< 2 Corinthians 13 >
1 THIS third time I am coming to you: by the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every charge be established.
Omulundi guno gwe nzija gye muli gwe gwokusatu. Buli kigambo kirikakasibwa abajulirwa babiri oba basatu nga boogedde.
2 I have told you before, and I repeat it, as when I was present the second time, and now absent, I write to those who have sinned already, and to all the rest, that if I come again, I will not spare you:
Nabalabula era mbalabula nga bwe nabalabula bwe nnali eyo omulundi ogwokubiri, era ne kaakano nga ssiriiyo, abo abaayonoona edda n’abalala bonna, nti bwe ndikomawo ssirisaasira,
3 since ye demand a proof that Christ speaketh in me, who to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.
nga bwe munoonya okukakasa oba nga njogerera mu Kristo, atali munafu gye muli, wabula ow’amaanyi mu mmwe.
4 For though he was crucified in weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God: for we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God displayed towards you.
Kubanga newaakubadde nga yakomererwa mu bunafu, kyokka mulamu mu maanyi ga Katonda. Naffe tuli banafu mu mibiri gyaffe nga tuli mu ye, naye tuliba balamu mu ye olw’amaanyi ga Katonda olw’omulimu gwe tukola mu mmwe.
5 Examine yourselves, whether ye are in the faith; prove your ownselves: know ye not your ownselves, that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobate?
Mwekebere mulabe obanga muli mu kukkiriza; oba temumanyi nga Yesu Kristo ali mu mmwe? Mpozi nga temukakasibbwa.
6 But I hope that ye shall know that we are not reprobate.
Naye nsuubira nga mumanyi nti tetuli abataakakasibwa.
7 Now I pray unto God that ye do no evil, not that we should appear approved, but that you may do that which is laudable, though we should be as reprobates.
Kaakano tubasabira eri Katonda obutakola kibi na kimu, si lwa kwagala kulabika nga tusiimibwa, wabula mmwe mukole ebirungi, ffe ne bwe tunaasigala nga tetusiimibbwa.
8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
Kubanga tetuyinza kuwakanya mazima, wabula tugawagira buwagizi.
9 For we rejoice when we are weak, but ye are strong: and this also we pray for, even your perfect establishment.
Ffe kitusanyusa bwe tuba abanafu, mmwe ne muba ab’amaanyi. Tubasabira mmwe okuzzibwa obuggya.
10 For this cause, though absent, I have written these things, that when I am present I may not use severity, according to the power which the Lord hath given me for edification, and not for destruction.
Mbawandiikira kubanga siri nammwe, bwe ndijja nneme kubakambuwalira, okusinziira ku buyinza Mukama bwe yampa okubazimba, so si okubazikiriza.
11 Finally, brethren, rejoice: be perfectly united together, be comforted, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
Ebisigadde abooluganda, mujaguze, muzibwemu amaanyi, mulowooze bumu, mubeere n’emirembe, Katonda ow’okwagala n’emirembe anaabeeranga nammwe.
12 Salute one another with a holy kiss.
Mulamusagane n’okulamusa okutukuvu.
13 All the saints salute you.
Abatukuvu bonna babalamusizza.
14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost be with you all. Amen. The second epistle to the Corinthians was written from Philippi, a city of Macedonia, by Titus and Luke.
Ekisa kya Mukama waffe Yesu Kristo, n’okwagala kwa Katonda, n’okussekimu okwa Mwoyo Mutukuvu, bibeerenga nammwe mwenna.
