2 Corinthians 11
1 I WISH ye would bear with me a little in my foolishness, yea indeed bear with me.
௧என் புத்தியீனத்தை நீங்கள் கொஞ்சம் சகித்துக்கொண்டால் நலமாக இருக்கும்; என்னைச் சகித்துமிருக்கிறீர்களே.
2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy; for I have espoused you to one husband, to present you a chaste virgin to Christ.
௨நான் உங்களைக் கற்புள்ள கன்னிகையாகக் கிறிஸ்து என்னும் ஒரே கணவனுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுக்க நியமித்தபடியால், உங்களுக்காக தேவவைராக்கியமான வைராக்கியம் கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்.
3 But I fear lest as the serpent beguiled Eve by his craftiness, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity which belongs to Christ.
௩ஆனாலும், பாம்பானது தன்னுடைய தந்திரத்தினாலே ஏவாளை ஏமாற்றினதுபோல, உங்களுடைய மனதும் கிறிஸ்துவைப்பற்றிய உண்மையிலிருந்து விலகும்படி கெடுக்கப்படுமோ என்று பயந்திருக்கிறேன்.
4 For if he indeed that cometh preach another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not embraced, ye might well bear with him.
௪எப்படியென்றால், உங்களிடம் வருகிறவன் நாங்கள் பிரசங்கிக்காத வேறொரு இயேசுவைப் பிரசங்கித்தால், அல்லது நீங்கள் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளாத வேறொரு ஆவியையும், நீங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாத வேறொரு நற்செய்தியையும் பெற்றீர்களானால், நன்றாகச் சகித்திருப்பீர்களே.
5 For I reckon myself to be nothing inferior to the very chief of the apostles.
௫மாபெரும் பிரதான அப்போஸ்தலர்களிலும், நான் ஒன்றிலும் குறைவுள்ளவன் இல்லை என்று நினைக்கிறேன்.
6 For though I may be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but on every occasion we have been made manifest in all things among you.
௬நான் பேச்சிலே கற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவனாக இருந்தாலும், அறிவிலே கற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவன் இல்லை; எல்லாக் காரியத்திலும், எல்லோருக்கும் முன்பாகவும் உங்களுக்குள்ளே நாங்கள் இதை வெளிப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறோமே.
7 Am I chargeable with a fault (humbling myself that you might be exalted), that I preached to you the gospel of God freely?
௭நீங்கள் உயர்த்தப்படும்படி நான் என்னைத்தானே தாழ்த்தி, தேவனுடைய நற்செய்தியை இலவசமாக உங்களுக்குப் பிரசங்கித்ததினாலே குற்றம் செய்தேனோ?
8 I plundered other churches, receiving a provision from them, in order to minister to you.
௮உங்களுக்கு ஊழியம் செய்யும்படிக்கு, மற்றச் சபைகளில் சம்பளத்தைப் பெற்று, அவர்களைக் கொள்ளையிட்டேன்.
9 And when I was with you, and in want, I was burdensome to no man; for my want the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied; and on every occasion I have kept myself from being burdensome, and will keep myself.
௯நான் உங்களோடு இருந்து குறைவுபட்டபோதும், யாரையும் நான் வருத்தப்படுத்தவில்லை; மக்கெதோனியாவில் இருந்து வந்த சகோதரர்கள் என் குறைவை நிறைவாக்கினார்கள்; எந்தவிதத்திலும் நான் உங்களுக்குச் சுமையாக இல்லாதபடிக்கு ஜாக்கிரதையாக இருந்தேன், இனிமேலும் ஜாக்கிரதையாக இருப்பேன்.
10 I protest, by the truth of Christ in me, that from this boasting no man shall seal up my lips in the regions of Achaia.
௧0அகாயா நாட்டின் பகுதிகளிலே இந்தப் புகழ்ச்சி என்னைவிட்டு நீங்குவதில்லை என்று என்னில் உள்ள கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய சத்தியத்தைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன்.
11 Wherefore? Because I love you not? God knoweth.
௧௧இப்படிச் சொல்லவேண்டியதென்ன? நான் உங்களை நேசிக்காதபடியாலோ? தேவன் அறிவார்.
