Zechariah 1
1 In the eight moneth of the second yeere of Darius, came the worde of the Lord vnto Zechariah the sonne of Berechiah, the sonne of Iddo, the Prophet, saying,
၁ဒါရိ မင်းကြီးနန်းစံနှစ် နှစ် ၊ အဋ္ဌမ လ တွင် ၊ ဣဒေါ သား ဗာရခိ ၏သား ပရောဖက် ဇာခရိ သို့ ရောက် လာသော ထာဝရဘုရား ၏နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ဟူမူကား၊
2 The Lord hath bene sore displeased with your fathers.
၂ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် တို့ဘိုးဘေး များကို အလွန်အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူပြီ။
3 Therefore say thou vnto them, Thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Turne ye vnto me, saith the Lord of hostes, and I will turne vnto you, saith the Lord of hostes.
၃သို့သော်လည်း ၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏အမိန့် တော်ကို သူ တို့အား ဆင့်ဆို ရမည် မှာ၊ ငါ့ ထံသို့ ပြန် ၍လာကြလော့ဟု၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ငါသည်လည်း သင် တို့ရှိရာသို့ ပြန် လာမည်ဟု၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
4 Be ye not as your fathers, vnto whome the former prophets haue cried, saying, Thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Turne you nowe from your euill wayes, and from your wicked workes: but they would not heare, nor hearken vnto me, saith the Lord.
၄ရှေး ပရောဖက် တို့က၊ သင် တို့မ ကောင်းသော လမ်း ၊ မ ကောင်းသောအကျင့် များကို ယခု ကြဉ်ရှောင် ကြလော့ဟု၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကို ဆင့်ဆို လျက် ကြွေးကြော် သော်လည်း နားမ ကြား ၊ ငါ့ စကားကို လည်း နား မ ထောင်သော သင် တို့ဘိုးဘေး များကဲ့သို့ မ ပြု ကြနှင့်ဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ ၏။
5 your fathers, where are they? and doe the Prophets liue for euer?
၅ဘိုးဘေး တို့သည် အဘယ် မှာရှိကြသနည်း။ ပရောဖက် တို့သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ အသက်ရှင် တတ်ကြ သလော ။
6 But did not my wordes and my statutes, which I commanded by my seruants ye Prophets, take holde of your fathers? and they returned, and sayd, As the Lord of hostes hath determined to doe vnto vs, according to our owne wayes, and according to our workes, so hath hee dealt with vs.
၆ငါ ၏ ကျွန် ပရောဖက် တို့၌ ငါမှာ ထားသော ငါ ၏ ပညတ် စကား တို့သည် သင် တို့ဘိုးဘေး များကို မှီ ကြပြီ မ ဟုတ်လော ။ သူတို့သည် သတိရ ၍ ငါ တို့ကျင့်ကြံ ပြုမူ သည်နှင့် အလျောက်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ တို့၌ စီရင် မည်ဟု အကြံ ရှိတော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ၊ စီရင် တော်မူပြီဟု ပြောဆိုကြသည် မဟုတ်လောဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
7 Vpon the foure and twentieth day of the eleuenth moneth, which is the moneth Shebat, in the second yeere of Darius, came the worde of the Lord vnto Zechariah the sonne of Berechiah, the sonne of Iddo the Prophet, saying,
၇ဒါရိ မင်းကြီးနန်းစံနှစ် နှစ် ၊ ဧကာ ဒသမလ တည်းဟူသော ရှေဗတ် လ နှစ် ဆယ်လေး ရက်နေ့ တွင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ဣဒေါ သား ဖြစ်သော ဗာရခိ ၏သား ပရောဖက် ဇာခရိ သို့ ရောက် လာ၍၊
8 I saw by night, and behold a man riding vpon a red horse, and hee stood among the mirre trees, that were in a bottome, and behinde him were there red horses speckeled and white.
၈ညဉ့် အခါမြင် ရသောရူပါရုံဟူမူကား ၊ မြင်း နီ ကို စီး သော လူ တဦးသည် ထင်ရှား ၍ ချိုင့် တွင် ရှိသောမုရတု တော၌ ရပ် ၏။ သူ့ နောက် မှာနီ သောမြင်း ၊ ညို သော မြင်း၊ ဖြူ သောမြင်းတို့သည် ရှိကြ၏။
9 Then sayd I, O my Lord, what are these? And the Angel that talked with me, sayde vnto me, I wil shew thee what these be.
၉ငါကလည်း ၊ အိုသခင် ၊ ထို သူတို့ကား အဘယ် သူနည်းဟုမေး သော်၊ ငါ နှင့် ပြောဆို သော ကောင်းကင် တမန် က၊ ထို သူ တို့ကား အဘယ် သူဖြစ်သည်ကို ငါ ပြ မည်ဟု ဆို ပြီးမှ ၊
10 And the man that stood among the mirre trees, answered, and sayd, These are they whome the Lord hath sent to go through the world.
၁၀မုရတု တော၌ ရပ် သော လူ က၊ ထို သူတို့သည် မြေကြီး အရပ်ရပ် တို့ကို လှည့်လည်၍ သွား စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား စေလွှတ် တော်မူသောသူဖြစ်ကြသည်ဟု ပြန်ပြော ၏။
11 And they answered the Angel of the Lord, that stood among the mirre trees, and sayd, We haue gone thorowe the world: and beholde, all the world sitteth still, and is at rest.
