John 11
1 NOW there was a sick man, Lazarus, of Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha.
୧ବେତ୍ନିଆ ଗଡେ ଲାଜାର୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଜର୍ ଅଇରଇଲା । ମରିୟମ୍ ଆରି ତାର୍ ବଇନି ମାର୍ତା ସେ ଗାଏଁ ରଇଲାଇ ।
2 (It was the Mary who had anointed the Lord with the balm, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)
୨ଏ ମରିୟମ୍ ଅଇଲାନି, ଜନ୍ ମାଇଜି କି ବେସି ଦାମ୍ଦେବା ବାସ୍ନା ଚିକନ୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ପାଦେ ରକଇକରି ତାର୍ ଚେଣ୍ଡିସଙ୍ଗ୍ ପୁଚିଦେଇରଇଲା । ତାର୍ ବାଇ ଲାଜାର୍କେ ଆକା ଜର୍ ଅଇରଇଲା ।
3 The sisters therefore sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.
୩ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ତାର୍ ବଇନିମନ୍ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ କବର୍ ପାଟାଇଲାଇ, “ମାପ୍ରୁ ତମେ ଜାକେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି, ସେ ବେସି ଜର୍ ଅଇଲାଆଚେ ।”
4 When Jesus heard it, he said, This sickness is not for death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified thereby.
୪ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ଏ କାତା ସୁନିକରି କଇଲା, “ଏ ଜର୍ ମର୍ବାପାଇ ଅଏ ନାଇ, ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ମଇମାର୍ ପାଇ । ସେଟାର୍ ଲାଗି, ତାର୍ ପଅ, ମୁଇ ମିସା ମଇମା ପାଇବି ।”
5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.
୫ଜିସୁ, ମାର୍ତା, ତାର୍ ବଇନି ଆରି ଲାଜାର୍କେ ବେସି ଆଲାଦ୍ କର୍ତେରଇଲା ।
6 Then, though he heard he was ill, yet notwithstanding he abode in the same place where he was two days.
୬ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଲାଜାର୍ ନିକ ନ ରଇବା କବର୍ ପାଇ ଜିସୁ ଜନ୍ ଜାଗାଇ ରଇଲା, ସେ ଜାଗାଇ ଆରି ଦୁଇଦିନ୍ ରଇଲା ।
7 But after that he saith to his disciples, Let us go again into Judea.
୭ତାର୍ ପଚେ ସେ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଆସା, ଆମେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଜିଉଦା ଦେସେ ବାଉଡି ଜୁ ।”
8 The disciples say unto him, Rabbi, the Jews have just now sought to stone thee; and art thou going thither again?
୮ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଗୁରୁ, ତମ୍କେତା କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ଆଗେ, ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପାକ୍ନା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମାର୍ବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କର୍ତେରଇଲାଇ, ତମେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ତେଇ ଜିବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି କି?”
9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he doth not stumble, because he seeth the light of this world.
୯ଜିସୁ କଇଲା “ଗଟେକ୍ ଦିନେ କାଇ ବାର ଗଁଟା ଉଜଲ୍ ନ ରଏ କି? ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଦିନ୍ବେଲାର୍ ଉଜ୍ଲେ ରଇବାଇ, ସେମନ୍ ଜଟିଆଇ ନ ଅଅତ୍, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଏ ଜଗତର୍ ଉଜଲ୍ ଡିସ୍ସି ।
10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light with him.
୧୦ମାତର୍ ରାତିଆ ଇଣ୍ଡ୍ଲେ ଜଟିଆଇ ଅଇବାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନର୍ଟାନେ ଉଜଲ୍ ନ ରଏ ।”
11 These things said he: and after that he saith to them, Our friend Lazarus is asleep; but I go to waken him up.
୧୧ଜିସୁ ଏ ସବୁ କାତା କଇଲା ପଚେ, ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଆମର୍ ସବୁଲକର୍ ମଇତର୍ ଲାଜାର୍ ଏବେ ସଇଆଚେ, ତାକେ ମୁଇ ଉଟାଇବାର୍ ଗାଲିନି ।”
12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he is asleep, he will recover.
