John 9
1 AND as he passed along, he saw a man blind from his birth.
जातो हुयो ओन एक आदमी ख देख्यो जो जनम सी अन्धा होतो।
2 And his disciples inquired of him, saying, Rabbi, who was in fault, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?
ओको चेला न ओको सी पुच्छ्यो, “हे गुरु, कौन पाप करयो होतो कि यो अन्धा जनम्यो, यो आदमी न या येको बाप–माय न?”
3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man been in fault, nor his parents; but it is in order to make manifest the works of God in him.
यीशु न उत्तर दियो, “नहीं येन पाप करयो होतो, नहीं येको माय–बाप न; पर यो येकोलायी भयो कि परमेश्वर को काम ओको म प्रगट हो।
4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night is coming, when no man can work.
जेन मोख भेज्यो हय, हम्ख ओको काम दिनच दिन म करनो जरूरी हय; ऊ रात आवन वाली हय जेको म कोयी काम नहीं कर सकय।
5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
जब तक मय जगत म हय, तब तक जगत की ज्योति आय।”
6 So speaking, he spat on the ground, and made mud with the spittle, and anointed with the mud the eyes of the blind man;
यो कह्य क ओन जमीन पर थूक्यो, अऊर ऊ थूक सी माटी सानी, अऊर ऊ माटी ऊ अन्धा की आंखी पर लगाय क
7 and said to him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which signifies, Sent.) Then he went and washed, and came seeing.
ओको सी कह्यो, “जा, शीलोह को कुण्ड म धोय ले” शीलोह को मतलब “भेज्यो हुयो हय।” ओन जाय क धोयो, अऊर देखतो हुयो लौट आयो।
8 The neighbours therefore, and they who saw him formerly, that he was blind, said, Is not this the man who was sitting and begging?
तब पड़ोसी अऊर जिन्न पहिले ओख भीख मांगतो देख्यो होतो, कहन लग्यो, “का यो उच नोहोय, जो बैठ्यो भीख मांगत होतो?”
9 Some said, That this is he: but others, That he is like him: he himself said, I am he.
कुछ लोगों न कह्यो, “यो उच आय,” दूसरों न कह्यो, “नहीं, पर ओको जसो हय।” ओन कह्यो, “मय उच आय।”
10 When said they to him, How were thine eyes opened?
तब हि ओको सी पूछन लग्यो, “तोरी आंखी कसी खुल गयी?”
11 he answered and said, A man called Jesus made mud, and anointed my eyes, and said to me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: then I went, and washing received sight.
ओन उत्तर दियो, “यीशु नाम को एक आदमी न माटी सानी, अऊर मोरी आंखी पर लगाय क मोरो सी कह्यो, ‘शीलोह को कुण्ड म जाय क धोय ले,’ येकोलायी मय गयो अऊर धोयो अऊर देखन लग्यो।”
12 They said to him, Where is he? He replied, I know not.
उन्न ओको सी पुच्छ्यो, “ऊ कित हय?” ओन कह्यो, “मय नहीं जानु हय।”
13 They brought him to the Pharisees, who had before been blind.
लोग ओख जो पहिले अन्धा होतो फरीसियों को जवर ले गयो।
14 (Now it was the sabbath-day when Jesus made the mud, and opened his eyes.)
जो दिन यीशु न माटी सान क ओकी आंखी खोली होती, ऊ आराम को दिन होतो।
15 The Pharisees therefore questioned him again, How he had received sight? And he told them, He put mud upon my eyes, and I washed, and do see.
तब फरीसियों न भी ओको सी पुच्छ्यो कि ओकी आंखी कौन्सी रीति सी खुल गयी। ओन उन्को सी कह्यो, “ओन मोरी आंखी पर माटी लगायी, तब मय न धोय लियो, अऊर अब देखू हय।”
16 Then said certain of the Pharisees, This man is not from God, because he observeth not the sabbath. Others said, How is it possible for a wicked man to do such miracles? And there was a division among them.
येको पर कुछ फरीसी कहन लग्यो, “यो आदमी परमेश्वर को तरफ सी नहीं, कहालीकि ऊ आराम दिन ख नहीं मानय।” दूसरों न कह्यो, “पापी आदमी असो चिन्ह कसो दिखाय सकय हय?” येकोलायी ओको म फूट पड़ गयी।
17 They say to the blind man again, What sayest thou of him? that he opened thine eyes? Then he replied, That he is a prophet.
उन्न ऊ अन्धा सी फिर कह्यो, “ओन तोरी आंखी खोली हंय। तय ओको बारे म का कह्य हय?” ओन कह्यो, “ऊ भविष्यवक्ता आय।”
18 Then the Jews did not believe that he had been blind, and received sight, until that they had called the parents of him who had received sight.
पर यहूदियों ख विश्वास नहीं भयो कि ऊ अन्धा होतो अऊर अब देखय हय, जब तक उन्न ओको, जेकी आंखी खुल गयी होती, माय–बाप ख बुलाय क
19 And they questioned them, saying, Is this your son, of whom ye say, that he was born blind? how then doth he now see?
उन्को सी नहीं पुच्छ्यो, “का यो तुम्हरो बेटा आय, जेक तुम कह्य हय कि अन्धा जनम्यो होतो? फिर अब ऊ कसो देखय हय?”
20 His parents answered them and said, We know that this is our son, and that he was born blind:
उन्को माय–बाप न उत्तर दियो, “हम त जानजे हंय कि यो हमरो बेटा आय, अऊर अन्धा जनम्यो होतो;
21 but how he now seeth, we know not; or who hath opened his eyes, we know not: he is of age; ask him: he himself will tell you about it.
