John 16
1 THESE things have I spoken, that ye might not be stumbled.
Nibhajobhili mambo agha ili msibhwesi kukwazibhwa.
2 They will put you out of their synagogues: yea, the hour is coming, that every one who killeth you will think he offers God a sacred service.
Bhibeta kubhapisya kwibhala mu masinagogi; hakika saa jhihida ambajho khila jha ibetakubhakhoma ibetakufikiri ibhomba mbombo jhinofu kwa ndabah jha K'yara.
3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.
Bhibetakubhabhombela mambo agha kwa ndabha bhammanyilepi Dadi wala bhanimanyilepi nene.
4 But these things have I spoken to you, that when the hour is come, ye may remember the same for I had told you. But these things I told you not at the beginning, because I was with you.
Nibhajobhili mambo agha ili kwamba wakati ukafikayi ghwa agha kutokela, mwibhwesya kughakhomboka na jinsi kyanibhajobhili mubhwesiajhi bhene. Nabhajobhilepi kuhusu mambo agha kuh'omela kubhwandelu kwa ndabha najhele pamonga namu.
5 But now I am going away to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither art thou going?
Japokujha, henu nilota kwa jhola jhaanilaghisi; lakini ajhelepi kati jha muenga jha akanikota, “Wilotandakhu?”
6 But because I have spoken these things to you, sorrow hath filled your heart.
Kwa ndabha nijobhili malobhi agha kwa muenga, huzuni imemili mu mioyo jha jhomu.
7 Yet I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I went not away, the Comforter would not come to you; but if I go, I will send him unto you.
Hata naha, nikabhajobhela ukweli: ni vyema kwa muenga nikabhokayi; kwa ndabha nikabelakubhoka, mfariji ibetalepi kuhida kwa muenga; lakini nikalotayi nibetakundaghisya kwa muenga.
8 And when he cometh, he will convince the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment:
Akahidayi, mfariji ojhu ibetakuubitisha ulimwengu kuhusiana ni dhambi, kuhusiana ni haki na kuhusiana ni hukumu.
9 of sin first, because they believe not in me;
Kuhusiana ni dhambi, kwa ndabha bhabelikunikiera nene,
10 then of righteousness, because I am going to the Father, so ye see me no more;
kuhusiana ni haki, kwa ndabha nilota kwa dadi, na mwibetalepi kunibhona kabhele'
11 and of judgment, because the ruler of this world hath sentence pronounced on him.
ni kuhusiana ni hukumu kwa ndabha mbaha ghwa ulimwengu obho ahukumibhu.
12 I have many things to say to you, but ye cannot bear them just now.
Nijhenaku mingi gha kubhajobhela, lakini mwibetalepi kughatekelesya henu.
13 But when he is come, the Spirit of truth, he will conduct you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever things he shall hear, he shall speak: and he will declare to you the things that shall come hereafter.
Lakini, muene, Roho ghwa kweli, akahidayi, ibetakubhalongosya mu bhukweli ghoha; kwa kujha ibetalepi kulongela kwa ndabha jha muene; lakini ghoha ghaibetakughap'eleka, ibetakughajobha mambo aghu; na ibetakughadhihirisha kwa jhomu mambo agha ghaghibetakuhida.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
Muene jha ibetakunitukusya nene, kwa ndabha ibetakughatola mambo ghangu ni kughatangasya kwa muenga.
15 All things whatsoever the Father hath are mine: therefore I said, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
Fenu fyoha fya ajhenafu Dadi ndo fya nene; henu, nijobhili kujha Roho ibetakutola mambo ghangu ni kughadhihirisha kwa muenga.
16 A little while longer, and ye shall not see me: and again a little while, and ye shall see me, because I am going to the Father.
Bado muda bhufupi, mwibetalepi kunibhona kabhele; ni baada jha muda bhufupi kabhele, mwibetakunibhona.”
17 Then said some of the disciples unto each other, What is this which he saith to us, A little while longer, and ye shall not see me: and again a little while, and ye shall see me: and this, because I am going to the Father?
Baadhi jha bhanafunzi bha muene bhakajobhesana, “Kiki yaakatujobhela, “muda bhufupi, na mwibetalepi kunibhona kabhele,' na, kisha, mda bhufupi mkanibhona,' na, 'kwandabha nilota kwa Dadi?”