၁၁ထိုသူတို့ကလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မြေကြီး အရပ်ရပ် တို့ကို လှည့်လည်၍ သွား ပါပြီ။ မြေကြီး တရှောက်လုံး သည်အမှုမရှိ၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ် လျက်ရှိပါ၏ဟု၊ မုရတု တော၌ ရပ် သော ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ကောင်းကင် တမန်အား ပြန်လျှောက် ကြ၏။
12 Then the Angel of the Lord answered and sayd, O Lord of hostes, howe long wilt thou be vnmercifull to Ierusalem, and to the cities of Iudah, with whom thou hast bene displeased now these threescore and ten yeeres?
၁၂တဖန် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ကောင်းကင် တမန်က၊ အို ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အနှစ် ခုနစ် ဆယ်ပတ်လုံးအမျက်ထွက် တော်မူသောယေရုရှလင် မြို့နှင့် ယုဒ မြို့ များကို အဘယ် မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးမ သနား ဘဲ နေတော်မူမည်နည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် သော် ၊
13 And the Lord answered the Angel that talked with me, with good wordes and comfortable wordes.
၁၃ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ နှင့် ပြောဆို သော ကောင်းကင် တမန်အား ကောင်း သောစကား ၊ နှစ်သိမ့် စေသော စကား ပြန်ပြော တော်မူ၏။
14 So the Angel that communed with me, said vnto me, Crie thou, and speake, Thus saith the Lord of hostes, I am ielous ouer Ierusalem and Zion with a great zeale,
၁၄ငါ နှင့် ပြောဆို သော ကောင်းကင် တမန်ကလည်း ၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ အမိန့် တော်ကို ဆင့်ဆို ၍ ကြွေးကြော် ရမည်မှာ၊ ငါသည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့နှင့် ဇိအုန် တောင်အဘို့ အလွန်ကြင်နာ သောစိတ်အား ကြီး၏။
15 And am greatly angrie against the carelesse heathen: for I was angrie but a litle, and they helped forward the affliction.
၁၅ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာနေသောတပါး အမျိုးသားတို့ကို အလွန် အမျက် ထွက်၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ငါ သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို အနည်းငယ် အမျက် ထွက်သောအခါ သူတို့သည် ဝိုင်း ၍ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ကြပြီ။
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord, I wil returne vnto Ierusalem with tender mercie: mine house shall be builded in it, saith the Lord of hostes, and a line shall be stretched vpon Ierusalem.
၁၆ထိုကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုချင်သောစိတ်နှင့် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ငါပြန် လာ ပြီ။ ဤ မြို့တွင် ငါ့ အိမ် ကို တည်ဆောက် ရမည်။ မြို့ ရွာကို လည်း တိုင်းထွာ ရမည်ဟု၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
17 Cry yet, and speake, Thus saith the Lord of hostes, My cities shall yet be broken with plentie: the Lord shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet chuse Ierusalem.
၁၇တဖန် ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား ၏အမိန့် တော်ကို ဆင့်ဆို ၍ ကြွေးကြော် ရမည်မှာ၊ ငါ ၏ မြို့ရွာတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ် ၌ နှံ့ပြား၍ စည်ပင်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဇိအုန် တောင်သားတို့ကို နှစ်သိမ့် စေဦးမည်။ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သားတို့ကို ရွေးကောက် ၍ ပြုစု ဦးမည်ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
18 Then lift I vp mine eyes and sawe, and beholde, foure hornes.
၁၈တဖန် ငါမျှော်ကြည့် ၍ ဦးချို လေး ချောင်းကို မြင် ၏။
19 And I said vnto the Angel that talked with me, What be these? And hee answered me, These are the hornes which haue scattered Iudah, Israel, and Ierusalem.
၁၉ငါ နှင့် ပြောဆို သော ကောင်းကင် တမန်အား လည်း ၊ ထို ဦးချိုတို့ကား အဘယ်သို့ နည်းဟု မေးမြန်း သော် ၊ ထို ဦးချိုတို့သည် ယုဒ ပြည်၊ ဣသရေလ ပြည်၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့တို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေသော ဦးချို ဖြစ်သည်ဟု ပြန်ပြော ၏။
20 And the Lord shewed me foure carpenters.
၂၀ထာဝရဘုရား သည်လည်း လက်သမား လေး ဦးတို့ကို ပြ တော်မူ၏။
21 Then said I, What come these to doe? And he answered, and said, These are the hornes, which haue scattered Iudah, so that a man durst not lift vp his head: but these are come to fray them, and to cast out the hornes of the Gentiles, which lift vp their horne ouer the land of Iudah, to scatter it.
၂၁ငါကလည်း၊ ဤ သူတို့သည် အဘယ် အမှုကို ပြု ခြင်းငှါ လာ ပါသနည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် သော် ၊ ကောင်းကင် တမန်က၊ ထို ဦးချို တို့သည် အဘယ်သူမျှမျှော် ၍ မ ကြည့်ဝံ့အောင်၊ ယုဒ ပြည်သားတို့ကို ကွဲပြား စေသော ဦးချိုဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ဤလက်သမားတို့သည် ယုဒ ပြည်သား တို့ ကို ကွဲပြား စေခြင်းငှာ တိုက်လာသောထိုဦးချို တို့ကို ခြိမ်းမောင်း ၍၊ တပါး အမျိုး၏ ဦးချို တို့ကို ရှုတ်ချ သောသူ ဖြစ် ကြသည်ဟု ပြန်ပြော ၏။
