< 1 Corinthians 12 >

1 NOW concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
Ta ishato ayanay immiza imotetha gishshi inte issi miish erana mala ta koyays.
2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, drawn away after the idols that are dumb, even as ye have been led.
Inte ammananape kase coo mela heene haane guussan inte erontta kaalethetidi duuna muume gidida eeqatako bidayssa inteka ereta.
3 Wherefore I advertise you, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God, call Jesus anathema: and no man can say, Lord Jesus, but by the Holy Ghost.
Hessa gishshi oonikka Xoossa ayanan hasa7ishe “Yesusay qangettidade” geena. Hessaththoka xiillo ayanan gididi attin oonka “Yesusay Goda” gaana uray donttayssa ta intes yotays.
4 But there are diversities of gifts, though the same Spirit.
Asas imotethi duma duma gidishin ayanay gidiko issinokko.
5 And there are diversities of services, but the same Lord.
Oothoyka duma duma gidshin Goday gidiko issakko.
6 And there are diversities of mighty operations, but it is the same God who worketh all in all.
Duma duma ootho ogeti diikoka wursika oothizay issi Xoossakko.
7 Now to every one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for usefulness.
Gido attin xiillo ayana qoncciso imotay issades imetizay issife go7etanaskko.
8 For to one man by the Spirit is given wise discourse; but to another speech communicative of knowledge by the same Spirit;
Issades hiillan hasa7ana eratethi imetees. Hara uras qass he ayananka eratetha qaalan hasa7ana qaalay imetees.
9 to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing diseases by the same Spirit;
Issades he ayanan ammanoy imetees. Hara uras qass he ayananka hargizayta pathiza imotay imetees.
10 to another miraculous powers; to another prophecy; to another discernments of spirits; to another different kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
Issades malalithiza ootho oothiza imotay imetees. Qasseka hara uras buro tinbite hasa7ay; hara uras qasseka ayanata shaakki eroy; hara uras duma duma qaalan hasa7ey; qasseka hara uras hara duma duma qaalan hasaetidayssa birishana imotay imetees.
11 but all these things worketh that one and the same Spirit, distributing peculiar gifts to every one even as he wills.
Heyti wurikka he issi ayanay immiza imota gidishin issi issi uras ba koyida mala imees.
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, but all the members of that one body, though many, are one body: so also is Christ.
Issi asatetha bolla daro biilliteti diikoka asatethay issinokko. Gido attin biilliteti daro gidikkoka asatethay issino xalalakko. Kiristoosayka hessa malakko.
13 For by one Spirit we all have been baptised into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free men; and we have all been made to drink into one Spirit.
Ayhuda asata gidinka Girike asata gidinka, aylle gidinka woykko goqa asata gidinka nu wurikka issino gidanas issi ayanan xammaqetidosu. Nu wurikka ha issi ayanape uyidosu.
14 For the body is not one member, but many.
Asatethi medhettiday daro biillitistape attin issi biillitepe xalala gidena.
15 If the foot should say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it, on this account, not of the body?
Toy “Ta kushe gidontta gishshi asatetha giddon diikke” giiko izi hizgida gishshi izas asatethan duusi attanee?
16 And if the ear should say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it not therefore of the body?
Heythi “Ta ayfe gidontta gishshi asatetha giddon diike” giiko hessa gishshi asatetha giddon duusi izas attanee?
17 If the whole body were eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
Asatethi wurikka ayfe xalala gididako aazan siyanee? Asatethi wurikka haythe xalala gididako aazan singanee?
18 But now hath God placed the members, every one of them in the body, as he hath chosen.
Gido attin Xoossi issa issa ba koyda mala asatetha giddon daanas bessizason wothides.
19 But if the whole were one member, where were the body?
Biillitey wurikka issino gididako kumetha asatethi awape beistanee?
20 But now the members indeed are many, but the body one.
Hessa gishshi biilliteti daro shin asatethi gidiko issino xalalakko.
21 Nor can the eye say to the hand, I have no need of thee: or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
Ayfey kushe “Nena ta koyke” gaanas danda7ena. Hu7ey to “Nena taas koshena” gaana danda7ena.
22 Yea, much more the members of the body, which appear to be more feeble, are necessary:
Haray attoshin wursofe laafa milatiza biilliteti daro koshshizaytakko.
23 and those parts which we esteem as the more dishonourable of the body, on them we bestow more abundant honour, and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
Nuni laafa gi leqqiza biillitista hankoytape aathi bonchosu. Qasseka nu isttan yeelatiza biillitista harape aathi naagosu.
24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered together the body, giving more abundant honour to that part which lacked:
Nu isttan yeelatontta biillitistas gidiko hessa mala boncho koshena. Xoossi gidiko asatetha biillitista issi bolla oythethidi bonchoy paccizaytas adhetha boncho immides.
25 that there might be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
Izi hessa oothiday asatetha biillitista garisan shaakotethi doontta istti ba garisan issay issa benara gina gi qopanaskko.
26 And if one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; and if one member be exalted, all the members rejoice with it.
Issi biillitey sakettiko hanko biilliteti wurikka izara issife sakettettes. Issi biillitey bonchetiko biilliteti wurikka issife ufa7etes.
27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
Histiko inte wurikka Kiristoosa asatethikko. Inte issay issay iza asatetha biillitistakko.
28 And these also hath God placed in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, next miracles, then gifts of healings, helpers, directors, different kinds of tongues.
Xoossi woossa keeththa giddon koyro hawarista, nam7antho qasse nabeta, hedzdzantho asttamarista, kaallethidi malata oothizayta, pathiza imotethi dizayta, harataka ase maadiza imotay dizayta, dere ayiso eratethi dizaytane duma duma qaala hasa7ana imotethi diza asata wothides.
29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
Wurika hawaratee? Wurika nabetee? Wurika asttamaretee? Wurika malalithiza miishe oothizoo?
30 have all gifts of healings? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
Wurisoska hargizayta pathiza imotay dizee? Asi wurikka duma qaalan hasa7izee? Duma qaalan hasa7etoyssa asay wuri birshizee?
31 But zealously seek the gifts that are the best: and yet I shew unto you a more transcendently excellent way.
Gido attin inte wurikka wursofe adhdhiza imoteth lo7ethi koyte. Qasseka hara wursofe adhdhiza oge ta intena bessana.