12 But what I do, I will do also, that I may cut off occasion from those who desire occasion, that wherein they boast, they may be found even as we.
௧௨மேலும், எங்களை எதிர்க்க நேரம் தேடுகிறவர்களுக்கு நேரம் கிடைக்காதபடிக்கு, தங்களைக்குறித்து மேன்மைபாராட்டுகிற காரியத்தில் அவர்கள் எங்களைப்போலக் காணப்படும்படி, நான் செய்வதையே இன்னும் செய்வேன்.
13 For such are fake apostles, deceitful labourers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.
௧௩அப்படிப்பட்டவர்கள் கள்ள அப்போஸ்தலர்கள், கபடமுள்ள வேலையாட்கள், கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய அப்போஸ்தலரின் வேஷத்தை அணிந்துகொண்டவர்களாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.
14 And no marvel! For Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
௧௪அது ஆச்சரியம் இல்லை, சாத்தானும் ஒளியின் தூதனுடைய வேஷத்தை அணிந்துகொள்வானே.
15 It is no wonder therefore if his ministers also be transformed as ministers of righteousness; whose end will be according to their works.
௧௫எனவே அவனுடைய ஊழியக்காரர்களும் நீதியின் ஊழியக்காரர்களுடைய வேஷத்தை அணிந்துகொண்டால் அது ஆச்சரியம் இல்லையே; அவர்கள் முடிவு அவர்கள் செய்கைகளைப் பொருத்திருக்கும்.
16 I repeat it again, Let no man suppose that I am a fool; but if otherwise, then as a fool receive me, that I too may boast myself a little.
௧௬பின்னும் நான் சொல்லுகிறேன்; யாரும் என்னைப் புத்தியீனன் என்று நினைக்கவேண்டாம்; அப்படி நினைத்தால், நானும் கொஞ்சம் மேன்மைபாராட்டும்படி, என்னைப் புத்தியீனனைப்போலாவது ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.
17 What I speak, I speak not after the Lord, but as it were in folly in this confidence of boasting.
௧௭இப்படி நான் சொல்லுகிறது கர்த்தருக்கேற்றபடி சொல்லாமல், மேன்மைபாராட்டும் தைரியத்தினாலே புத்தியீனனைப்போலச் சொல்லுகிறேன்.
18 Seeing many boast themselves after the flesh, I will boast also.
௧௮அநேகர் சரீரத்திற்கேற்றபடி மேன்மை பாராட்டிக்கொள்ளும்போது, நானும் மேன்மைபாராட்டுவேன்.
19 For ye bear with fools easily when you are wise yourselves.
௧௯நீங்கள் புத்தி உள்ளவர்களாக இருந்து புத்தியில்லாதவர்களைச் சந்தோஷமாகச் சகித்திருக்கிறீர்களே.
20 For ye bear if a man enslave you, if a man eat you up, if a man receive from you, if a man is insolent, if a man smite you on the face.
௨0ஒருவன் உங்களைச் சிறையாக்கினாலும், ஒருவன் உங்களை அழித்தாலும், ஒருவன் உங்களைக் கைவசப்படுத்தினாலும், ஒருவன் தன்னை உயர்த்தினாலும், ஒருவன் உங்களை முகத்தில் அறைந்தாலும் சகித்திருக்கிறீர்களே.
21 I speak with reference to the reproach cast on me, as though we were feeble; but wherein any man is bold (I speak in foolishness), I am bold also.
௨௧நாங்கள் பலவீனரானதுபோல, எங்களுக்கு வந்த கனவீனத்தைக்குறித்துப்பேசுகிறேன்; ஒருவன் எதிலே துணிவுள்ளவனாக இருக்கிறானோ அதிலே நானும் துணிவுள்ளவனாக இருக்கிறேன்; இப்படிப் புத்தியீனமாகப் பேசுகிறேன்.
22 Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I.
௨௨அவர்கள் எபிரெயரா? நானும் எபிரெயன்; அவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேலரா? நானும் இஸ்ரவேலன்; அவர்கள் ஆபிரகாமின் வம்சத்தாரா? நானும் ஆபிரகாமின் வம்சத்தான்.
23 Are they the ministers of Christ? (I speak foolishly) I am above them: in labours more abundantly, in stripes exceedingly more, in prisons more frequently, in the most immediate danger of death often.
