< 2 Chronicles 30 >

1 And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto the LORD, the God of Israel.
Hezekiah el supwalik kas nu fin acn Israel ac Judah nufon, ac el oayapa simusla leta ac supwala nu sin sruf lal Ephraim ac sruf lal Manasseh, tuh elos in tuku nu ke Tempul in Jerusalem, in oru Kufwen Alukela nu sin LEUM GOD lun Israel.
2 For the king had taken counsel, and his princes, and all the congregation in Jerusalem, to keep the passover in the second month.
Tokosra ac mwet pwapa lal, ac mwet nukewa su tukeni in acn Jerusalem, elos insesela tuh Kufwen Alukela in orek ke malem se akluo.
3 For they could not keep it at that time, because the priests had not sanctified themselves in sufficient number, neither had the people gathered themselves together to Jerusalem.
Elos tuh tia ku in oru ke pacl fal, ke sripen supus mwet tol su aknasnasyeyukla, ac oayapa supus mwet toeni nu Jerusalem.
4 And the thing was right in the eyes of the king and of all the congregation.
Tokosra ac mwet uh insewowo ke oakwuk se elos orala inge.
5 So they established a decree to make proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beer-sheba even to Dan, that they should come to keep the passover unto the LORD, the God of Israel, at Jerusalem; for they had not kept it in great numbers according as it is written.
Ke ma inge, elos suli mwet Israel nukewa, liki Dan in acn epang nwe Beersheba in acn eir, tuh elos in tukeni nu Jerusalem ac akfulatye Kufwen Alukela in fal nu ke Ma Sap. Enenu in pus mwet tukeni in pacl se inge liki pacl nukewa meet.
6 So the posts went with the letters from the king and his princes throughout all Israel and Judah, and according to the commandment of the king, saying: 'Ye children of Israel, turn back unto the LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, that He may return to the remnant that are escaped of you out of the hand of the kings of Assyria.
Tokosra ac mwet pwapa lal elos supwala mwet utuk kas nu yen nukewa in Judah ac Israel. 7 And be not ye like your fathers, and like your brethren, who acted treacherously against the LORD, the God of their fathers, so that He delivered them to be an astonishment, as ye see.

8 Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were; but yield yourselves unto the LORD, and enter into His sanctuary, which He hath sanctified for ever, and serve the LORD your God, that His fierce anger may turn away from you.
Nik kowos likkeke oana elos, a kowos in akos LEUM GOD. Fahsru nu ke Tempul in acn Jerusalem, yen LEUM GOD lowos El orala in mutal nwe tok, ac alu nu sel, tuh Elan tia sifil kasrkusrak suwos.
9 For if ye turn back unto the LORD, your brethren and your children shall find compassion before them that led them captive, and shall come back into this land; for the LORD your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away His face from you, if ye return unto Him.'
Kowos fin foloko nu yurin LEUM GOD na mwet su usla mwet wiowos nu in sruoh elos ac fah pakomutalos ac folokunulos nu yen selos. LEUM GOD lowos El kulang ac pakoten, ac kowos fin foloko nu yorol, El ac fah tia ngetla liki kowos.”
10 So the posts passed from city to city through the country of Ephraim and Manasseh, even unto Zebulun; but they laughed them to scorn, and mocked them.
Mwet utuk kas elos som nu in siti nukewa in acn lun sruf lal Ephraim ac Manasseh, ac elos som na nwe layen epang nu ke sruf lal Zebulun, a mwet we isrunulos ac aksruksrukelos.
11 Nevertheless divers of Asher and Manasseh and of Zebulun humbled themselves, and came to Jerusalem.
Tusruktu oasr na mwet in sruf lal Asher, Manasseh, ac Zebulun, su lungse tuku nu Jerusalem.
12 Also in Judah was the hand of God to give them one heart, to do the commandment of the king and of the princes by the word of the LORD.