୧୨ତେଇ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ମାପ୍ରୁ, ଜଦି ସେ ସଇଲାଆଚେ ବଇଲେ ନିକ ଅଇସି ।”
13 Now Jesus had spoken of his death: but they apprehended that he spake of taking rest in sleep.
୧୩ଜିସୁ ଲାଜାରର୍ ମରନ୍ ବିସଇ ନେଇକରି କଇରଇଲା, ମାତର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଲାଜାର୍କେ ଗୁନର୍ଲାଗି ସଇଲା ବିସଇ କଇଲାନି ବଲି ବାବ୍ଲାଇ ।
14 Then Jesus therefore told them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
୧୪ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ନିକ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବୁଜ୍ଲା ପାରା କଇଲା, “ଲାଜାର୍ ମରିଗାଲାଆଚେ ।
15 And I rejoice on your account that I was not there, in order that ye may believe; but let us go to him.
୧୫ଆରି ମୁଇ ତେଇ ନ ରଇଲି, ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ତମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସାର୍ଦା କଲିନି, ଜେନ୍ତାରିକି ତମେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ସା । ମାତର୍ ଆସା, ଏବେ ଆମେ ତାକେ ଜାଇ ଦେକୁ ।”
16 Then said Thomas, (called Didymus, the twin, ) to his fellow-disciples, Let us go too, that we may die with him.
୧୬ତେଇ ତମା ନାଉଁର୍ ଜାକେ କି ବିଦୁମ୍ ବଲି କଇବାଇ, ସେ ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଜୁ ଆମେ ମିସା ଗୁରୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜାଇ ତାର୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ମରୁ ।”
17 Then Jesus, when he came; found that he had already lain in the tomb four days.
୧୭ଜିସୁ ବେତ୍ନିଆଇ କେଟିକରି ସୁନ୍ଲା ଜେ ଲାଜାର୍କେ ସମାଦି ଦେଇ ଚାର୍ଦିନ୍ ଅଇରଇଲା ।
18 Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off:
୧୮ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ଅନି ବେତ୍ନିଆ ତିନ୍ କିଲମିଟର୍ ତେଇଅନି ଉନାର୍ ବାଟ୍ ।
19 and many of the Jews had come with the women who were about Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother.
୧୯ଆରି ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ତେଇଅନି କେତେକ୍ କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମାର୍ତା ଆରି ମରିୟମ୍ ଲଗେ ତାର୍ ମରିଜାଇରଇବା ବାଇର୍ ବିସଇ ସାଁତାଇବାକେ ଆସିରଇଲାଇ ।
20 Then Martha, when she heard that Jesus was coming, met him: but Mary sat in the house.
୨୦ଜିସୁ ଆଇଲାନି ବଲି ସୁନ୍ଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ମାର୍ତା ତାକେ ବେଟ୍ଅଇବାର୍ ଗାଲା । ମାତର୍ ମରିୟମ୍ ଗରେସେ ବସିରଇଲା ।
21 And Martha said to Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
୨୧ମାର୍ତା ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା, “ମାପ୍ରୁ ତମେ ଜଦି ଇତି ରଇତାସ୍ ବଇଲେ, ମର୍ ବାଇ ନ ମର୍ତା ।
22 But even now I know, that whatsoever things thou shalt ask of God, God will give thee.
୨୨ମାତର୍, ମୁଇ ଜାନି ଆଚି । ଏବେ ମିସା ତମେ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଜାଇଟା ମାଙ୍ଗ୍ଲେ, ସେଟା ଦେଇସି ।”
23 Jesus saith to her, Thy brother shall rise again.
୨୩ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ତର୍ ବାଇ ଆରି ଜିବନ୍ ଅଇ ଉଟ୍ସି ।”
24 Martha saith to him, I know that he shall rise at the resurrection in the last day.
୨୪ମାର୍ତା ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା, “ସେ ସାରାସାରି ଦିନେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଉଟ୍ବା ବେଲାଇ ଉଟ୍ସି, ଏଟା ମୁଇ ଜାନି ।”
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
୨୫ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ଜିବନ୍ ଆରି ମରିକରି ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଉଟ୍ବା ଲକ୍ । ଜେ ମକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ସି, ସେ ମଲେ ମିସା, ବଁଚ୍ସି ।
26 and every one who is alive, and believeth in me, shall never die to eternity. Believest thou this? (aiōn g165)
୨୬ଆରି ଜେ ଜଦି ବଁଚି ରଇକରି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ସି, ସେ କେବେ ମିସା ନ ମରେ । ଏ କାତା ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି କି?” (aiōn g165)
27 She saith to him, Yes, Lord I believe that thou art the Messiah, the Son of God, who cometh into the world.
୨୭ମାର୍ତା ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା, “ଉଁ ମାପ୍ରୁ, ମୁଇ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲିନି । ତମେ ସେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପ । ଜନ୍ ମସିଅ ଏ ଜଗତେ ଆଇବାର୍ ରଇଲା, ତମେ ସେ ଆକା ।”
28 So when she had thus spoken, she went away, and called her sister Mary privately, saying, The Master is near at hand, and calleth for thee.
