1 Peter 5
1 THE presbyters among you I exhort, who am a co-presbyter and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker of the glory which shall be revealed:

2 feed the flock of God which is among you, exercising your pastoral office not of necessity, but of choice, not for base gain, but with alacrity of mind;
nakhoigi nakhada leiba Tengban Mapugi yao sanggu adubu senbiyu, yengsinbiyu, tangaiphadana touba nattaduna Tengban Mapuna nakhoibu oihanningba adugumna, touningna tou; madu pukchel sengdana tongjanaba hotnaba nattaduna, touningna thougal tou.
3 not as domineering over your allotted congregations, but as being examples of the flock.
Nakhoida sinnakhrabasing adugi mathakta mapu oina panba nattaduna yao sanggu aduda pandamsing oiyu.
4 And when the arch Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that will never fade away.
Athoiba Yaosenba adu uhanbiba matamda, nakhoina sithaba leitraba matik mangalgi luhup adu phanggani.
5 In like manner, ye who are younger persons, be in subjection to your elders: but all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed from head to foot with humility: for God sets himself in opposition to the proud, but he giveth grace to the lowly.
Adugumduna nakhoi naha oibasa, nakhoi ahalsinggi makha pollu. Nakhoi pumnamak amaga amagagi maphamda nolukpagi phijol setlu, maramdi “Tengban Mapuna chaothokpasingbu thing-i, adubu nolukpasingda thoujal pibi.”
6 Humble yourselves therefore beneath the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due season:
Maram aduna Tengban Mapugi panggalaba khutki makhada nakhoina nolukchou adu oirabadi Ibungo mahakki achaba matamda nakhoibu mahakna thanggatpigani
7 casting all your anxiety upon him; for he careth for you.
Nakhoigi langtaknaba pumnamak Ibungogi maphamda langsillu; maramdi mahakna nakhoigidamak khanbi.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; for your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, prowleth around, seeking whom he may devour:
Mit na singna leiyu amasung mitseng khang-u! Nakhoigi yeknaba Devil-na ngangliba nongsagumna kanagumbabu yotsinnaba thiduna koina chatli.
9 against whom stand fast, firm in the faith, knowing that the very same sufferings are fully endured by the brotherhood which is in the world.
Nakhoigi thajabada chetna leppu amadi mahakpu thing-u, maramdi taibangpan-gi mapham pumnamakta leiba thajaba makhoidasu asigumba awaba khaangli haiba nakhoina khang-i.
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, when ye have suffered a little while, himself perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. (aiōnios g166)
Adubu nakhoina matam khara awaba khaanglaba matungda thoujal pumnamakki Tengban Mapuna mahakki lomba naidaba matik mangalda Christta Jisugi mapanna eikhoibu koubiraba Ibungo mahakna, nakhoibu mapung phahanbigani amasung achetpa, panggal amadi lengdraba yumpham nakhoida pibigani. (aiōnios g166)
Matam pumbagi oina panggal adu Ibungo mangonda leiba oisanu! Amen. (aiōn g165)
12 By Silvanus, a faithful brother as I think, I have written to you a few words, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye are standing fast.
Eina thajaba yaba ichil inao amani haina singthanajaba Silas-ki mapanna eina nakhoida samlapna chithi asi i-bani. Eina nakhoibu pukning thougatpa amadi masi Tengban Mapugi achumba thoujal aduni haiba eigi sakhi piba adu eina pammi.
13 She who is co-elect at Babylon, saluteth you, and my son Mark.
Nakhoiga loinana khandokminnarabi, Babylon-gi singlup aduna nakhoibu khurumjabagi wa hairak-i, aduga eigi icha Mark-nasu nakhoibu khurumjari.
14 Salute one another with a kiss of love. Peace be with you all that are in Christ Jesus. Amen.
Nungsibagi chupnabaga loinana nakhoi amaga amaga khurumnou. Christtada leiba nakhoi pumnamakta ingthaba leisanu.