13 And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very great congregation.

14 And they arose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem, and all the altars for incense took they away, and cast them into the brook Kidron.
Elos usla loang nukewa in Jerusalem su tuh orekmakinyuk nu ke kisa ac nu ke akosak ma keng, ac sisla Infahlfal Kidron.
15 Then they killed the passover lamb on the fourteenth day of the second month; and the priests and the Levites were ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought burnt-offerings into the house of the LORD.
Ac ke len aksingoul akosr in malem sac, elos uniya sheep fusr nu ke Kufwen Alukela. Mwet tol ac mwet Levi su tia aknasnasla elos mwekin, na elos sifacna kisakunulosyang nu sin LEUM GOD, na toko elos fah ku in kisakin mwe kisa firir in Tempul.
16 And they stood in their place after their order, according to the law of Moses the man of God; the priests dashed the blood, which they received of the hand of the Levites.

17 For there were many in the congregation that had not sanctified themselves; therefore the Levites had the charge of killing the passover lambs for every one that was not clean, to sanctify them unto the LORD.
Na ke sripen pus mwet uh tia aknasnasla, elos tia ku in uniya sheep fusr nu ke Kufwen Alukela. Ouinge mwet Levi elos aolulos in orala, ac kisakunla sheep fusr inge nu sin LEUM GOD.
18 For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim and Manasseh, Issachar and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it is written. For Hezekiah had prayed for them, saying: 'The good LORD pardon
Sayen ma inge, pus sin mwet su tuku in sruf lal Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar, ac Zebulun, tiana aknasnasla, tusruktu elos wi mongo ke kufwa uh, ac ma inge sie liki ma oakwuk in ma simusla. Tokosra Hezekiah el pre kaclos ac fahk,

“O LEUM GOD lun papa matu tumasr, ke lungkulang lulap lom, nunak munas nu selos inge su alu nu sum ke insialos kewa, elos finne tia aknasnasyalos.”
20 And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.
LEUM GOD El lohng pre lal Hezekiah, ac El nunak munas nu selos.
21 And the children of Israel that were present at Jerusalem kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with great gladness; and the Levites and the priests praised the LORD day by day, singing with loud instruments unto the LORD.
Mwet su tukeni in acn Jerusalem, elos akfulatye Kufwen Bread Tia Akpulol ke len itkosr ac elos engan ma lulap. Len nu len mwet Levi ac mwet tol elos kaksakin LEUM GOD ke kuiyalos nufon.
22 And Hezekiah spoke encouragingly unto all the Levites that were well skilled in the service of the LORD. So they did eat throughout the feast for the seven days, offering sacrifices of peace-offerings, and giving thanks to the LORD, the God of their fathers.
Hezekiah el kaksakin mwet Levi ke elos arulana pah in kol alu nu sin LEUM GOD. Tukun len itkosr ma elos oru kisa in kaksak lalos nu sin LEUM GOD lun mwet matu lalos meet ah,

24 For Hezekiah king of Judah did give to the congregation for offerings a thousand bullocks and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the congregation a thousand bullocks and ten thousand sheep; and priests sanctified themselves in great numbers.
Tokosra Hezekiah el sang sie tausin cow mukul ac itkosr tausin sheep tuh mwet uh in uniya ac mongo kac. Ac mwet pwapa lal srukak pac sie tausin cow mukul ac singoul tausin sheep. Sie u na lulap sin mwet tol elos aknasnasyalosla sifacna.
25 And all the congregation of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the congregation that came out of Israel, and the strangers that came out of the land of Israel, and that dwelt in Judah, rejoiced.
Ouinge mwet nukewa engan — mwet Judah, mwet tol, mwet Levi, mwet su tuku in acn epang me, oayapa mwetsac su mutana in acn Israel ac Judah.
26 So there was great joy in Jerusalem; for since the time of Solomon the son of David king of Israel there was not the like in Jerusalem.
