< Hebrews 3 >

1 WHEREFORE, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, contemplate the apostle and high-priest whom ye confess, Jesus Christ;
Me nuanom wɔ Kristo mu a Onyankopɔn afrɛ mo, monnwene Yesu a Onyankopɔn somaa no maa ɔbɛyɛɛ Ɔsɔfopanin wɔ gyidie a yɛka ho asɛm no ho.
2 who was faithful to him who appointed him, as Moses also was in all his house.
Na ɔdii Onyankopɔn a ɔyii no sɛ ɔnyɛ saa adwuma yi no nokorɛ sɛdeɛ Mose nso dii nokorɛ wɔ Onyankopɔn fie no.
3 For this personage hath been counted worthy of higher glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who built it, hath greater honour than the house.
Onipa a ɔsi efie nya animuonyam sene efie no ankasa.
4 For every house is built by some person; but he who is the architect of all things is God.
Saa ara na ɛteɛ; ɛsɛ sɛ Yesu nya animuonyam sene Mose. Efie biara, obi na ɔsiiɛ. Na Onyankopɔn nso na wabɔ nneɛma nyinaa.
5 And Moses indeed was faithful in all that house of his as a servant, to bear testimony of the things which should be after spoken;
Mose dii Onyankopɔn nokorɛ sɛ ɔsomfoɔ wɔ ne fie na ɔkaa nsɛm a Onyankopɔn bɛka daakye no nyinaa.
6 but Christ as a son over his own house: whose house are we, if we hold firmly the confidence and glorying of hope stedfast unto the end.
Nanso Kristo deɛ, ɔdi nokorɛ sɛ Ɔba a ɔhwɛ Onyankopɔn fie so. Sɛ yɛma yɛn bo yɛ duru na yɛwɔ gyidie wɔ yɛn anidasoɔ mu a, na yɛyɛ ne fiefoɔ.
7 Wherefore, as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
Enti Honhom Kronkron no ka sɛ, “Sɛ ɛnnɛ mote Onyankopɔn nne a,
8 harden not your hearts, as in that bitter provocation, at the day of the temptation in the wilderness;
monnyɛ asoɔden te sɛ deɛ moyɛɛ ɛberɛ a mosɔre tiaa Onyankopɔn no; sɛdeɛ moyɛɛ da a na mowɔ ɛserɛ so a mosɔɔ no hwɛeɛ no.
9 when your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works during forty years.
Ɛhɔ no, mo mpanimfoɔ sɔɔ no hwɛeɛ, nanso wɔhunuu deɛ meyɛɛ no mfeɛ aduanan mu.
10 Wherefore I was provoked against that generation, and said, They are always deluded in heart, and they have not known my ways:
Esiane saa enti, me bo fuu saa nnipa no kaa sɛ, ‘Wɔyɛ nnipa a wɔn akoma amane afiri me ho, na wɔanhunu mʼakwan.’
11 so I swore in my wrath that they shall not enter into my rest.
Ɛno enti mekaa ntam wɔ mʼabufuo mu sɛ, ‘Wɔrenhyɛne mʼahomegyeɛ mu da.’”
12 Take heed, brethren, that there be not in any one of you a wicked heart of infidelity, evident in departure from the living God:
Me nuanom monhwɛ yie na mo mu bi annya akoma bɔne a ɔrennye Onyankopɔn nni na ɛbɛma watwe ne ho afiri Onyankopɔn teasefoɔ no ho.
13 but exhort one another daily, whilst to-day remains, that no one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
Na mmom, sɛdeɛ ɛbɛyɛ a bɔne rennaadaa mo mu bi na wɔnyɛ asoɔden enti, da biara mommoaboa mo ho mo ho ɛberɛ a asɛm “Ɛnnɛ” a ɛwɔ Atwerɛsɛm mu no fa yɛn ho no.
14 For we are partakers with Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm unto the end;
Na sɛ yɛsɔ gyidie a yɛwɔ no mu denden sɛdeɛ yɛde firi ahyɛaseɛ no a, na yɛyɛ Kristo fafafoɔ.
15 while it is said, To-day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts as in the provocation.
Atwerɛsɛm no ka sɛ, “Sɛ ɛnnɛ mote Onyankopɔn nne a, monnyɛ asoɔden te sɛ deɛ moyɛɛ ɛberɛ a mosɔre tiaa Onyankopɔn no.”
16 For some, though they had heard, provoked him; yet not all who came out of Egypt by Moses.
Ɛhefoɔ na wɔtee Onyankopɔn nne na wɔsɔre tiaa no no? Nnipa a Mose dii wɔn anim firi Misraim no nyinaa.
17 But against whom was he incensed forty years? Was it not against those who had sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness?
Ɛhefoɔ na Onyankopɔn bo fuu wɔn mfirinhyia aduanan no? Nnipa a wɔyɛɛ bɔne na wɔtete hwe wuwuu wɔ ɛserɛ so no.
18 And to whom did he swear that they should not enter into his rest, but to those who did not believe?
Ɛberɛ a Onyankopɔn kaa ntam sɛ, “Wɔremma me home mu da” no, na ɔreka akyerɛ ɛhefoɔ? Na ɔreka akyerɛ wɔn a wɔyɛɛ asoɔden no.
19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
Afei, yɛhunu sɛ wɔantumi ankɔ home no mu, ɛfiri sɛ, wɔannye anni.