୨୮ଏ ସବୁ କାତା କଇସାର୍ଲାପଚେ ମାର୍ତା ଜାଇକରି ନିଜର୍ ବଇନିକେ କେ ନ ସୁନ୍ଲାପାରା ଡାକି କଇଲା, “ଆଉ ଗୁରୁ ଆସିଆଚେ ଆରି ତକେ ଡାକ୍ଲାନି ।”
29 As soon as she heard it, she rose hastily, and came to him.
୨୯ମରିୟମ୍ ଏ କାତା ସୁନିକରି ଦାନ୍ଦା ପାନ୍ଦା ଅଇ ଜିସୁକେ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇବାର୍ ଗାଲା ।
30 Now Jesus was not yet come into the village, but was on the spot where Martha had met him.
୩୦ଜିସୁ ସେଡ୍କିବେଲା ଗାଉଁ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆସି ନ ରଇଲା, ମାତର୍ ମାର୍ତା ତାକେ ଜନ୍ ଜାଗାଇ ବେଟ୍ ଅଇରଇଲା, ତେଇସେ ରଇଲା ।
31 Then the Jews who were with her in the house, and comforting her, observing Mary, that she rose up hastily, and went out, followed her, saying, She is going to the tomb, to weep there.
୩୧ମରିୟମ୍ ଉଟିକରି ଦାନ୍ଦା ପାନ୍ଦା ଅଇ ବାଇରେ ସାଁତାଇବାକେ ଆସିରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଦେକ୍ଲାଇ, ସେମନ୍ ମିସା ତାର୍ ପଚେ ପଚେ ଗାଲାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ବାବ୍ଲାଇ, ସେ କବର୍ ଲଗେ କାନ୍ଦ୍ବାର୍ ଗାଲାନି ।
32 When therefore Mary was come where Jesus was, beholding him, she fell at his feet, saying to him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother would not have died!
୩୨ତେଇ ଜିସୁ ଜନ୍ ଜାଗାଇରଇଲା, ମରିୟମ୍ ସେ ଜାଗାଇ କେଟ୍ଲା ଆରି ଜିସୁକେ ଦେକିକରି ତାର୍ ପାଦେ ଡାଣ୍ଡାସନ୍ ପଡି କଇଲା, “ମାପ୍ରୁ ତମେ ଜଦି ଇତି ରଇତାସ୍ଆଲେ ମର୍ ବାଇ ନ ମର୍ତା ।”
33 When Jesus then saw her weeping, and all the Jews who came with her lamenting, he groaned in spirit, and was himself greatly agitated:
୩୩ମରିୟମ୍ ତାକେ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କାନ୍ଦ୍ତେରଇବାଟା ଦେକି ଜିସୁ ଆତ୍ମାଇ ବେସି ମନ୍ଦୁକ୍ ଅଇଗାଲା ।
34 and he said, Where have ye laid him? They say to him, Lord, come and see.
୩୪ସେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତାକେ କନ୍ତି କବର୍ ଦେଇଆଚାସ୍?” ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ମାପ୍ରୁ ଆସିଦେକା ।”
35 Jesus wept.
୩୫ଜିସୁ କାନ୍ଦ୍ଲା ।
36 Then said the Jews, Behold, how he loved him!
୩୬ତେଇ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଦେକା, ସେ ଲାଜାର୍କେ କେନ୍ତି ଆଲାଦ୍ କର୍ତେରଇଲା ।”
37 But some of them said, Could not this man, who openeth the eyes of the blind, have caused that this person should not have died?
୩୭ମାତର୍ ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ଲକ୍ ଜନ୍ କାଣାକେ ଆଁକି ଡିସାଇରଇଲା, ସେ ମନ୍କଲେ କାଇ ଏ ଲାଜାରର୍ ମରନ୍ ମିସା ତେବାଇ ନାପାର୍ତା କି?”
38 Then Jesus again groaning in himself, cometh to the sepulchre. It was an excavation, and a stone lay upon it.
୩୮ତେଇ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଜିସୁ ମନ୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କିଲ୍ବିଲ୍ ଅଇ ସମାଦି ଲଗେ ଗାଲା । ସମାଦିଟାନେ ଗଟେକ୍ ପାଆର୍ ଆରି ପାଆର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ପାକ୍ନା ଡାବିଅଇରଇଲା ।
39 Jesus saith, Remove the stone. The sister of the deceased, Martha, said to him, Lord, he is by this time putrid: for he hath been dead four days.
