James 1
1 JAMES, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are dispersed, greeting.
১ঈশ্ৱৰস্য প্ৰভো ৰ্যীশুখ্ৰীষ্টস্য চ দাসো যাকূব্ ৱিকীৰ্ণীভূতান্ দ্ৱাদশং ৱংশান্ প্ৰতি নমস্কৃত্য পত্ৰং লিখতি|
2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into various trials;
২হে মম ভ্ৰাতৰঃ, যূযং যদা বহুৱিধপৰীক্ষাষু নিপতত তদা তৎ পূৰ্ণানন্দস্য কাৰণং মন্যধ্ৱং|
3 knowing that the proof of your faith produceth patience.
৩যতো যুষ্মাকং ৱিশ্ৱাসস্য পৰীক্ষিতৎৱেন ধৈৰ্য্যং সম্পাদ্যত ইতি জানীথ|
4 But let patience have its work perfected, that ye may be perfect and complete, deficient in nothing.
৪তচ্চ ধৈৰ্য্যং সিদ্ধফলং ভৱতু তেন যূযং সিদ্ধাঃ সম্পূৰ্ণাশ্চ ভৱিষ্যথ কস্যাপি গুণস্যাভাৱশ্চ যুষ্মাকং ন ভৱিষ্যতি|
5 But if any man of you be deficient in wisdom, let him ask it of God, who giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not and it shall be given him.
৫যুষ্মাকং কস্যাপি জ্ঞানাভাৱো যদি ভৱেৎ তৰ্হি য ঈশ্ৱৰঃ সৰলভাৱেন তিৰস্কাৰঞ্চ ৱিনা সৰ্ৱ্ৱেভ্যো দদাতি ততঃ স যাচতাং ততস্তস্মৈ দাযিষ্যতে|
6 But let him ask in faith, harbouring no doubt: for he who is doubtful is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind, and in constant agitation.
৬কিন্তু স নিঃসন্দেহঃ সন্ ৱিশ্ৱাসেন যাচতাং যতঃ সন্দিগ্ধো মানৱো ৱাযুনা চালিতস্যোৎপ্লৱমানস্য চ সমুদ্ৰতৰঙ্গস্য সদৃশো ভৱতি|
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing from the Lord.
৭তাদৃশো মানৱঃ প্ৰভোঃ কিঞ্চিৎ প্ৰাপ্স্যতীতি ন মন্যতাং|
8 A double-minded man is unsteady in all his ways.
৮দ্ৱিমনা লোকঃ সৰ্ৱ্ৱগতিষু চঞ্চলো ভৱতি|
9 Let the brother low in station rejoice in his elevation:
৯যো ভ্ৰাতা নম্ৰঃ স নিজোন্নত্যা শ্লাঘতাং|
10 but the rich, in his abasement: for as the flower of grass he shall pass away.
১০যশ্চ ধনৱান্ স নিজনম্ৰতযা শ্লাঘতাংযতঃ স তৃণপুষ্পৱৎ ক্ষযং গমিষ্যতি|
11 For the sun arose with fervour, and burnt up the grass, and the flower of it fell off, and the beauty of its appearance was lost: just so the rich man in his course of life shall wither away.
১১যতঃ সতাপেন সূৰ্য্যেণোদিত্য তৃণং শোষ্যতে তৎপুষ্পঞ্চ ভ্ৰশ্যতি তেন তস্য ৰূপস্য সৌন্দৰ্য্যং নশ্যতি তদ্ৱদ্ ধনিলোকোঽপি স্ৱীযমূঢতযা ম্লাস্যতি|
12 Blessed is the man who patiently supports temptation: for when he is proved, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to those who love him.
১২যো জনঃ পৰীক্ষাং সহতে স এৱ ধন্যঃ, যতঃ পৰীক্ষিতৎৱং প্ৰাপ্য স প্ৰভুনা স্ৱপ্ৰেমকাৰিভ্যঃ প্ৰতিজ্ঞাতং জীৱনমুকুটং লপ্স্যতে|
13 Let no man under temptation say, I am tempted of God: for God is incapable of temptation from evils, and he tempteth no man:
১৩ঈশ্ৱৰো মাং পৰীক্ষত ইতি পৰীক্ষাসমযে কোঽপি ন ৱদতু যতঃ পাপাযেশ্ৱৰস্য পৰীক্ষা ন ভৱতি স চ কমপি ন পৰীক্ষতে|
14 but every person is tempted, when by his own peculiar passion he is born away, and ensnared.
