Matthew 4
1 THEN was Jesus led away by the spirit into the wilderness, to be tempted by the devil.
১ততঃ পৰং যীশুঃ প্ৰতাৰকেণ পৰীক্ষিতো ভৱিতুম্ আত্মনা প্ৰান্তৰম্ আকৃষ্টঃ
2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterwards he became hungry.
২সন্ চৎৱাৰিংশদহোৰাত্ৰান্ অনাহাৰস্তিষ্ঠন্ ক্ষুধিতো বভূৱ|
3 And the tempter coming to him said, If thou art the Son of God, command that these stones be made loaves.
৩তদানীং পৰীক্ষিতা তৎসমীপম্ আগত্য ৱ্যাহৃতৱান্, যদি ৎৱমীশ্ৱৰাত্মজো ভৱেস্তৰ্হ্যাজ্ঞযা পাষাণানেতান্ পূপান্ ৱিধেহি|
4 But he answering said, It is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”
৪ততঃ স প্ৰত্যব্ৰৱীৎ, ইত্থং লিখিতমাস্তে, "মনুজঃ কেৱলপূপেন ন জীৱিষ্যতি, কিন্ত্ৱীশ্ৱৰস্য ৱদনাদ্ যানি যানি ৱচাংসি নিঃসৰন্তি তৈৰেৱ জীৱিষ্যতি| "
5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and placed him on a wing of the temple,
৫তদা প্ৰতাৰকস্তং পুণ্যনগৰং নীৎৱা মন্দিৰস্য চূডোপৰি নিধায গদিতৱান্,
6 and saith to him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, “that he shall give his angels a charge concerning thee: and in their hands shall they hold thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
৬ৎৱং যদিশ্ৱৰস্য তনযো ভৱেস্তৰ্হীতোঽধঃ পত, যত ইত্থং লিখিতমাস্তে, আদেক্ষ্যতি নিজান্ দূতান্ ৰক্ষিতুং ৎৱাং পৰমেশ্ৱৰঃ| যথা সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষু মাৰ্গেষু ৎৱদীযচৰণদ্ৱযে| ন লগেৎ প্ৰস্তৰাঘাতস্ত্ৱাং ঘৰিষ্যন্তি তে কৰৈঃ||
7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, “Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”
৭তদানীং যীশুস্তস্মৈ কথিতৱান্ এতদপি লিখিতমাস্তে, "ৎৱং নিজপ্ৰভুং পৰমেশ্ৱৰং মা পৰীক্ষস্ৱ| "
8 Again the devil taketh him unto an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory;
৮অনন্তৰং প্ৰতাৰকঃ পুনৰপি তম্ অত্যুঞ্চধৰাধৰোপৰি নীৎৱা জগতঃ সকলৰাজ্যানি তদৈশ্ৱৰ্য্যাণি চ দৰ্শযাশ্চকাৰ কথযাঞ্চকাৰ চ,
9 and saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall prostrate and worship me.
৯যদি ৎৱং দণ্ডৱদ্ ভৱন্ মাং প্ৰণমেস্তৰ্হ্যহম্ এতানি তুভ্যং প্ৰদাস্যামি|
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Avaunt Satan! for it is written, “Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and to him only thou pay divine adoration.”
১০তদানীং যীশুস্তমৱোচৎ, দূৰীভৱ প্ৰতাৰক, লিখিতমিদম্ আস্তে, "ৎৱযা নিজঃ প্ৰভুঃ পৰমেশ্ৱৰঃ প্ৰণম্যঃ কেৱলঃ স সেৱ্যশ্চ| "
11 Then the devil leaveth him, and lo! angels came and ministered unto him.
১১ততঃ প্ৰতাৰকেণ স পৰ্য্যত্যাজি, তদা স্ৱৰ্গীযদূতৈৰাগত্য স সিষেৱে|
12 But when Jesus heard that John was cast into prison, he retired into Galilee;
১২তদনন্তৰং যোহন্ কাৰাযাং ববন্ধে, তদ্ৱাৰ্ত্তাং নিশম্য যীশুনা গালীল্ প্ৰাস্থীযত|
13 and leaving Nazareth, he came and resided at Capernaum, a maritime city, on the confines of Zebulun and Nephthali:
১৩ততঃ পৰং স নাসৰন্নগৰং ৱিহায জলঘেস্তটে সিবূলূন্নপ্তালী এতযোৰুৱভযোঃ প্ৰদেশযোঃ সীম্নোৰ্মধ্যৱৰ্ত্তী য: কফৰ্নাহূম্ তন্নগৰম্ ইৎৱা ন্যৱসৎ|
14 that what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled, saying,
১৪তস্মাৎ, অন্যাদেশীযগালীলি যৰ্দ্দন্পাৰেঽব্ধিৰোধসি| নপ্তালিসিবূলূন্দেশৌ যত্ৰ স্থানে স্থিতৌ পুৰা|
15 “The land of Zabulun, and the land of Naphthali, the road to the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
১৫তত্ৰত্যা মনুজা যে যে পৰ্য্যভ্ৰাম্যন্ তমিস্ৰকে| তৈৰ্জনৈৰ্বৃহদালোকঃ পৰিদৰ্শিষ্যতে তদা| অৱসন্ যে জনা দেশে মৃত্যুচ্ছাযাস্ৱৰূপকে| তেষামুপৰি লোকানামালোকঃ সংপ্ৰকাশিতঃ||
16 the people who sat in darkness saw a great light; and on those who sat in the region and shadow of death, even on them hath the light arisen.”
