2 Be constant in prayer, watching in the same with thanksgiving;
Persevere in prayer, being watchful therein with thanksgiving;
3 at the same time also praying for us, in order that God may open to us the door of the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, on account of which I indeed am bound;
praying at the same time for us also, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for the sake of which I am also in bonds;
4 in order that I may manifest the same, as it behooves me to speak.
that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