୩୯ଜିସୁ ତିଆର୍ଲା, “ଏ ପାକ୍ନା ଗୁଚାଇଦିଆସ୍ ।” ମରିଜାଉ ଲାଜାରର୍ ବଇନି ମାର୍ତା କଇଲା, “ମାପ୍ରୁ ସେଟା କୁଇକରି ଗନ୍ଦି ଗାଲାବେ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ, ତାକେ କବର୍ଦେଇ ଚାର୍ଦିନ୍ ଅଇଗାଲା ।”
40 Jesus saith unto her, Did I not tell thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shalt see the glory of God?
୪୦ଜିସୁ ମାର୍ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ଜଦି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ସୁ ବଇଲେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ମଇମା ଦେକ୍ସୁ ବଲି ମୁଇ ତକେ କଇ ନ ରଇଲି କି?”
41 Then they removed the stone where the deceased was lying. And Jesus lifted his eyes upwards, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me!
୪୧ତେଇ ସେମନ୍ ପାକ୍ନା ଗୁଚାଇଲାଇ । ଜିସୁ ସରଗ୍ବାଟେ ମୁ କରି କଇଲା, “ବାବା ତମେ ମର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ସୁନ୍ଲାସ୍ ବଲି ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ଦନିଅବାଦ୍ ଦେଲିନି ।
42 And I knew that thou always dost hear me: but for the sake of the multitude standing by I spake, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.
୪୨ତମେ ଜେଡେବେଲେ ମିସା ମର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ସୁନ୍ସା, ଏଟା ମୁଇ ଜାନି, ମାତର୍ ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଏ ଚାରିବେଡ୍ତି ଟିଆଅଇ ଆଚତ୍, ସେମନ୍ ଜେନ୍ତିକି ତମେଆକା ମକେ ପାଟାଇଆଚାସ୍ ବଲି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାଇ, ଏଟାର୍ ପାଇ ମୁଇ ଏନ୍ତିବଲି କଇଲି ।”
43 And when he had thus spoken, with a loud voice he cried, Lazarus, come forth!
୪୩ଏନ୍ତି କଇ ସାରାଇ ଜିସୁ ଆକ୍ମାରି ଡାକ୍ଲା, “ଲାଜାର୍ ତୁଇ ବାରଇ ଆଉ ।”
44 And the deceased came forth, his feet and his hands wrapped with the linen swathes; and his face bound round with a napkin. Jesus saith to them, Loose him, and let him go!
୪୪ଡାକ୍ଲା ଦାପ୍ରେ ମଲା ଲାଜାର୍ ବାରଇ ଆଇଲା । ତାର୍ ଆତେ ଗଡେ ମଡା ଲୁଗା ବାନ୍ଦାଅଇରଇଲା । ମୁଏ ମିସା ଗର୍ଣ୍ଡା ଗୁଡିଆଇ ଅଇରଇଲା । ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା “ତାକେ ବାନ୍ଦ୍ଲାଟା କୁସ୍ଲାଇ କରି, ଜିବାକେ ଦିଆସ୍ ।”
45 Then many of the Jews who came to Mary, and saw what Jesus had done, believed on him.
୪୫ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି, ବେସି ଲକ୍ ମରିୟମର୍ ଲଗେ ଆସିରଇଲାଇ, ଆରି ଜିସୁର୍ ଏ କାମ୍ ଦେକି, ତାକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାଇ ।
46 But some of them went to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done.
୪୬ଆରି ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି କେତେଲକ୍ ପାରୁସିମନର୍ ଲଗେ ଜାଇକରି ଜିସୁ କରି ରଇବା କାମ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଜାନାଇଲାଇ ।
47 The chief priests and Pharisees therefore called the sanhedrim together, and said, What are we about? for this man is doing many miracles.
୪୭ପଚେ ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନ୍ ଆରି ପାରୁସିମନ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ବଡ୍ ପଁଚାଦି ଡାକାଇ କଇଲାଇ, “ଆମେ କାଇଟା କରୁ? ଦେକା ଏ ଲକ୍ ତା କେତେକ୍ କେତେକ୍ କାବାଅଇଜିବା କାମ୍ମନ୍ କଲାନି ।
48 If we suffer him to go on thus, all men will believe on him: and the Romans will come, and take away both our place and nation.