௨௩அவர்கள் கிறிஸ்துவின் ஊழியக்காரர்களா? நான் அதிகம்; புத்தியீனமாகப் பேசுகிறேன்; நான் அதிகமாகப் பிரயாசப்பட்டவன், அதிகமாக அடிபட்டவன், அதிகமாக சிறைக் காவல்களில் வைக்கப்பட்டவன், அநேகமுறை மரணவேதனையில் சிக்கிக்கொண்டவன்.
24 Of the Jews five times I have received forty stripes save one.
௨௪யூதர்களால் ஒன்றுகுறைய நாற்பது அடிகளாக ஐந்து முறை அடிக்கப்பட்டேன்;
25 Thrice I have been scourged with rods, once I have been stoned, thrice I have suffered shipwreck, a whole night and day I have passed in the deep;
௨௫மூன்றுமுறை பிரம்புகளால் அடிக்கப்பட்டேன், ஒருமுறை கல்லெறியப்பட்டேன், மூன்றுமுறை கப்பல் சேதத்தில் இருந்தேன், கடலிலே ஒரு இரவும் பகலும் கழித்தேன்.
26 in journeyings often, in perils of rivers, in perils of robbers, in perils from my own countrymen, in perils from the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the desert, in perils on the sea, in perils among false brethren;
௨௬அநேகமுறை பயணம் செய்தேன்; ஆறுகளால் வந்த மோசங்களிலும், திருடர்களால் வந்த மோசங்களிலும், என் சொந்த மக்களால் வந்த மோசங்களிலும், யூதரல்லாதவர்கள் மூலம் வந்த மோசங்களிலும், பட்டணங்களில் உண்டான மோசங்களிலும், வனாந்திரத்தில் உண்டான மோசங்களிலும், கடலில் உண்டான மோசங்களிலும், கள்ளச்சகோதரர்களால் வந்த மோசங்களிலும்;
27 in labour and travail, in watchings often, in fastings frequently, in hunger and thirst, in cold and nakedness;
௨௭பிரயாசத்திலும், வருத்தத்திலும் அநேகமுறை கண்விழிப்புகளிலும், பசியிலும் தாகத்திலும், அநேகமுறை உபவாசங்களிலும், குளிரிலும், நிர்வாணத்திலும் இருந்தேன்.
28 and beside all these things from without, that accumulated burden which cometh on me daily, the care of all the churches.
௨௮இவைகள் மட்டுமல்லாமல், எல்லா சபைகளைக்குறித்தும் உண்டாயிருக்கிற கவலை என்னை தினந்தோறும் துக்கப்படுத்துகிறது.
29 Who is feeble, and am I not feeble? Who is offended, and am I not on fire?
௨௯ஒருவன் பலவீனனானால் நானும் பலவீனனாகிறது இல்லையோ? ஒருவன் பாவத்தில் விழுந்தால் என் மனம் எரியாமல் இருக்குமோ?
30 If I must glory, I will glory in the things which respect my infirmities.
௩0நான் மேன்மைபாராட்டவேண்டுமென்றால், என் பலவீனங்களைக் காண்பிக்கிறவைகளைக்குறித்து மேன்மைபாராட்டுவேன்.
31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not. (aiōn g165)
௩௧என்றென்றைக்கும் ஸ்தோத்தரிக்கப்பட்ட தேவனும், நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் பிதாவுமானவர் நான் பொய் சொல்லுகிறது இல்லை என்று அறிவார். (aiōn g165)
32 In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king guarded the city of the Damascenes, intending to seize me;
௩௨தமஸ்கு பட்டணத்து அரேத்தா ராஜாவினுடைய படைத்தலைவன் என்னைப் பிடிக்கவேண்டும் என்று தமஸ்கருடைய பட்டணத்தைச் சுற்றி காவல்வைத்துக் காத்தான்;
33 and through a window in a basket I was let down by the wall, and escaped out of his hands.
௩௩அப்பொழுது நான் கூடையிலே வைக்கப்பட்டு, மதிலிலிருந்த ஜன்னல் வழியாக இறக்கிவிடப்பட்டு, அவனுடைய கைக்குத் தப்பினேன்.