১৪কিন্তু যঃ কশ্চিৎ স্ৱীযমনোৱাঞ্ছযাকৃষ্যতে লোভ্যতে চ তস্যৈৱ পৰীক্ষা ভৱতি|
15 Then passion impregnated, bringeth forth sin, and sin reaching its consummation, bringeth forth death.
১৫তস্মাৎ সা মনোৱাঞ্ছা সগৰ্ভা ভূৎৱা দুষ্কৃতিং প্ৰসূতে দুষ্কৃতিশ্চ পৰিণামং গৎৱা মৃত্যুং জনযতি|
16 Be not deceived, my beloved brethren.
১৬হে মম প্ৰিযভ্ৰাতৰঃ, যূযং ন ভ্ৰাম্যত|
17 Every good gift, and every perfect gift, is from above, descending from the father of illuminations, with whom there is no variableness, nor shadow of change.
১৭যৎ কিঞ্চিদ্ উত্তমং দানং পূৰ্ণো ৱৰশ্চ তৎ সৰ্ৱ্ৱম্ ঊৰ্দ্ধ্ৱাদ্ অৰ্থতো যস্মিন্ দশান্তৰং পৰিৱৰ্ত্তনজাতচ্ছাযা ৱা নাস্তি তস্মাদ্ দীপ্ত্যাকৰাৎ পিতুৰৱৰোহতি|
18 Of his own choice he produced us by the word of truth, that we might be a sort of first fruit of his creatures.―
১৮তস্য সৃষ্টৱস্তূনাং মধ্যে ৱযং যৎ প্ৰথমফলস্ৱৰূপা ভৱামস্তদৰ্থং স স্ৱেচ্ছাতঃ সত্যমতস্য ৱাক্যেনাস্মান্ জনযামাস|
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
১৯অতএৱ হে মম প্ৰিযভ্ৰাতৰঃ, যুষ্মাকম্ একৈকো জনঃ শ্ৰৱণে ৎৱৰিতঃ কথনে ধীৰঃ ক্ৰোধেঽপি ধীৰো ভৱতু|
20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
২০যতো মানৱস্য ক্ৰোধ ঈশ্ৱৰীযধৰ্ম্মং ন সাধযতি|
21 Wherefore laying aside all vicious pollution, and the abundance of iniquity, receive with meekness the ingrafted word, which hath power to save your souls.
২১অতো হেতো ৰ্যূযং সৰ্ৱ্ৱাম্ অশুচিক্ৰিযাং দুষ্টতাবাহুল্যঞ্চ নিক্ষিপ্য যুষ্মন্মনসাং পৰিত্ৰাণে সমৰ্থং ৰোপিতং ৱাক্যং নম্ৰভাৱেন গৃহ্লীত|
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves by false reasoning.
২২অপৰঞ্চ যূযং কেৱলম্ আত্মৱঞ্চযিতাৰো ৱাক্যস্য শ্ৰোতাৰো ন ভৱত কিন্তু ৱাক্যস্য কৰ্ম্মকাৰিণো ভৱত|
23 For if any man be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like a man that looks at his natural face in a glass;
২৩যতো যঃ কশ্চিদ্ ৱাক্যস্য কৰ্ম্মকাৰী ন ভূৎৱা কেৱলং তস্য শ্ৰোতা ভৱতি স দৰ্পণে স্ৱীযশাৰীৰিকৱদনং নিৰীক্ষমাণস্য মনুজস্য সদৃশঃ|
24 for he beheld himself, and went away, and immediately forgot what sort of person he was.
২৪আত্মাকাৰে দৃষ্টে স প্ৰস্থায কীদৃশ আসীৎ তৎ তৎক্ষণাদ্ ৱিস্মৰতি|
25 But he that looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and perseveres, this man not being a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, he shall be blessed in his practice.
২৫কিন্তু যঃ কশ্চিৎ নৎৱা মুক্তেঃ সিদ্ধাং ৱ্যৱস্থাম্ আলোক্য তিষ্ঠতি স ৱিস্মৃতিযুক্তঃ শ্ৰোতা ন ভূৎৱা কৰ্ম্মকৰ্ত্তৈৱ সন্ স্ৱকাৰ্য্যে ধন্যো ভৱিষ্যতি|
26 If any man thinks he is a religious character among you, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.
২৬অনাযত্তৰসনঃ সন্ যঃ কশ্চিৎ স্ৱমনো ৱঞ্চযিৎৱা স্ৱং ভক্তং মন্যতে তস্য ভক্তি ৰ্মুধা ভৱতি|
27 Pure religion and undefiled with God even the Father is this, To pay diligent attention to the orphans and widows in their affliction, and to preserve himself spotless from the world.
২৭ক্লেশকালে পিতৃহীনানাং ৱিধৱানাঞ্চ যদ্ অৱেক্ষণং সংসাৰাচ্চ নিষ্কলঙ্কেন যদ্ আত্মৰক্ষণং তদেৱ পিতুৰীশ্ৱৰস্য সাক্ষাৎ শুচি ৰ্নিৰ্ম্মলা চ ভক্তিঃ|
