< Mark 3 >

1 AND he entered again into the synagogue; and a man was there who had a withered hand.
Yesu baa Kapernaum no, ɔkɔɔ hyiadan mu bio. Ɔduruu hɔ no, ɔhunuu ɔbarima bi a ne nsa baako awu.
2 And they watched him if he would cure him on the sabbath; that they might accuse him.
Na saa ɛda no yɛ Homeda enti na Yesu atamfoɔ no retetɛ no ahwɛ sɛ ɔbɛsa ɔbarima no yadeɛ anaa. Na wɔabɔ wɔn tirim sɛ, sɛ ɔsa no yadeɛ a, wɔbɛkyere no!
3 And he saith to the man who had the withered hand, Rise up in the midst.
Yesu ka kyerɛɛ ɔbarima no sɛ, “Sɔre gyina nnipa no anim.”
4 And he saith to them, Is it lawful on the sabbath day to do good, or to do evil, to preserve life, or to kill? but they were silent.
Ɔdanee ne ho kyerɛɛ nʼatamfoɔ no bisaa wɔn sɛ, “Ɛyɛ sɛ obi yɛ papa Homeda? Anaasɛ ɛyɛ ɛda a wɔde yɛ bɔne? Ɛyɛ ɛda a wɔde gye nkwa anaa wɔma obi nkwa hwere no” Nanso, wɔammua no.
5 Then looking round about on them with indignation, exceedingly grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith to the man, Stretch out thine hand; and he stretched it out: and his hand was restored sound as the other.
Ɔde abufuo hwɛɛ wɔn hyiaeɛ. Ɛhaa no sɛ wɔnni ahummɔborɔ mma nnipa enti ɔka kyerɛɛ ɔbarima no sɛ, “Tene wo nsa no mu.” Ɔtenee mu, na amonom hɔ ara, ne nsa no yɛɛ yie.
6 And the Pharisees instantly going out, held a council with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
Ɛhɔ ara, Farisifoɔ no kɔhyiaa Herodefoɔ no ne wɔn susuu ɛkwan a wɔbɛfa so akum Yesu no ho.
7 And Jesus retired with his disciples to the sea side; and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judea,
Yesu ne nʼasuafoɔ no firii hɔ kɔɔ mpoano. Nnipadɔm fifiri Galilea, Yudea, Yerusalem,
8 and from Jerusalem, and from Idumea, and from the farther side of Jordan; and they around Tyre and Sidon, a vast multitude, when they heard what wonders he did, came unto him.
Idumea, Asubɔnten Yordan agya, Tiro ne Sidon fam nyinaa, tu dii Yesu akyi. Ɛfiri sɛ, na nʼanwanwadeɛ a ɔyɛ no atrɛ afanan nyinaa enti na ebinom pɛ sɛ wɔbɛhwɛ no.
9 And he spoke to his disciples that a little boat should be ready for him, because of the crowd, lest they should press upon him:
Ɔka kyerɛɛ nʼasuafoɔ no sɛ, wɔmpɛ kodoɔ bi nsi nkyɛn baabi, na sɛ nnipadɔm no kyere ne so wɔ mpoano hɔ a, watena mu akɔ.
10 for he healed many; insomuch, that they thronged in upon him, that they might touch him, as many as had afflictive diseases.
Ɛda no, na wasa nyarewa bebree. Nanso, na ayarefoɔ no ba ara na wɔreba a wɔpɛɛ sɛ wɔde wɔn nsa ka nʼatadeɛ.
11 And the unclean spirits, when they beheld him, fell down before him, and cried out saying, Thou art the Son of God.
Ɛberɛ biara a wɔn a wɔwɔ ahonhommɔne no bi bɛhunu no no, wɔtwa hwe fam, woso biribiri, ka sɛ, “Woyɛ Onyankopɔn Ba.”
12 And he repeatedly charged them, that they should not make him known.
Nanso, ɔbɔɔ wɔn ano sɛ, wɔnnkyerɛ onipa ko a ɔyɛ.
13 And he went up into a mountain, and called to him those whom he chose; and they came to him.
Akyire yi, ɔkɔɔ bepɔ so frɛɛ wɔn a wayi wɔn no baa ne nkyɛn.
14 And he appointed twelve to be with him, and to send them out to preach:
Ɔyii wɔn mu dumienu a daa wɔne no bɛnante, na wɔakɔka asɛmpa no,
15 and to have authority to cure diseases, and to cast out devils:
na wɔatu ahonhommɔne nso.
16 and Simon he surnamed Peter;
Dumienu a ɔyii wɔn no din nie: Simon a ɔtoo no din foforɔ Petro.
