2 Peter 2
1 BUT there were false prophets among the people, as there will be false teachers also among you, who wickedly introduce damnable heresies, and deny the sovereign Lord who bought them, bringing on themselves swift destruction.
Basinsimi babeji bakeza kubantu, abalo bayiisyi babeji bayoboola alimwi kulindinywe. Bayoza chakusisilikizya anjiisyo zinyonyoona, alubo bayomukaka naba Mwami wakabawula amulo. Bayolyetela lunyonyoko chakufwambana.
2 And many will go out of the way after their fatal errors; by means of whom the way of truth will be injuriously reviled.
Lino bantu biingi bayotobela zyiimbo zyabo, alubo mukwinda mulimbabo inzila yesimpe iyosampawulwa.
3 And with plausible speeches will they avariciously make gain of you whose condemnation from of old lingereth not, and their perdition doth not slumber.
Mukutangala kwabo bayomunyanzya nyanzya amajwi alweeno. Ilutuko lwabo talukoyononoka kusiika; alwalo lunyonyooko lwabo talukonzyi koona.
4 For if God spared not the angels when they sinned, but casting them bound in chains of darkness into hell, delivered them to be kept fast until the judgment; (Tartaroō g5020)
Nkambo Leza takabaleka nibaba baangelo ibakabisya. Pele wakabaaba kuli Tatalasi kuti babambwe mumacheni alamudima waansi mane dokukabe lubeta. Zimwi njiisyo mpati zyabansiku ba Giliki zibalika oobu, bayolondolwa mumilindi ilamudima unikide mane kukabe lubeta. (Tartaroō g5020)
5 and spared not the old world, but guarded safely Noah the eighth person, the preacher of righteousness, when he brought a deluge on the world of the ungodly:
Alubo, takwakileka nyika yabasikale. Pesi, wakavuna Nowa, oyo wakali nkambawuko yabululami, kubikaamwi abali musanu ababili awo mpakazoyeta zambangulwe anyika yabantu batakwe bunaleza.
6 and reducing the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes, condemned them to final destruction, making them an example for all who in future should live ungodly;
Alubo Leza wakazomwayula ziisi zya Sodomu a Gomola kuba mulota akubapa lutuko lwakunyonyoka kuti chibe chitondezyo chazichizochitikila aabo batakwe bunaleza.
7 but righteous Lot, afflicted grievously with the infamously impure conduct of those lawless men, he plucked out:
Alubo wakavuna oyo wakaluleme Loti, oyo wakali kukatazigwa akwenda kwabataluleme batabambi mulawu -
8 for by seeing and hearing, that righteous man whilst sojourning among them, suffered torment day by day in his righteous soul from their lawless doings;
Oyo mwalumi wakaluleme, wakali kukkala akatikabo kwamazuba, wakali kujatikana loko mumoyo wakwe ululeme nkambo kamilimo yabo yakali mibi njakabona akumvwa.
9 the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, but to reserve the wicked unto the day of judgment to be punished:
Mwami ulizi mbanga ulavuna aabo bayowa Leza kuzwa mumasunko alubo akubabamba abo bataluleme kababambilwa kusubulwa mubuzuba ob o bwalubeta.
10 especially such as walk after the flesh in the eager pursuit of defilement, and despise government. Daring, self-sufficient, they tremble not at dignities, railing against them.
Aka nkasimpe kapati kuli baabo bazumina munzila zisofwede zyanyama abaabo batalemyi bwami. Mbasikulipa akulisumpula balipa bupati, tabayowi awo niba sampawula balemu.
11 Whereas the angels, though so much greater in might and power, bring not a reviling accusation against them before the Lord.
Baangelo balanguzu mpati abupati, pesi tabeeti lubeta lwalutuko ambabo kuti baze ku Mwami.
12 But these men, as the naturally irrational brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speaking evil of the things of which they are ignorant, will perish by their own corruption;
Pesi aba bantu, balimbuli banyama batayeeyi, bakalengelwa kuzochigwa alunyonyooko. Tabazi anchibatukila. Mulunyonyoko abalabo bayonyonyonwa.
