< Hebrews 11 >

1 NOW faith is the realizing confidence of the things hoped for, and the demonstration of things unseen:
Ulyeteho ni lioli yalinayo umntu lwagolela ahantu ahamo hudandamazu. Ahantu hasanga haoneshe awe uyinga lioli.
2 for thereby the ancients obtained a testimony of approbation.
Nantele awababu wetu waheteshe kwa lweteho lwao.
3 By faith we understand that the worlds were exactly formed by the word of God, so that the visible objects were not made out of things which now appear. (aiōn g165)
Kwa lweteho timenye aje munsi wahawombwelwe hundajizwa zya Ngolobhe, aje hala hahawoneha sagahahagombwilwe afume huvintu vivioneha. (aiōn g165)

6 But without faith it is impossible to be acceptable; for he must believe, who cometh unto God, that he exists, and is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
Bila lweteho sagauwajie hugwezye Ungolobhe, yawala hwa Ngolobhe ahnaziwa awe nulweteho aje Ungolobhe. Akhala naje ahuwapela izawadi wala wawahumwanzo.
7 By faith Noah, being divinely warned respecting things not yet seen, filled with reverential awe, prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Huje afume hwamuntu oyo weka yahakaribiye afye wahapapwa awana wasagawazye. Wahali wichi nazi inzota zya humwanya na msanga wa hu bahari.
13 All these died in faith, not having received the promises, but beholding them at a great distance, though believing and embracing them, and confessing that they were strangers and sojourners in the land.
Ewe wonti wahafyiye nu lwetiko sagawahaposhea ulusuwelo. Ila wahalolile wahakalibisizye hwahutali waheteshe aje wahali wajenu aje washila shila munsi yao wewo.
14 Now they who speak thus, shew evidently that they are in earnest search of their native country.

16 But now their longing desires are after a better country, that is, the heavenly one: wherefore God is not ashamed of them to be called their God: for he hath prepared a city for them.
Eshi shileho wanyonywa insi yilishinza ya humwanya. Eshi Ungolobhe sangaalola isoni akwiziwe Ngolobhi wao yuyo agombile umji khaajili yao.

25 choosing rather to suffer afflictions with the people of God, than to have a temporary fruition of sin;
Pamande ahasaluye ahale na malawa peka na wantu wa Ngolobhe saga ahasungwenzye ianasa imbiwi izya papepe.
26 esteeming the reproach of Christ riches greater than the treasures of Egypt: for he looked earnestly to the recompence of reward.
Ahasewele isoni ya hufuante uKristi aje uutajili ugosi kuliko imali ya Mmisri ahakazile amaso ahunye izawadi husiku zizihwenza.
27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not intimidated by the wrath of the king: for he boldly persisted, as seeing the invisible Jehovah.

Injanje zwoni hani? Amasala sanga gakwela ayanje u Gidioni, u Barak, u Samsoni, u Yeftha, u Daudi, u Samweli na awakuwa,
33 who by faith vanquished kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,

37 they were stoned, they were sawn asunder, they experienced the severest trials, they were slain by the edge of the sword: they went about wrapped in skins of sheep and goats, destitute of all things, pressed down with afflictions, suffering all kind of misery;
Wahakhomilwa amawe. Wahawolilwe. Mentu mentu. Wahabudilwe nu panga. Wahajendanga namakwembe gingole na makwembe gi mbuzi ewo wahazanga, wahawalanga shawavyaleye wahawombwelwanga amawiwi