18 They said therefore, What is this which he saith, This little while? we know not what he means.
Henu, bhakajobha, 'Khenu kheleku kyaijobha, 'Bado mda mfupi'? Tumanyilepi kyaijobha.
19 Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Are ye questioning among yourselves concerning this declaration, which I spake, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again a little while, and ye shall see me?
Yesu abhuene bhinoghela kun'kota, ni muene akabhajobhela, “Mwikikota, mwe bhene kuhusu e'le, kyanijobhili, 'Bado mda mfupi, mwibetalepi kunibhona kabhele; na baada jha muda mfupi mwibetakunibhona'?
20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be very sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
Aminiayi, aminiayi, nikabhajobhela, mwibetakulela ni kuombolesya, lakini ulimwengu wibetakushangilila, mwibetakujha ni huzuni lakini huzuni jha muenga ibetakugeuka kujha furaha.
21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but when the little son is born, she no more remembers the anguish, for joy that a man is brought into the world.
N'dala ijha ni huzuni wakati paijha ni uchungu kwandabha wakati ghwa kwifungula ufikili; lakini paikifungula muana, ikhomboka lepi kabhele maumivu kwandabha jha furaha jha muene kwamba muana ahogoliki pa duniani.
22 And ye therefore have indeed at present sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall be made glad, and your joy no man taketh from you.
Muenga mujheni huzuni henu, lakini nibetakubhabhona kabhele; ni mioyo jha jhomu ibetakuhobhoka na ajhelepi jhaibeta kubhwesya kujhibhosya furaha jha muenga.
23 And in that hour ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, That whatsoever things ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give you.
Ligono e'le mwibetata lepi kunikota maswali. Aminiayi, Aminiayi, nikabhajobhela,
24 Hitherto ye have asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be complete.
Mkas'okayi kyokyoha kwa Dadi, ibetakubhap'ela kwa lihina lya nene; musokayi, namu mwibetakupokela ili kwamba furaha jha muenga ikamilikayi.
25 These things have I spoken to you in parables: but the hour is coming when I will no more speak to you in parables, but will plainly inform you respecting the Father.
Nilongilili ni muenga kwa lugha jha jhibelikujhelebhweka, lakini saa jhihida ambapo nibetalepi kulongela kwa lugha jhajhiyeleweka lepi, lakini badala jhiake nibetakubhajobhela waziwazi kuhusu Dadi.
26 In that day ye shall ask in my name: and I do not say to you, I will entreat the Father for you:
Ligono e'lu mwibetakus'oka kwa lihina lya nene, na nikabhajobhela lepi kujha nibetakus'oka kwa Dadi kwa ndabha jha muenga;
27 for the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
Kwa kujha Dadi muene abhaganili kwandabha mniganili nene na kwandabha muniamini kujha nihomili kwa Dadi.
28 I came out from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I am leaving the world, and going to the Father.
Nah'omili kwa Dadi na nahidili ku ulimwengu; kabhele, nibhoka ulimwenguni na nilota kwa Dadi”.
29 His disciples said unto him, Lo! now thou speakest plainly, and speakest in no-wise proverbial.
Bhanafunzi bha muene bhakan'jobhela, “Ghwilola, henu ghwilongela wazi wazi na witumila lepi mafumbo.
30 Now we know that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any person should ask thee: by this we believe that thou hast come forth from God.
Henu, tumanyili kujha umanyili mambo ghoha, na wilonda lepi munu jhejhioha akukotayi maswali. Kwandabha ejhe twikiera kujha ghwihomela kwa K'yara.
31 Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?
Yesu akabhajibu, “Henu muamini?”
32 Behold, the hour is coming, yea, it is already come, that ye shall be dispersed, each after his own concerns, and shall leave me alone: though I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
Langayi, saa jhihida, ena na hakika jhifikili, ambapo mwibetakutabhwanyika khila mmonga ni kwa bhene mwibetakunileka najhoni. Lakini nijhelepi ne muene kwandabha Dadi ajhele nani.
33 These things have I spoken to you, that ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good courage; I have overcome the world.
Nikabhajobhela mambo agha ili kwamba mugati mwa nene mujhelayi ni amani. Duniani mujhe ni matatizo, lakini mukipelayi muoyo, nibhushindili ulimwengu.
