Ezekiel 12
1 The word of the LORD also came unto me, saying:
Das Wort des Herrn erging an mich:
2 'Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of the rebellious house, that have eyes to see, and see not, that have ears to hear, and hear not; for they are a rebellious house.
"Hör, Menschensohn! Du wohnst im Haus der Widerspenstigkeit bei solchen, die zum Sehen Augen haben und doch nicht sehen, zum Hören Ohren, die jedoch nicht hören. Sie sind ein Haus der Widerspenstigkeit.
3 Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for exile, and remove as though for exile by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight; it may be they will perceive, for they are a rebellious house.
Du aber, Menschensohn, mach dir ein Reisebündel und zieh bei Tag vor ihren Augen weg! Vor ihren Augen sollst du dann von einem Ort zum andern ziehen! Vielleicht, daß sie dabei zur Einsicht kommen, was für ein Haus der Widerspenstigkeit sie sind.
4 And thou shalt bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for exile; and thou shalt go forth thyself at even in their sight, as when men go forth into exile.
Trag deine Habe als ein Reisebündel fort bei Tag vor ihren Augen, wie man's beim Auszug macht!
5 Dig thou through the wall in their sight, and carry out thereby.
Vor ihren Augen grab dir durch die Wand ein Loch, und trag es so hindurch
6 In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulder, and carry it forth in the darkness; thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the ground; for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.'
Vor ihren Augen nimm's dann auf die Schulter und bring's im Dunkeln fort! Verhüll dein Angesicht dabei, daß du das Land nicht siehst! Zu einem Wahrzeichen des Hauses Israel mache ich dich."
7 And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for exile, and in the even I digged through the wall with my hand; I carried out in the darkness, and bore it upon my shoulder in their sight.
Ich tat, wie mir befohlen ward. Ich trug als Reisebündel meine Habe fort bei Tag, und ich ich durchgrub am Abend mit der Hand die Wand. Im Dunkeln trug ich's fort und nahm's vor ihren Augen auf die Schulter.
8 And in the morning came the word of the LORD unto me, saying:
Darauf erging das Wort des Herrn an mich am andern Morgen:
9 'Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee: What doest thou?
"Du Menschensohn! Hat dich nicht das Haus Israel, das Haus der Widerspenstigkeit, gefragt: 'Was machst du da?'
10 Say thou unto them: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Concerning the prince, even this burden, in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel among whom they are,
Sag ihnen: Also spricht der Herr, der Herr: 'Dies Schleppen gilt dem Fürsten in Jerusalem sowie dem ganzen Hause Israel, das drinnen wohnt.'
11 say: I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them — they shall go into exile, into captivity.
Dann sprich: 'Ich muß zum Wahrzeichen euch dienen. Wie ich getan, so geht's auch ihnen. Sie müssen in Verbannung ziehen und Gefangenschaft.
12 And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder, and go forth in the darkness; they shall dig through the wall to carry out thereby; he shall cover his face, that he see not the ground with his eyes.
Der Fürst in ihrer Mitte aber zieht im Dunkeln mit dem Bündel auf der Schulter fort. Zu seinem Abzug läßt man ihm die Wand durchbrechen. Dabei verhüllt er sein Gesicht. Er schaut das Land mit seinen Augen nimmer wieder.'
13 My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in My snare; and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.
Denn ich umstricke ihn mit meinem Netz; in meinem Garn soll er sich fangen. Ich bringe ihn nach Babel ins Chaldäerland. Das soll er zwar nicht sehen, aber dennoch in ihm sterben.
14 And I will disperse toward every wind all that are round about him to help him, and all his troops; and I will draw out the sword after them.
Was um ihn ist, all seine Dienerschaft und alle seine Scharen zerstreue ich in alle Winde und halte noch das Schwert gezogen hinter ihnen.
15 And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countries.
Dann wissen sie, daß ich der Herr bin, wenn ich sie unter diese Heiden hab' zerstreut und in die Länder sie versprengt.
16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the nations whither they come; and they shall know that I am the LORD.'
Nur wenige laß ich von ihnen übrig, verschont vom Schwert, vom Hunger, von der Pest. Sie sollen alle ihre Greuel den Heiden eingestehn, wohin sie kommen, und dann erkennen, daß ich der Herr.'"
17 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying:
Darauf erging das Wort des Herrn an mich:
18 'Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking, and drink thy water with trembling and with anxiety;
"Ach, Menschensohn! Nun iß dein Brot mit Zittern! Dein Wasser trink in Angst und Sorgen
19 and say unto the people of the land: Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem in the land of Israel. They shall eat their bread with anxiety, and drink their water with appalment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.
und sprich zum Volk des Landes: 'So spricht der Herr, der Herr, von denen, die Jerusalem im Lande Israel bewohnen: In Sorgen werden sie ihr Brot verzehren, mit Angst ihr Wasser trinken. Von Grund aus wird ihr Land verwüstet um des Frevels willen, den die verübt, die es bewohnt.
20 And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.'
Und die bewohnten Städte werden öde; das Land wird eine Wüste, daß ihr es erkennt: Ich bin der Herr.'"
21 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
Das Wort des Herrn erging an mich:
22 'Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying: The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?
"Sag, Menschensohn! Was habt ihr da für einen Spruch im Lande Israel: 'Die Zeit verzieht sich; doch kein Gesicht trifft ein.'
23 Tell them therefore: Thus saith the Lord GOD: I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them: The days are at hand, and the word of every vision.
Drum sag zu ihnen: 'Also spricht der Herr, der Herr: Ich mache diesem Spruch ein Ende, daß sie in Israel ihn länger nicht gebrauchen.' So sag zu ihnen: 'Die Tage kommen schon heran mit der Erfüllung jeglichen Gesichtes!
24 For there shall be no more any vain vision nor smooth divination within the house of Israel.
Denn fürderhin heißt kein Gesicht mehr falsch und keine Prophezeiung trügerisch im Hause Israel.
25 For I am the LORD; I will speak, what word soever it be that I shall speak, and it shall be performed; it shall be no more delayed; for in your days, O rebellious house, will I speak the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD.'
Denn ich, der Herr, ich werde sprechen, und was ich spreche, wird geschehn. Nicht lange wird's verschoben. In euren Tagen, Haus der Widerspenstigkeit, vollziehe ich, was ich einst angedroht. Ein Spruch des Herrn, des Herrn.'"
26 Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying:
Das Wort des Herrn erging an mich:
27 'Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say: The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of times that are far off.
"Hör, Menschensohn! Fürwahr, es sagt das Haus von Israel: 'Es geht auf späte Tage das Gesicht, das er geschaut; von fernen Zeiten hat er prophezeit.'
28 Therefore say unto them: Thus saith the Lord GOD: There shall none of My words be delayed any more, but the word which I shall speak shall be performed, saith the Lord GOD.'
Drum sprich zu ihnen: 'Also spricht der Herr, der Herr: Auf lange Zeit wird keines meiner Worte mehr verschoben; jetzt trifft ein, was ich verkünde.'" Ein Spruch des Herrn, des Herrn.