पर हम यो नहीं जानजे हंय कि अब कसो देखय हय, अऊर नहीं जानय हंय कि कौन न ओकी आंखी खोली। ऊ सियानो हय, ओको सीच पूछ लेवो; ऊ अपनो बारे म खुदच कह्य देयेंन।”
22 So spake his parents, because they were afraid of the Jews: for the Jews had already come to a resolution, that if any person acknowledged him Messiah, he should be excluded the synagogue.
या बाते ओको माय–बाप न येकोलायी कहीं कहालीकि हि यहूदियों सी डरत होतो, कहालीकि यहूदी एक मन को होय गयो होतो कि यदि कोयी कहेंन कि ऊ मसीह आय, त आराधनालयों म सी निकाल दियो जायेंन।
23 Therefore said his parents, He is of age; ask him.
येकोलायी ओको माय-बाप न कह्यो, “ऊ सियानो हय, ओको सीच पूछ लेवो।”
24 The second time therefore they called the man who had been blind, and said unto him, Give the glory to God: we know that this man is a sinner.
तब उन्न ऊ आदमी ख जो अन्धा होतो, दूसरी बार बुलाय क ओको सी कह्यो, “परमेश्वर की महिमा कर हम त जानजे हंय कि ऊ आदमी पापी हय।”
25 Then answered he and said, Whether this man be a sinner, I know not: one thing I do know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.
ओन उत्तर दियो, “मय नहीं जानु हय कि ऊ पापी आय या नहीं; मय एक बात जानु हय कि मय अन्धा होतो अऊर अब देखू हय।”
26 Then said they to him again, What did he to thee? how opened he thine eves?
उन्न ओको सी कह्यो, “ओन तोरो संग का करयो? अऊर कसो तरह तोरी आंखी खोली?”
27 He answered them, I have already told you, and ye did not hearken: why do ye wish to hear it again? will ye also become his disciples?
ओन ओको सी कह्यो, “मय त तुम सी कह्यो होतो, अऊर तुम न नहीं सुन्यो; अब दूसरों बार कहाली सुननो चाहवय हय? का तुम भी ओको चेला होनो चाहवय हय?”
28 Then they reviled him, and said, Thou art his disciple, but we are the disciples of Moses.
तब हि ओख बुरो भलो कह्य क बोल्यो, “तयच ओको चेला आय, हम त मूसा को चेला आय।
29 We know that God spake to Moses: but we know nothing of this man, whence he is.
हम जानजे हय कि परमेश्वर न मूसा सी बाते करी; पर यो आदमी ख नहीं जानजे कि कित को आय।”
30 The man replied, and said to them, Now herein is something very surprising, that you know not whence he is, though he hath opened my eyes.
ओन उन्ख उत्तर दियो, “या त अचम्भा की बात आय कि तुम नहीं जानय हय कि ऊ कित को आय, तब भी ओन मोरी आंखी खोल दी।
31 Now we know that God doth not hearken to sinners: but if any man be a devout worshipper, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
हम जानजे हंय कि परमेश्वर पापियों की नहीं सुनय, पर यदि कोयी परमेश्वर को भक्त हय अऊर ओकी इच्छा पर चलय हय, त ऊ ओकी सुनय हय।
32 From the creation of the world hath it never been heard, that any man opened the eyes of one born blind. (aiōn g165)
जगत को सुरूवात सी यो कभी सुननो म नहीं आयो कि कोयी न जनम को अन्धा की आंखी खोली हय। (aiōn g165)
33 If this man were not from God, he could not do any thing.
यदि यो आदमी परमेश्वर को तरफ सी नहीं होतो, त कुछ भी नहीं कर सकय।”
34 They answered and said unto him, Thou wast wholly born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out.
उन्न ओख उत्तर दियो, “तय त बिल्कुल पापों म जनम्यो हय, तय हम्ख का सिखावय हय?” अऊर उन्न ओख बाहेर निकाल दियो।
35 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and finding him, said to him, Believest thou in the Son of God?
यीशु न सुन्यो कि उन्न ओख बाहेर निकाल दियो हय, अऊर जब ओको सी भेंट भयी त कह्यो, “का तय आदमी को बेटा पर विश्वास करय हय?”
36 The man answered and said, Who is he, Sir, that I might believe on him?
ओन उत्तर दियो, “हे प्रभु, ऊ कौन आय, कि मय ओको पर विश्वास करू?”
37 Then said Jesus him, Thou hast even seen him, and he that is now talking with thee is the very person.
यीशु न ओको सी कह्यो, “तय न ओख देख्यो भी हय, अऊर जो तोरो संग बाते कर रह्यो हय ऊ उच आय।”
38 Then he said, Lord, I believe: and worshipped him.
ओन कह्यो, “हे प्रभु, मय विश्वास करू हय।” अऊर ओख घुटना को बल प्रनाम करयो।
39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they who see not may see; and they who see become blind.
तब यीशु कह्यो, “मय यो जगत म न्याय करन आयो हय, ताकि जो नहीं देखय ऊ देखय हय हि देखेंन जो देखय हय हि अन्धा होय जायेंन।”
40 And some of the Pharisees who were with him heard these things, and said to him, Are we blind also?
जो फरीसी ओको संग होतो उन्न यो बाते सुन क ओको सी कह्यो, “का हम भी अन्धा हय?”
41 Jesus said to them, If ye were blind, ye should not have had sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin is permanent.
यीशु न उन्को सी कह्यो, “यदि तुम अन्धा होतो त पापी नहीं ठहरतो; पर अब कह्य हय कि हम देखजे हंय, येकोलायी तुम्हरो पाप बन्यो रह्य हय।
