Deuteronomy 3
1 Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan; and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, unto battle at Edrei.

2 And the LORD said unto me: 'Fear him not; for I have delivered him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon.'
Te vaengah BOEIPAloh kai te, 'Anih neh a pilnam pum khaw, a khohmuen khaw, na kut ah kam paekcoeng. Anih te rhih boeh. Heshbon ahaka ngol Amori manghai Sihon taengkahna saii bangla anih taengah saii,’ a ti.
3 So the LORD our God delivered into our hand Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people; and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.
Bashan manghai Oga neh a pilnam boeih te khaw mamih kut dongah mamih kah Pathen BOEIPA loh m'paek van coeng dongah rhaengnaenga om pawt hil anih te n'tloekuh.
4 And we took all his cities at that time; there was not a city which we took not from them; threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
Te vaeng tue ah a khopueirhoek boeih te n'buem uh tih amih taeng lamloh n'loh mueh khorha pakhat khaw om pawh. Bashan ah Oga ram Argob paeng boeih he khopuei sawmrhuk lo.
5 All these were fortified cities, with high walls, gates, and bars; beside the unwalled towns a great many.
Tekah khopuei boeih kah vongtung tah caktih thohkhaih neh thohkalh khaw sang. Khopuei khat bueng lamloh vangcahlang khaw muep ping.
6 And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying every city, the men, and the women, and the little ones.
Heshbon manghai Sihon taengkah n'saiiuh bangla amih te khaw n'thup uh tih khopuei takuem kah huta tongpa neh camoe khaw n'thupuh.
7 But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey unto ourselves.
Tedae rhamsa boeih neh khopueirhoek kah kutbuem te tah mamih ham ni m'poelyoeuh.
8 And we took the land at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites that were beyond the Jordan, from the valley of Arnon unto mount Hermon —
Te vaengah Jordan rhalvang Arnon soklong lamkah Hermon tlang duela aka om Amori manghai rhoi kut lamkah khohmuen te n'lohuh.
9 which Hermon the Sidonians call Sirion, and the Amorites call it Senir —
Hermon te Sidoni rhoek loh Siriona tiuh tih Amori rhoek loh Senira tiuh.
10 all the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, unto Salcah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan. —
Tlangkol khopueirhoek boeih neh Gilead boeih khaw, Bashan boeih Salkhah due khaw, Bashan ah Oga ram khopuei rhoek khuikah Edrei khaw n'loh uh.
11 For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the Rephaim; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbah of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man. —

12 And this land we took in possession at that time; from Aroer, which is by the valley of Arnon, and half the hill-country of Gilead, and the cities thereof, gave I unto the Reubenites and to the Gadites;

13 and the rest of Gilead, and all Bashan, the kingdom of Og, gave I unto the half-tribe of Manasseh; all the region of Argob — all that Bashan is called the land of Rephaim.
Gileadkaha coih neh Oga ram Bashan pumte Manasseh koca rhakthuem taengah ka paekcoeng. Bashan pum kah Argob paeng boeih he Rapha khohmuenlaa tkhue.
14 Jair the son of Manasseh took all the region of Argob, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and called them, even Bashan, after his own name, Havvoth-jair, unto this day. —
Manasseh capa Jairloh Argob paeng pum te Geshuri neh Maakathi khorhi duelaa loh. Te dongah terhoek te anih ming neh tihnin due, Bashan vangca, Jaira sui.
15 And I gave Gilead unto Machir.
Makir te khaw Gilead ka paekcoeng.
16 And unto the Reubenites and unto the Gadites I gave from Gilead even unto the valley of Arnon, the middle of the valley for a border; even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;
Tedae Gilead lamkah Arnon soklong due, khorhi soklong bangli neh Ammon kocarhoek kah khorhi Jabbok soklong duela,
17 the Arabah also, the Jordan being the border thereof, from Chinnereth even unto the sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah eastward.
kolken neh Jordan khorhi khaw, Kinnereth lamkah kolken tuili, lungkaeh li neh khocuk Pisgah kah tuibah hmuirhoek khaw Reuben koca neh Gad koca taengah ka paekcoeng.
18 And I commanded you at that time, saying: 'The LORD your God hath given you this land to possess it; ye shall pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all the men of valour.
Te vaeng tue ahni nangmih te kang uen tih, 'Na BOEIPA Pathenloh nangmih taengah m'paek khohmuen he pang hamla pumcumuh laeh. Israel carhoek tatthai hlang boeih long tah na manucarhoek kah mikhmuh ah lan phai uh laeh,’ ka ti.
19 But your wives, and your little ones, and your cattle — I know that ye have much cattle — shall abide in your cities which I have given you;
Tedae na yuu na carhoek neh na boiva te tah ka ming vanbangla boiva khaw muep a yet oeh pueng dongah nangmih ham kam paek na khopueirhoek ah te om uh mai saeh.
20 until the LORD give rest unto your brethren, as unto you, and they also possess the land which the LORD your God giveth them beyond the Jordan; then shall ye return every man unto his possession, which I have given you.

21 And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying: 'Thine eyes have seen all that the LORD your God hath done unto these two kings; so shall the LORD do unto all the kingdoms whither thou goest over.
Joshua khaw amah te vaeng tue ah ka uen tih, 'Hekah manghai rhoi taengah na BOEIPA Pathenloh a saii boeih te na mikloh a hmuhcoeng. Nang loh na kun thil ham ram boeih te khaw BOEIPAloh a saii ni.
22 Ye shall not fear them; for the LORD your God, He it is that fighteth for you.'
Nangmih hamla na BOEIPA Pathenloh a vathoh thil coeng dongah amihte rhih boeh,’ ka tinah.
23 And I besought the LORD at that time, saying:
Amah te vaeng tue ah BOEIPA taengla ka bih tih,
24 'O Lord GOD, Thou hast begun to show Thy servant Thy greatness, and Thy strong hand; for what god is there in heaven or on earth, that can do according to Thy works, and according to Thy mighty acts?
'Aw Boeipa, Yahovah nangloh na boeilennah neh na tlungluen kut te na sal taengah tueng sak hamlana tawncoeng. Nang kah bibi neh na thayung thamal bangla vaan neh diklai dongah mebang pathen long nim a saii thai bal.
25 Let me go over, I pray Thee, and see the good land that is beyond the Jordan, that goodly hill-country, and Lebanon.'
Jordan rhalvang la bet ka lan mai saeh lamtah khohmuen then Lebanon tlang then te khaw ka hmu laem eh,’ ka tinah.
26 But the LORD was wroth with me for your sakes, and hearkened not unto me; and the LORD said unto me: 'Let it suffice thee; speak no more unto Me of this matter.
Tedae nangmih kongah BOEIPAte kai taengah lungoe tih ka ol hnatun pawh. Te vaenagah BOEIPAloh kai taengah, 'Temah saeh ne nang te, hebang olka he kai taengah koep thui ham khoep boeh.
27 Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold with thine eyes; for thou shalt not go over this Jordan.
Pisgah som la luei lamtah tuitunli neh tlangpuei khaw, tuithim neh khocuk khaw na mik neh dan mai. Jordan he na mik nehna hmuh cakhawna kat mahpawh.
28 But charge Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him; for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see.'
Tedae Joshua te uen lamtah talong khaw talong, duel khaw duel. Anih tah pilnam kah mikhmuh ah kat phai vetihna hmuh ham khohmuen tea pang ni, ' a ti.
29 So we abode in the valley over against Beth-peor.