১৬যদেতদ্ৱচনং যিশযিযভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদিনা প্ৰোক্তং, তৎ তদা সফলম্ অভূৎ|
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is approaching.
১৭অনন্তৰং যীশুঃ সুসংৱাদং প্ৰচাৰযন্ এতাং কথাং কথযিতুম্ আৰেভে, মনাংসি পৰাৱৰ্ত্তযত, স্ৱৰ্গীযৰাজৎৱং সৱিধমভৱৎ|
18 And as Jesus was walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.
১৮ততঃ পৰং যীশু ৰ্গালীলো জলধেস্তটেন গচ্ছন্ গচ্ছন্ আন্দ্ৰিযস্তস্য ভ্ৰাতা শিমোন্ অৰ্থতো যং পিতৰং ৱদন্তি এতাৱুভৌ জলঘৌ জালং ক্ষিপন্তৌ দদৰ্শ, যতস্তৌ মীনধাৰিণাৱাস্তাম্|
19 And he saith to them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
১৯তদা স তাৱাহূয ৱ্যাজহাৰ, যুৱাং মম পশ্চাদ্ আগচ্ছতং, যুৱামহং মনুজধাৰিণৌ কৰিষ্যামি|
20 Then immediately quitting their nets they followed him.
২০তেনৈৱ তৌ জালং ৱিহায তস্য পশ্চাৎ আগচ্ছতাম্|
21 And going on from thence, he saw two other brothers, James son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.
২১অনন্তৰং তস্মাৎ স্থানাৎ ৱ্ৰজন্ ৱ্ৰজন্ সিৱদিযস্য সুতৌ যাকূব্ যোহন্নামানৌ দ্ৱৌ সহজৌ তাতেন সাৰ্দ্ধং নৌকোপৰি জালস্য জীৰ্ণোদ্ধাৰং কুৰ্ৱ্ৱন্তৌ ৱীক্ষ্য তাৱাহূতৱান্|
22 Then they instantly quitting the ship and their father, followed him.
২২তৎক্ষণাৎ তৌ নাৱং স্ৱতাতঞ্চ ৱিহায তস্য পশ্চাদ্গামিনৌ বভূৱতুঃ|
23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every malady among the people.
২৩অনন্তৰং ভজনভৱনে সমুপদিশন্ ৰাজ্যস্য সুসংৱাদং প্ৰচাৰযন্ মনুজানাং সৰ্ৱ্ৱপ্ৰকাৰান্ ৰোগান্ সৰ্ৱ্ৱপ্ৰকাৰপীডাশ্চ শমযন্ যীশুঃ কৃৎস্নং গালীল্দেশং ভ্ৰমিতুম্ আৰভত|
24 And there went out a report of him into all Syria: and they brought unto him all who had illness, the afflicted with various diseases and painful complaints, and the demoniacs, and lunatics, and paralytics; and he healed them.
২৪তেন কৃৎস্নসুৰিযাদেশস্য মধ্যং তস্য যশো ৱ্যাপ্নোৎ, অপৰং ভূতগ্ৰস্তা অপস্মাৰৰ্গীণঃ পক্ষাধাতিপ্ৰভৃতযশ্চ যাৱন্তো মনুজা নানাৱিধৱ্যাধিভিঃ ক্লিষ্টা আসন্, তেষু সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষু তস্য সমীপম্ আনীতেষু স তান্ স্ৱস্থান্ চকাৰ|
25 And great multitudes followed him from Galilee, and Decapolis, and Jerusalem, and Judea, and from beyond Jordan.
২৫এতেন গালীল্-দিকাপনি-যিৰূশালম্-যিহূদীযদেশেভ্যো যৰ্দ্দনঃ পাৰাঞ্চ বহৱো মনুজাস্তস্য পশ্চাদ্ আগচ্ছন্|
