1 And it came to pass at the end of twenty years, wherein Solomon had built the house of the LORD, and his own house,

2 that the cities which Huram had given to Solomon, Solomon built them, and caused the children of Israel to dwell there.

3 And Solomon went to Hamath-zobah, and prevailed against it.
Solomoni agĩcooka agĩthiĩ Hamathu-Zoba na akĩrĩtaha.
4 And he built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the store-cities, which he built in Hamath.
Ningĩ agĩcooka agĩaka Tadimori kũu werũ-inĩ na matũũra manene mothe marĩa aakĩte kũu Hamathu ma kũigwo indo.
5 Also he built Beth-horon the upper, and Beth-horon the nether, fortified cities, with walls, gates, and bars;
Nĩaakire Bethi-Horoni ya Mwena wa Igũrũ, na Bethi-Horoni ya Mwena wa Mũhuro rĩngĩ, marĩ matũũra manene mairige, marĩ na thingo, na ihingo, na mĩgĩĩko ya igera,
6 and Baalath, and all the store-cities that Solomon had, and all the cities for his chariots, and the cities for his horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build for his pleasure in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.
o ũndũ ũmwe na Baalathu, na matũũra make mothe manene ma kũiga indo, na matũũra make mothe manene ma ngaari cia mbaara na mbarathi ciake, na agĩaka kĩrĩa gĩothe eerirĩirie kũu Jerusalemu, na Lebanoni, o na kũndũ guothe bũrũri-inĩ ũrĩa aathanaga.
7 As for all the people that were left of the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not of Israel;
Andũ othe arĩa maatigaire kuuma kũrĩ Ahiti, na Aamori, na Aperizi, na Ahivi, na Ajebusi (nao andũ acio matiarĩ Aisiraeli),
8 of their children that were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel consumed not, of them did Solomon raise a levy of bondservants, unto this day.
ũguo nĩ kuuga atĩ, njiaro ciao iria ciatigarĩte bũrũri-inĩ, iria andũ a Isiraeli mataaninĩte, acio nĩo maandĩkithirio nĩ Solomoni matuĩke ngombo ciake cia kũrutithio wĩra na hinya, na noguo gũtũire nginya ũmũthĩ.
9 But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no servants for his work; but they were men of war, and chief of his captains, and rulers of his chariots and of his horsemen.
No Solomoni ndaatuire andũ a Isiraeli ngombo cia wĩra wake; acio nĩo maarĩ andũ ake a kũrũa mbaara, o na aathi a anene ake, na aathi a ngaari ciake cia ita, na atwari a ngaari icio.
10 And these were the chief officers of king Solomon, even two hundred and fifty, that bore rule over the people.

11 And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her; for he said: 'No wife of mine shall dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come.'
Solomoni akĩruta mwarĩ wa Firaũni kuuma Itũũra Inene rĩa Daudi, akĩmũrehe nyũmba ya ũthamaki ĩrĩa aamwakĩire, tondũ oigire atĩrĩ, “Mũtumia wakwa ndangĩtũũra nyũmba ya Mũthamaki Daudi, mũthamaki wa Isiraeli, nĩgũkorwo kũndũ kũrĩa ithandũkũ rĩa kĩrĩkanĩro kĩa Jehova rĩtoonyete nĩ gũtheru.”
12 Then Solomon offered burnt-offerings unto the LORD on the altar of the LORD, which he had built before the porch,
Igũrũ rĩa kĩgongona kĩa Jehova kĩrĩa Solomoni aakĩte mbere ya gĩthaku, hau nĩho Solomoni arutĩire Jehova maruta ma njino,
13 even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the appointed seasons, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles.
O ta ũrĩa maabataranĩtie kũrutwo o mũthenya nĩ ũndũ wa maruta marĩa Musa aathanĩte ma Thabatũ, na ma Tũrũgamo twa Mweri, na ma ciathĩ ithatũ cia o mwaka, nĩcio Gĩathĩ kĩa Mĩgate ĩtarĩ Mĩĩkĩre Ndawa ya Kũimbia, na Gĩathĩ gĩa Ciumia, na Gĩathĩ gĩa Ithũnũ.
14 And he appointed, according to the ordinance of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise, and to minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required; the doorkeepers also by their courses at every gate; for so had David the man of God commanded.
Kũrũmanĩrĩra na wathani ũrĩa watuĩtwo nĩ ithe Daudi, nĩamũrire ikundi cia athĩnjĩri-Ngai nĩ ũndũ wa mawĩra mao, o na Alawii nĩguo matongoragie hĩndĩ ya kũgooca na ningĩ mateithagĩrĩrie athĩnjĩri-Ngai kũringana na mabataro ma o mũthenya. Ningĩ nĩamũrire ikundi cia arangĩri a ihingo marangagĩre ihingo mwanya mwanya, tondũ ũguo nĩguo Daudi, mũndũ wa Ngai, aathanĩte.
15 And they departed not from the commandment of the king unto the priests and Levites concerning any matter, or concerning the treasures.
Nao matiatigire kũrũmĩrĩra watho ũrĩa mũthamaki aathĩte athĩnjĩri-Ngai kana Alawii ũndũ-inĩ o wothe hamwe na ũmenyereri wa igĩĩna.
16 So all the work of Solomon was set in order from the day of the foundation of the house of the LORD, and until it was finished. So the house of the LORD was perfected.

17 Then went Solomon to Ezion-geber, and to Eloth, on the sea-shore in the land of Edom.

18 And Huram sent him by the hands of his servants ships, and servants that had knowledge of the sea; and they came with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and fetched from thence four hundred and fifty talents of gold, and brought them to king Solomon.
