1 Chronicles 14
1 And Huram king of Tyre sent messengers to David, and cedar-trees, and masons, and carpenters, to build him a house.
၁တုရု မင်းကြီး ဟိရံ သည် ဒါဝိဒ် အဘို့ နန်း တော်ကို တည်ဆောက် ခြင်းငှါ ၊ သံတမန် နှင့်တကွအာရဇ် သစ်သား ၊ လက်သမား ၊ ပန်းရန်သမား တို့ကို စေလွှတ် လေ၏။
2 And David perceived that the LORD had established him king over Israel, for his kingdom was exalted exceedingly, for His people Israel's sake.
၂ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဒါဝိဒ်ကို ဣသရေလ ရှင်ဘုရင် အရာ ၌ ခန့်ထား တော်မူကြောင်း နှင့် မိမိ လူ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးအဘို့ အလိုငှါ၊ နိုင်ငံ ကို ချီးမြှောက် တော်မူကြောင်း ကို ဒါဝိဒ် သိမြင် ၏။
3 And David took more wives at Jerusalem; and David begot more sons and daughters.
၃ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ထပ်၍ မယား တို့ကို သိမ်းယူ သဖြင့် သား သမီး များတို့ကို မြင် လေ၏။
4 And these are the names of the children whom he had in Jerusalem: Shammua, and Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon;
၄ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ဒါဝိဒ်မြင် သော သားတို့အမည် ကား၊ ရှမွာ ၊ ရှောဗပ် ၊ နာသန် ၊ ရှောလမုန်၊
5 and Ibhar, and Elishua, and Elpelet;
၅ဣဗဟာ ၊ ဧလိရွှ ၊ ဧလိပလက်၊
6 and Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia;
၆နောဂ ၊ နေဖက် ၊ ယာဖျာ၊
7 and Elishama, and Beeliada, and Eliphelet.
၇ဧလိရှမာ ၊ ဧလျာဒ ၊ ဧလိဖလက် တည်း။
8 And when the Philistines heard that David was anointed king over all Israel, all the Philistines went up to seek David; and David heard of it, and went out to meet them.
၈ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ဘိသိက် ပေး၍ ဣသရေလ ရှင်ဘုရင် အရာ ၌ ခန့်ထားကြောင်း ကို ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့သည်ကြား လျှင် ၊ ထိုသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ရှာ ၍ လာ ကြ၏။ ထိုသိတင်းကို ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ကြား သောအခါ ချီသွား ၏။
9 Now the Philistines had come and made a raid in the valley of Rephaim.
၉ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့သည် လာ ၍ ရေဖိမ် ချိုင့် ၌ အနှံ့အပြား နေကြ၏။
10 And David inquired of God, saying: 'Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt Thou deliver them into my hand?' And the LORD said unto him: 'Go up; for I will deliver them into thy hand.'
၁၀ဒါဝိဒ် ကလည်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့ ရှိရာသို့ သွား ရပါမည်လော။ အကျွန်ုပ် လက် ၌ အပ် တော်မူ မည်လောဟု ဘုရားသခင် ကို မေးလျှောက် လျှင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား က သွား လော့။ သင့် လက် ၌ ငါအပ် မည်ဟု မိန့် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊
11 So they came up to Baal-perazim, and David smote them there; and David said: 'God hath broken mine enemies by my hand, like the breach of waters.' Therefore they called the name of that place Baal-perazim.
၁၁ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဗာလပေရဇိမ် မြို့သို့ သွား ၍ သူ တို့ကို လုပ်ကြံ ပြီးမှ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ရေ ထ၍ဖြိုဖျက် သကဲ့သို့ ငါ့ ရန်သူ တို့ကို ငါ့ အားဖြင့် ဖြိုဖျက် တော်မူပြီဟုဆို လျက်၊ ထို အရပ် ကို ဗာလပေရဇိမ် အမည် ဖြင့် တွင် စေသတည်း။
12 And they left their gods there; and David gave commandment, and they were burned with fire.
၁၂ထို အရပ်၌ ဖိလိတ္တိလူများ ပစ်ထား သော ရုပ်တု များကို ဒါဝိဒ် ၏အမိန့် တော်နှင့် မီး ရှို့ ကြ၏။
13 And the Philistines yet again made a raid in the valley.
၁၃တဖန် ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့သည် ထိုချိုင့် ၌ အနှံ့အပြား လာ၍နေကြ၏။
14 And David inquired again of God; and God said unto him: 'Thou shalt not go up after them; turn away from them, and come upon them over against the mulberry-trees.
၁၄ဒါဝိဒ် သည်လည်း ဘုရားသခင် ကို တဖန် မေးလျှောက် သော်၊ သူ တို့ရှိရာ သို့ တည့်တည့်မ တက် ရ။ သူ တို့မှ လွှဲ ၍ ပိုးစာ တောတဘက် တချက်၌ ချီ ရမည်။
15 And it shall be, when thou hearest the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry-trees, that then thou shalt go out to battle; for God is gone out before thee to smite the host of the Philistines.'
၁၅ပိုးစာ ပင်ဖျား ၌ စစ်ချီ သံ ကိုကြား သောအခါ ၊ တိုက် အံ့သောငှါ ချီ လော့။ ထိုအခါ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ဖိလိတ္တိ တပ် ကို လုပ်ကြံ ခြင်းငှါ သင့် ရှေ့ မှာ ကြွ သွားမည်ဟု ဘုရားသခင် မိန့် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊
16 And David did as God commanded him; and they smote the host of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gezer.
၁၆ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ပြု ၍ ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့ကို ဂိဗောင် မြို့မှ သည် ဂါဇေရ မြို့တိုင်အောင် လုပ်ကြံ လေ၏။
17 And the fame of David went out into all lands; and the LORD brought the fear of him upon all nations.
၁၇ဒါဝိဒ် သိတင်း သည်အတိုင်းတိုင်း အပြည်ပြည်တို့၌ နှံ့ပြား ၍ ၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သော လူမျိုး တို့သည် သူ့ ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ စေခြင်းငှါထာဝရဘုရား စီရင် တော်မူ၏။
