< Mark 13 >
1 AND as he was going out of the temple, one of his disciples said unto him, Master, behold what vast stones, and what structures!
Mgbe o sitere nʼụlọnsọ ukwu ahụ na-apụ, otu nʼime ndị na-eso ụzọ ya siri ya, “Onye ozizi, ị hụkwara otu ụlọ a si maa mma. Lee ụdị nkume buru ibu e ji wuo ha.”
2 And Jesus answering said to him, Beholdest thou these magnificent structures? there shall not be left one stone upon another which shall not be thrown down.
Jisọs zara ha, “Ị hụrụ ụlọ ukwu ndị a? Oge na-abịa mgbe ọ na-adịghị nkume ga-atụkwasị nʼelu ibe ya, nʼihi na a ga-ala ha niile nʼiyi.”
3 And as he was sitting on the mount of Olives, opposite the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what is the sign when all these things shall come to pass?
“Gwa anyị, olee mgbe ihe ndị a ga-emezu? Gịnị ga-abụkwa ihe ịrịbama izi na o ruola mgbe ha niile ga-emezu?”
5 Then Jesus answering them, began to say, Beware that no man deceive you:
Jisọs malitere ịgwa ha sị, “Lezienụ anya ka onye ọbụla ghara iduhie unu.
6 for many will come in my name, saying, I am the Messiah; and shall deceive many.
Nʼihi na ọtụtụ ga-abịa nʼaha m sị, ‘Abụ m ya.’ Ha ga-eduhiekwa ọtụtụ ndị ụzọ.
7 But when ye hear of wars, and rumours of wars, be not troubled: for these things must be; but the end is not yet.
Mgbe unu nụrụ maka agha na akụkọ agha dị iche iche, unu atụla egwu. Ihe ndị a aghaghị ime ma oge ọgwụgwụ ihe niile erubeghị.
8 And nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and commotions: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
Mba ga-ebili megide mba ibe ya. Alaeze ga-ebilikwa megide alaeze ibe ya. Ala ọma jijiji na ụnwụ ga-adị nʼebe dị iche iche. Ihe ndị a bụ mmalite nke oke ihe mgbu.
9 But take ye heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to their sanhedrims, and to the synagogues; ye shall be beaten with rods, and be set before kings and governors for my name’s sake, for a testimony unto them.
“Unu aghaghị ịbụ ndị nọ na nche. A ga-enyefe unu nʼaka ndị na-achị achị, pịakwa unu ihe nʼụlọ ekpere. Nʼihi m, unu ga-eguzo nʼihu ndịisi ọchịchị na ndị eze dị ka ndị ama nye ha.
10 And the Gospel must first be preached to all nations.
Aghaghị ibu ụzọ kwusaa oziọma a nye mba niile.
11 But when delivering you up, they shall bring you to the bar, be not previously anxious what ye shall say, neither premeditate: for it shall be given to you at that very hour, what ye shall speak: for it is not you, who are speaking, but the Holy Ghost.
Ma mgbe ha jidere unu kpụta unu nʼụlọikpe, unu echegbula onwe unu banyere ihe unu ga-ekwu, kwuonụ naanị ihe batara unu nʼọnụ unu ikwu nʼoge ahụ. Nʼihi na ọ bụghị unu ga-ekwu okwu, kama ọ bụ Mmụọ Nsọ ga-esite nʼọnụ unu kwuo okwu.
12 And brother shall deliver up brother unto death, and the father the son: and children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
“Nwanne ga-arara nwanne ya nye ka e gbuo ya. Nna ga-ararakwa nwa ya nye. Ụmụ ga-ebili megide ndị mụrụ ha mee ka e gbuo ha.
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake. But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
Mmadụ niile ga-akpọ unu asị nʼihi m, ma onye ga-eguzosi ike ruo ọgwụgwụ ka a ga-azọpụta.
14 But when ye see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing where it ought not (let him that readeth observe), then let those who are in Judea fly to the mountains:
“Mgbe unu hụrụ ihe arụ nke na-eweta mbibi ka ọ na-eguzo nʼebe ọ na-ekwesighị(onye na-agụ ya nwee nghọta), mgbe ahụ, ka ndị nọ na Judịa were ọsọ gbalaga nʼelu ugwu
15 and let not him who is on the roof go down into the house, nor enter into it, to carry away any thing out of the house:
Onye ọbụla nọ nʼelu ụlọ ya ghara ịrịdata maọbụ baa nʼime ụlọ ya iwepụta ihe ọbụla.
16 and he that is in the field, let him not return back to take his garment.
Ka onye ọbụla nọ nʼubi ghara ịlọghachi ịchịrị uwe ya.
17 But wo to those who are big with child, and who have infants at their breasts in those days!
Ma ahụhụ ga-adịrị ndị dị ime, na ndị na-enye ụmụaka ara, nʼụbọchị ahụ.
