2 Chronicles 12

1 And it came to pass, when the kingdom of Rehoboam was established, and he was strong, that he forsook the law of the LORD, and all Israel with him.

ئەوە بوو کە پاشایەتییەکەی ڕەحەڤەعام جێگیر و بەهێز بوو، ئەو و هەموو ئەو ئیسرائیلییانەشی کە لەگەڵیدا بوون، وازیان لە فێرکردنەکانی یەزدان هێنا.

2 And it came to pass in the fifth year of king Rehoboam, that Shishak king of Egypt came up against Jerusalem, because they had dealt treacherously with the LORD,

لە پێنجەمین ساڵی پاشایەتی ڕەحەڤەعام، شیشەقی پاشای میسر هێرشی کردە سەر ئۆرشەلیم، چونکە ناپاکییان لەگەڵ یەزدان کرد.

3 with twelve hundred chariots, and threescore thousand horsemen; and the people were without number that came with him out of Egypt; the Lubim, the Sukkiim, and the Ethiopians.

شیشەق بە هەزار و دوو سەد گالیسکە، شەست هەزار سوار و سەربازێکی بێشوماری لیبی، سوخی و کوشی کە لە میسرەوە لەگەڵی هاتبوون،

4 And he took the fortified cities which pertained to Judah, and came unto Jerusalem.

شارە قەڵابەندەکانی یەهودای گرت و هاتە سەر ئۆرشەلیم.

5 Now Shemaiah the prophet came to Rehoboam, and to the princes of Judah, that were gathered together to Jerusalem because of Shishak, and said unto them: 'Thus saith the LORD: Ye have forsaken Me, therefore have I also left you in the hand of Shishak.'

پاشان شەمەعیای پێغەمبەر هات بۆ لای ڕەحەڤەعام و ئەو سەرکردانەی یەهودا کە لە ترسی شیشەق لە ئۆرشەلیم کۆببوونەوە و پێی گوتن: «یەزدان ئەمە دەفەرموێت:”ئێوە وازتان لە من هێنا، لەبەر ئەوە منیش لەناو دەستی شیشەقدا وازم لە ئێوە هێنا.“»

6 Then the princes of Israel and the king humbled themselves; and they said: 'The LORD is righteous.'

ئەو کاتە سەرکردەکانی ئیسرائیل و پاشاش خۆیان نزم کردەوە و گوتیان: «یەزدان دادپەروەرە!»

7 And when the LORD saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah, saying: 'They have humbled themselves; I will not destroy them; but I will grant them some deliverance, and My wrath shall not be poured out upon Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak.

کە یەزدان بینی خۆیان نزم کردەوە، فەرمایشتی یەزدان بۆ شەمەعیا هات و فەرمووی: «لەبەر ئەوەی خۆیان نزم کردەوە، لەناویان نابەم، بەڵکو خێرا دەربازیان دەکەم و لەسەر دەستی شیشەق تووڕەییم بەسەر ئۆرشەلیمدا نابارێنم.

8 Nevertheless they shall be his servants; that they may know My service, and the service of the kingdoms of the countries.'

لەگەڵ ئەوەشدا دەبن بە کۆیلەی ئەو هەتا جیاوازی نێوان خزمەتکردنی من و خزمەتکردنی پاشاکانی خاکەکانی دیکە بزانن.»

9 So Shishak king of Egypt came up against Jerusalem, and took away the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king's house; he took all away; he took away also the shields of gold which Solomon had made.

کاتێک شیشەقی پاشای میسر پەلاماری ئۆرشەلیمی دا، گەنجینەکانی پەرستگای یەزدان و کۆشکی پاشا و هەرچی هەبوو بردی، قەڵغانە زێڕینەکانیشی برد کە سلێمان دروستی کردبوون.

10 And king Rehoboam made in their stead shields of brass, and committed them to the hands of the captains of the guard, that kept the door of the king's house.

لەبەر ئەوە ڕەحەڤەعام پاشا لە جێی ئەوانە قەڵغانی بڕۆنزی دروستکرد و دایە دەستی سەرکردەی پاسەوانەکانی دەروازەی کۆشکی شاهانە.

11 And it was so, that as oft as the king entered into the house of the LORD, the guard came and bore them, and brought them back into the guard-chamber.

هەر کاتێک پاشا بۆ پەرستگای یەزدان دەچوو، پاسەوانەکان قەڵغانەکانیان هەڵدەگرت و لەگەڵیدا دەچوون، پاشان دەیانگەڕاندەوە ژووری پاسەوانەکان.

12 And when he humbled himself, the anger of the LORD turned from him, that He would not destroy him altogether; and moreover in Judah there were good things found.

لەبەر ئەوەی ڕەحەڤەعام خۆی نزم کردەوە، تووڕەییەکەی یەزدان دامرکایەوە و بە تەواوی لەناوی نەبرد، هەروەها هەندێک کاری چاکیش لە یەهودا بەدی کراوە.

13 So king Rehoboam strengthened himself in Jerusalem, and reigned; for Rehoboam was forty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, to put His name there; and his mother's name was Naamah the Ammonitess.

ڕەحەڤەعام پاشا دەسەڵاتی خۆی لە ئۆرشەلیم بەهێز کرد و بەردەوام بوو لە پاشایەتیکردنی، تەمەنی چل و یەک ساڵ بوو کاتێک بوو بە پاشا و حەڤدە ساڵ لە ئۆرشەلیم پاشایەتی کرد، ئەو شارەی کە یەزدان هەڵیبژارد لەنێو هەموو هۆزەکانی ئیسرائیلدا هەتا ناوی خۆی تێیدا دابنێت. دایکیشی ناوی نەعمای عەمۆنی بوو.

14 And he did that which was evil, because he set not his heart to seek the LORD.

ئەو خراپەکاری کرد، چونکە بە هەموو دڵ ڕووی لە خودا نەکردبوو.

15 Now the acts of Rehoboam, first and last, are they not written in the histories of Shemaiah the prophet and of Iddo the seer, after the manner of genealogies? And there were wars between Rehoboam and Jeroboam continually.

ڕووداوەکانی پاشایەتی ڕەحەڤەعام لە سەرەتاوە هەتا کۆتایی لە تۆمارەکانی شەمەعیا پێغەمبەر و لە بینینەکانی عیدۆ دەربارەی ڕەچەڵەکەکان نووسراون. بەردەوام جەنگ لەنێوان ڕەحەڤەعام و یارۆڤعام هەبوو.

16 And Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David; and Abijah his son reigned in his stead.

ئیتر ڕەحەڤەعام لەگەڵ باوباپیرانی سەری نایەوە و لە شاری داود بە خاک سپێردرا، ئەبیای کوڕی لەدوای خۆی بوو بە پاشا.
