verunreinigt mit ihren Greueln, welche sie verübten, so daß ich sie in meinem Zorn verzehrte.
9 Now let them put away their harlotry, and the carcasses of their kings, far from Me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.
Nun werden sie ihre Unzucht und die Leichname ihrer Könige von mir entfernen, und ich will ewig unter ihnen wohnen.
10 Thou, son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure accurately.
Du aber, Menschensohn, beschreibe dem Hause Israel dieses Haus, und wenn sie sich ihrer Missetaten schämen, so laß sie den Plan messen.
11 And if they be ashamed of all that they have done, make known unto them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and all the forms thereof, and all the laws thereof, and write it in their sight; that they may keep the whole form thereof, and all the ordinances thereof, and do them.
Wenn sie sich dann aller ihrer Taten schämen, so zeige ihnen die Form dieses Hauses und seine Einrichtung und seine Ausgänge und seine Eingänge und alle seine Formen und alle seine Maße, ja, alle seine Formen und alle seine Vorschriften, und zeichne es vor ihre Augen hin, daß sie alle seine Formen und Maße behalten und es so machen.
12 This is the law of the house: upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.
Dies ist das Gesetz des Hauses: Auf der Höhe des Berges soll sein ganzes Gebiet ringsum hochheilig sein. Siehe, das ist das Gesetz des Hauses.
13 And these are the measures of the altar by cubits — the cubit is a cubit and a handbreadth: the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and the border thereof by the edge thereof round about a span; and this shall be the base of the altar.
Und dies sind die Maße des Altars, nach Ellen gerechnet, deren jede eine [gewöhnliche] Elle und eine Handbreite mißt. Seine Grundeinfassung: eine Elle hoch und eine Elle breit; und sein Gesims an seinem Rande ringsum: eine Spanne breit.
14 And from the bottom upon the ground to the lower settle shall be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle to the greater settle shall be four cubits, and the breadth a cubit.
Und dies ist die Höhe des Altars: Von der Grundeinfassung am Boden bis an den untern Absatz: zwei Ellen, und die Breite: eine Elle. Und von dem kleinen Absatz bis zum größeren: vier Ellen, und die Breite: eine Elle.
15 And the hearth shall be four cubits; and from the hearth and upward there shall be four horns.
Der Gottesherd ist vier Ellen [hoch], und von dem Gottesherd ragen vier Hörner empor.
16 And the hearth shall be twelve cubits long by twelve broad, square in the four sides thereof.
Und der Gottesherd ist zwölf Ellen lang und zwölf Ellen breit; seine vier Seiten bilden ein Quadrat.
17 And the settle shall be fourteen cubits long by fourteen broad in the four sides thereof; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and the bottom thereof shall be a cubit about; and the steps thereof shall look toward the east.'
Und der [obere] Absatz vierzehn Ellen lang und vierzehn Ellen breit auf seinen vier Seiten, und die Randleiste rings um ihn her eine halbe Elle, und seine Grundeinfassung eine Elle ringsum, und seine Stufen nach Osten gewandt.
18 And He said unto me: 'Son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD: These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt-offerings thereon, and to dash blood against it.
Und er sprach zu mir: Menschensohn, so spricht Gott, der HERR: Dies sind die Satzungen des Altars, am Tage, da man ihn errichten wird, daß man Brandopfer darauf darbringe und Blut darauf sprenge.
19 Thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that are of the seed of Zadok, who are near unto Me, to minister unto Me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin-offering.
Den Priestern, den Leviten, welche von dem Samen Zadoks sind, die sich zu mir nahen, um mir zu dienen, spricht Gott, der HERR, sollst du einen jungen Farren zum Sündopfer geben.
20 And thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and upon the border round about; thus shalt thou purify it and make atonement for it.
Und du sollst von seinem Blute nehmen und es auf seine vier Hörner tun und auf die vier Ecken des Absatzes und auf die Randleiste ringsum und sollst ihn also entsündigen und versühnen.
21 Thou shalt also take the bullock of the sin-offering, and it shall be burnt in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.
Und du sollst den Farren des Sündopfers nehmen und ihn an einem bestimmten Orte des Hauses, außerhalb des Heiligtums, verbrennen.
22 And on the second day thou shalt offer a he-goat without blemish for a sin-offering; and they shall purify the altar, as they did purify it with the bullock.
Und am zweiten Tage sollst du einen tadellosen Ziegenbock zum Sündopfer darbringen, damit man den Altar entsündige, wie man ihn mit dem Farren entsündigt hat.
23 When thou hast made an end of purifying it, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out of the flock without blemish.
Wenn du ihn nun völlig entsündigt hast, so opfere alsdann einen tadellosen jungen Farren und einen tadellosen jungen Widder vom Kleinvieh.
24 And thou shalt present them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up for a burnt-offering unto the LORD.
Und du sollst sie vor dem HERRN darbringen, und die Priester sollen Salz darauf streuen und sie dem HERRN zum Brandopfer darbringen.
25 Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat for a sin-offering; they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.
Sieben Tage lang sollst du täglich einen Bock zum Sündopfer machen; man soll auch einen jungen Farren zurichten und einen Widder vom Kleinvieh, beide tadellos.
26 Seven days shall they make atonement for the altar and cleanse it; so shall they consecrate it.
Sieben Tage lang soll man für den Altar Sühne tun und ihn reinigen und ihn also einweihen.
27 And when they have accomplished the days, it shall be that upon the eighth day, and forward, the priests shall make your burnt-offerings upon the altar, and your peace-offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.'
Wenn dann die Tage vollendet sind, sollen die Priester am achten Tage und hernach immer eure Brandopfer und eure Dankopfer auf dem Altar zurichten, so will ich euch gnädig sein, spricht Gott, der HERR.