17 and James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and surnamed them Boanerges, that is, sons of thunder:
Sebedeo mma Yakobo ne Yohane nso, ɔfrɛɛ wɔn Boanerges a, aseɛ ne aprannaa mma.
18 and Andrew and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alpheus, and Thaddeus, and Simon the Canaanite,
Wɔn a wɔka ho nso nie: Andrea, Filipo, Bartolomeo, Mateo, Toma, Alfeo ba Yakobo, Tadeo, ne Simon ɔmanyɛfoɔ,
19 and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him: and they came into an house.
ɛnna Yuda Iskariot a ɔyii no maeɛ no.
20 And the multitude came together again, so that they were not able even to eat bread.
Ɔsane baa efie a ɔte mu no mu no, nnipakuo bi sane baa ne so bio. Ankyɛre koraa na ɛhɔ nyinaa yɛɛ ma a ɔnnya ɛkwan koraa nnidi.
21 And when his relations heard it, they went out to restrain him, for they said, He is transported beyond all bounds.
Ne fiefoɔ tee asɛm a aba no, wɔkɔɔ hɔ sɛ wɔrekɔfa no akɔ wɔn efie ɛfiri sɛ, wɔkaa sɛ, “Ne tiri mu ka no.”
22 And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem, said, He hath Beelzebub, and by this prince of the devils doth he cast out devils.
Atwerɛsɛm no akyerɛkyerɛfoɔ a wɔfiri Yerusalem baeɛ no kaa sɛ, “Beelsebul a ɔyɛ ahonhommɔne panin no afa no, na ɔnam saa tumi no so na ɔtu ahonhommɔne no.”
23 So calling them to him, he spake to them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
Yesu frɛɛ wɔn kasa kyerɛɛ wɔn abɛbuo mu sɛ, “Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na Ɔbonsam bɛtumi atu Ɔbonsam?
24 Even if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand:
Ahennie biara a ɛne ne ho di asie no bɛgu.
25 and if a family be divided against itself, that family cannot be established.
Saa ara na efie biara a ɛne ne ho di asie no nnyina ara ne no.
26 So if Satan rise up against himself, and is divided, he cannot subsist, but cometh to an end.
Na sɛ Ɔbonsam twa ne ho ne ne ho di asie a, ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na watumi adi nkonim? Ɔbɛdi nkoguo.
27 No man entering into his house, can plunder a strong man’s goods, unless he first bind the strong man, then indeed he spoileth his house.
Obiara ntumi nkɔ ɔhoɔdenfoɔ efie nkɔfa ne nneɛma kwa, agye sɛ, onii no di ɛkan kyekyere ɔhoɔdenfoɔ no, ansa na watumi afa ne nneɛma.
28 Verily I say unto you, That all sins shall be forgiven to the sons of men, and the blasphemies, whatsoever they may blaspheme:
Mereka akyerɛ mo sɛ, bɔne a onipa ayɛ biara no, wɔtumi de kyɛ no, na mpo obi ka abususɛm tia me a, wɔtumi de kyɛ no;
29 but whosoever shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost, hath no forgiveness to eternity, but is adjudged to everlasting damnation.
30 Because they said, he hath an unclean spirit.
Ɔkaa saa asɛm yi ɛfiri sɛ, na wɔka sɛ, “Ɔwɔ honhommɔne.”
31 Then came his brethren and his mother, and standing without sent unto him, calling aloud for him.
Ɔgu so rekyerɛkyerɛ no, ne maame ne ne nuanom bɛgyinaa nnipadɔm no mu baabi somaa obi sɛ, ɔnkɔfrɛ no mmra, na wɔne no nkasa.
32 And the multitude sat around him, and they said to him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without are asking for thee.
Saa ɛberɛ no na nnipadɔm no atwa ne ho ahyia. Nnipa no ka kyerɛɛ Yesu sɛ, “Wo maame ne wo nuanom gyina afikyire hɔ pɛ sɛ wɔne wo kasa.”
33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother or my brethren?
Yesu bisaa wɔn sɛ, “Hwan ne me maame? Ɛhefoɔ ne me nuanom?”
34 And looking about on those who were sitting in a circle round him, he saith, Behold my mother and my brethren!
Ɔhwɛɛ nnipadɔm no hyiaeɛ kaa sɛ, “Yeinom ne me maame ne me nuanom!
35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, that person is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
Obiara a ɔbɛyɛ Onyankopɔn apɛdeɛ no, ɔno ne me nuabarima ne me nuabaa ne me maame.”