୪୮ଆମେ ଜଦି ଆକେ ଏନ୍ତାରି ଚାଡିଦେଉଁ ବଇଲେ ସବୁଲକ୍ ତାର୍ଟାନେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାଇ ଆରି ରମିୟ ଅଦିକାରି ଆସିକରି ଆମର୍ ଏ ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ଆରି ଆମର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବା ଦରମ୍ ସବୁ କୁରୁପ୍ନାସ୍ କରିପାକାଇସି ।”
49 Then one particular person of them, Caiaphas, being the high-priest of that year, said unto them, Ye know nothing,
୪୯ମାତର୍ ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ କୟାପା ନାଉଁର୍, ସେ ବରସର୍ ପାଇ ବାଚିରଇବା ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି, କଇଲା “ତମେ କେତେ ବକୁଆ ଲକ୍ମନ୍!
50 nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation be not destroyed.
୫୦ତମେ କାଇ ବୁଜି ନାପାର୍ଲାସ୍ନି? ଗୁଲାଇ ଜାତି ନାସ୍ ଅଇବା ବାଦୁଲେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ମର୍ବାଟା ନିକ ।”
51 And this he spake not from himself: but being the high-priest of that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for the nation;
୫୧କୟାପା ସତଇସେ ତାର୍ ନିଜର୍ଟାନେ ଅନି ଏନ୍ତି କଇ ନ ରଇଲା, ମାତର୍ ସେ ବରସର୍ ବଡ୍ ପୁଜାରି ଅଇରଇଲାର୍ ଲାଗି ପଚର୍ ଗଟ୍ନା ସବୁ ବବିସତ୍କାତା ତାର୍ ମୁଏଁ ଅନି ବାରଇରଇଲା । ସେ ଜାନିଦେଇ ରଇଲା ଜେ,
52 and not for that nation only, but that he should collect into one body the children of God wherever dispersed.
୫୨ଚିନ୍ ଚତର୍ ଅଇଜାଇରଇବା ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଟୁଲିଆଇ, ଗଟେକ୍ କୁଟୁମ୍ କରାଇବାକେ ଜିସୁ ମର୍ବାକେ ଗାଲାନି ।
53 Then from that day they consulted together how they might kill him.
୫୩ତେବର୍ପାଇ ସେ ଦିନେଅନି ଜିଉଦିନେତାମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ମରାଇବାକେ ପାଁଚ୍ନା କଲାଇ ।
54 Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews, but went thence into the country bordering on the desert, to a city called Ephraim, and there he abode with his disciples.
୫୪ତେବେ ଜିସୁ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ସବୁଲକ୍ ଜାନ୍ଲା ପାରା ବୁଲାଚାଲା ନ କର୍ତେ ରଇଲା । ସେ ଜାଗାଇଅନି ବାରଇଜାଇକରି, ମରୁବାଲି ବୁଏଁ ରଇବା କିନରା ଜାଗାଇ ରଇଲା ଏପ୍ରଇମ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଗଡେ ଜାଇ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ତେଇ ରଇଲା ।
55 Now the passover of the Jews was near, and many went up to Jerusalem out of the country before the passover, in order to purify themselves.
୫୫ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ନିସ୍ତାର୍ ପରବ୍ କେଟିଆଇଲା । ସେ ପରବ୍ ଅଇବା ଆଗ୍ତୁ ନିଜେ ନିଜେ ସୁକଲ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ଗୁଲାଇ ରାଇଜର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିସ୍ତାର୍ ପରବ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଜିରୁସାଲାମ୍ ଜିବାକେ ବାଟ୍ଦାର୍ଲାଇ ।
56 Then they sought for Jesus, and said one to another, as they stood in the temple, What think ye, that he will not come to the feast?
୫୬ସେମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ କଜ୍ଲାଇ ଆରି ମନ୍ଦିର୍ ଟିଆଅଇଲାବେଲେ ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କୁଆବଲା ଅଇଲାଇ, “ସେ ପରବ୍ଟାନେ ନ ଆସେବଲି କାଇ ତମେ ବାବ୍ଲାସ୍ନି କି?”
57 Now both the chief priests and the Pharisees had given commandment, that, if any person knew where he was, they should declare it, that they might apprehend him.
୫୭ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରି ଆରି ପାରୁସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଦାର୍ବାକେ ସେ କନ୍ତି ଆଚେ ଜାନିରଇବାଇ ବଲି, ସେଟା ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଇରଇଲାଇ ।