18 And pray that your flight be not in winter.
Kpeenụ ekpere ka ihe ndị a hapụ ime nʼoge oke oyi.
19 For these days shall bring tribulation, such as the like hath never been from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, and never shall be more.
Nʼihi na oke mkpagbu nke ụbọchị ahụ ga-abụ nke na-adịbeghị na mbụ site na mgbe Chineke kere ụwa ruo ugbu a. Ọ dịkwaghị ihe ga-adịkwa ka ya ọzọ ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.
20 And except the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been preserved: but for the sake of those elect, whom he hath elected, he hath shortened the days.
“Ọ bụrụ na Onyenwe anyị emeghị ka ụbọchị ndị ahụ dị mkpụmkpụ, ọ dịghị onye a ga-azọpụta. Ma nʼihi ndị ya, ndị ọ họpụtara, o meela ka ụbọchị ndị ahụ dị mkpụmkpụ.
21 And then, if any man say to you, Lo, here is the Messiah! or, lo there! believe it not.
Nʼoge ahụ, ọ bụrụ na onye ọbụla asị unu, ‘Lee, Kraịst nọ nʼebe a,’ maọbụ, ‘Lee, ọ nọ nʼebe ahụ,’ unu ekwela.
22 For many false Messiahs and false prophets shall arise, and shall propose signs and wonders to deceive, if it were possible, even the elect.
23 But be ye on your guard: lo! I have told you all things:
Ya mere, unu nọrọ na nche; nʼihi na agwala m unu ihe niile mgbe ha na-emebeghị.
24 but in those days, after that distressing season, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not emit her light;
“Nʼụbọchị ndị ahụ, nke na-esote oge mkpagbu ahụ, “‘anyanwụ ga-agba ọchịchịrị, ọnwa agaghị enyekwa ìhè ya;
25 and the stars of the heaven will be falling, and the powers that are in heaven will be shaken.
kpakpando ga-esi na mbara eluigwe na-ada, ike niile dị na mbara eluigwe ga-amakwa jijiji.’
26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with vast power and glory.
“Nʼoge ahụ, ha ga-ahụ Nwa nke Mmadụ, ka ọ na-abịa nʼigwe ojii nʼoke ike na ebube.
27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather to him his elect from the four winds, from the extremity of the earth to the utmost bound of heaven.
Mgbe ahụ, ọ ga-ezipụ ndị mmụọ ozi ya ka ha kpokọta ndị a họpụtara site nʼakụkụ anọ niile nke ụwa. Site na nsọtụ niile nke ụwa ruo na nsọtụ niile nke eluigwe.
28 Now learn from the fig-tree, a parable; When her branch is now become tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh;
“Ugbu a, mụtanụ ihe site nʼosisi fiig. Mgbe ọbụla alaka ya dị nro malite iwepụta akwụkwọ ndụ, unu maara na ọkọchị dị nso.
29 so also you, when ye see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.
Nʼụzọ dị otu a, mgbe unu hụrụ ihe ndị a niile ka ha bidoro ime, matanụ na ọ nọ nso, ọ nọkwa nʼọnụ ụzọ.
30 Verily I say unto you, That this generation shall not pass away, until all these things are fulfilled.
Ana m agwa unu eziokwu na ọgbọ a agaghị agabiga tupu ihe ndị a niile emezuo.
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away; but my words shall never pass away.
32 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, nor the angels which are in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father.
“Ma banyere ụbọchị ahụ, maọbụ oge awa ahụ, o nweghị onye ọbụla maara, ọ bụladị ndị mmụọ ozi nke eluigwe, maọbụ Ọkpara ahụ, kama naanị Nna ahụ maara ya.
33 Take ye heed, watch, and pray; for ye know not when the time is.
Ebe ọ bụ na unu amaghị mgbe ha ga-emezu, nọrọnụ na nche! Mụrụkwanụ anya!
34 As a man going abroad, when he left his abode, and gave his servants authority, and to each his work, commanded also the porter to watch.
Ọ dị ka nwoke hapụrụ ụlọ ya na-aga njem, tinye nʼaka ndị ohu ya ilekọta ihe, onye ọbụla nʼime ha ka o nyere ọrụ ọ ga-arụ ma nyekwa onye nche ọnụ ụzọ iwu ka ọ nọ na nche.
35 Watch ye therefore; for ye know not at what time the master of the house cometh, at evening, or midnight, or cock-crowing, or in the morning:
“Ya mere nọrọnụ na nche, nʼihi na unu amaghị mgbe Onyenwe ụlọ ga-alọta. Ma ọ bụ nʼuhuruchi maọbụ nʼetiti abalị. Maọbụ mgbe ọkụkụ kwara akwa, maọbụ nʼisi ụtụtụ.
36 lest coming suddenly he find you asleep.
37 Now what I say to you, I say to all, Watch.
Ihe m gwara unu ka m na-agwakwa mmadụ niile. ‘Nọrọnụ na nche.’”