13 receiving the recompence of iniquity, counting daily luxury their pleasure; spots and blemishes, when they feast together with you; riotously indulging in their own delusions:
Balabisizigwa achibwedezyo chakubisya kwabo. Bayeya kuti chibabotela isikati nkulikondezya. Ntotubata atumpenda otu. Balakondelelwa mumapobwe abo ngibapobola akati kanu. Nekuba boobo babotelwa michito yabo italuleeme awo nibapobola aandinywe. bumwi bupanduluzi bwamazubano bulaziloobu, “balabotelwa andinywe mumapobwe aluyando.”
14 having eyes full of adultery, and insatiable of sin; ensnaring souls of no stability; having a heart practised in all the wiles of covetousness; children for a curse:
Balijisi meso azwide bumambi; tabakwe nibakkutikana azibi. Balayunga myuuya itakkalinkene mukuchita zibi, alubo balamyoyo yakayumisigwa mukutangala. Mbana balutuko!
15 who forsaking the strait road are gone out of the way, following the path of Balaam the son of Bosor who loved the wages of iniquity.
Bakasiya inzila iluleme bakasweka, bakatobela inzila ya Bbalamu mwana wa Bbiyoli, oyo wakali kuyandisya kuliyiigwa kuzintu zitaluleme. Bwiingi bupanduluzi bwamazubano bupandulula obu, Bbalamu mwana wa Bbiyoli mukuyanda kuti kwendelane azili muchizuminano chachindi mukulembwa kwelyo izina. Amwi malembe amazubano basala kulilemba kuti amalembelo achi Giliki, ayo abalika oobo, Bbalamu, mwana wa Bbiyoli.
16 But received a reproof for his peculiar transgression: the dumb ass articulating with a human voice restrained the perverseness of the prophet.
Pesi wakalijanina lutuko nkambo kakubisya kwakwe - nkambo imbongolo itakwe mputo yakambuula ejwi lyabuntu yayimikizya bufubafuba bwamusinsiimi.
17 These are fountains without water, clouds driven by a hurricane; for whom the blackness of darkness for ever is reserved. (questioned)
Aba balumi balimbuli zilambwa zitakwe meenda. Bali mbuli mayooba ayobupepuka aguuwo. Balindililwa amudima usiya ngubabambilidwe. (questioned)
18 Uttering pompous discourses of inanity, ensnaring by the lusts of the flesh, by lascivious impurities, those who had truly escaped from such as live in a course of delusion.
Balaambula amajwi akulisumpula atawope. Balayunga bantu mukwinda kuli ezyo zibotezya nyama. Alubo balayunga bantu abo banga balokwezya kuyanda kuloboka buponi bwamukutaziba.
19 Preaching liberty to them, while they themselves are the slaves of corruption: for by whatever a man is overcome, by that also he is enslaved.
Balabasyomezya lwangunuko, pesi bo lwabo mbazike babusyachivulemwangu. Nkambo muntu muzike wazeezyo kufumbwa zimuzunda.
20 For if having escaped from the defilements of the world by the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again enveloped by them and overcome, their last deeds are worse than the first.
Na kakuli kuti bavunwa kubusofwazi bwaansi mukwinda mukuziba Mwami a Mufutuli Jesu Kkilisito mpawo kabiyo bachigwa lubo mulimbabo akuzundwa, chimo chabo chinoli chayindilila kwinda chakutanguna.
21 For it had been better for them never to have been acquainted with the way of righteousness, than, after knowing it, to have turned aside from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
Nichali kubota kuti kabayandokkede kabatabwizi pe bululami kwinda kuti wabuziba mpawo wazobusiya wazwa mumulawo Uusalala wakali wasisigwa kulimbabo.
22 But the true proverb is verified in them, The dog hath returned to his own vomit; and the sow which was washed to its wallowing in the mire.
Aka kambyo nkamasimpe kulimbabo; “Imubwa ubweda kumaluusi akwe, alubo ingulube yazwa kusanzigwa ilabwedulula kumatope.”
