< Zechariah 4 >

1 And the Angel that talked with mee, came againe and waked mee, as a man that is raysed out of his sleepe,
Nibalik’ amy zao i anjely nisaontsy amakoy le nitsekafe’e, manahake ty fampivañonañe ‘ndaty miròtse.
2 And saide vnto me, What seest thou? And I said, I haue looked, and beholde, a candlesticke all of gold with a bowle vpon the toppe of it, and his seuen lampes therein, and seuen pipes to the lampes, which were vpon the toppe thereof.
Le hoe re amako, Ino o oni’oo? Le hoe ty asako: Mahatrea fitàm-pailo volamena ki’e, reketse ty korobo ambone’e eo, ama’e ty failo fito; fito ty toiô’e, eka fito mb’amy failo fito ambone’e rey;
3 And two oliue trees ouer it, one vpon the right side of the bowle, and the other vpon the left side thereof.
naho hatae olive roe ty añ’ila’e, raike ankavana’ i koroboy, le raike ankavia’e.
4 So I answered, and spake to the Angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my Lord?
Nañontaneako i anjely nifanaontsy amakoy, ty hoe: Inoñe o reroañeo, ry talèko?
5 Then the Angel that talked with mee, answered and said vnto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my Lord.
Le nanoiñe ahy i anjely nifanaontsy amakoy, ami’ty hoe: Tsy apota’o hao o retiañeo? Le hoe iraho: Aiy! talèko!
6 Then he answered and spake vnto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord vnto Zerubbabel, saying, Neither by an armie nor strength, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hostes.
Le hoe ty navale’ i anjeliy amako: Ty tsara’ Iehovà amy Zerobabele, manao ty hoe: Tsy an-kafatrarañe, tsy an-kaozarañe, fa an-Troko hoe t’Iehovà’ i Màroy.
7 Who art thou, O great mountaine, before Zerubbabel? thou shalt be a plaine, and he shall bring foorth the head stone thereof, with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace vnto it.
Ia v’iheo, ry haboañe aboo? ie aolo’ i Zerobabele eo ro hinjare tane-mira? le hendese’e boak’ ao ty vato-fampikatohañe, hikoikoike ty hoe, Fañisohañe, fañisohañe.
8 Moreouer, the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
Nimb’ amako indraike ty tsara’ Iehovà nanao ty hoe:
9 The handes of Zerubbabel haue layde the foundation of this house: his handes shall also finish it, and thou shalt knowe that the Lord of hostes hath sent me vnto you.
Nampipetake o mananta’ ty anjomba toio o fità’ i Zerobabeleo, le o fità’eo ka ro hamonitse aze; vaho ho fohi’o te nañirak’ ahy ama’ areo t’Iehovà’ i Màroy.
10 For who hath despised the day of the small thinges? but they shall reioyce, and shall see the stone of tinne in the hand of Zerubbabel: these seuen are the eyes of the Lord, which go thorow the whole world.
Ia ty nanirìka ty andron-draha pilipito’e? Ho isa’ iareo an-kafaleañe o talim-pahity am-pità’ i Zerobabeleo, toe o fito retoañe, o fihaino’ Iehovà manitsike ty tane toio mb’eo mb’eo.
11 Then answered I, and said vnto him, What are these two oliue trees vpon the right and vpon the left side thereof?
Le nañontaneako ty hoe: Inoñ’ o hatae olive ankavana o fitàm-pailo naho ankavia’eo?
12 And I spake moreouer, and said vnto him, What bee these two oliue branches, which thorowe the two golden pipes emptie themselues into the golde?
Tinovoko fañindroe’e, ty hoe: Ino o singan’ olive roe añ’ila’ i toiò volamena roe rey, mañiliñe menake volamena boak’ ama’eo?
13 And hee answered me, and saide, Knowest thou not what these bee? And I sayde, No, my Lord.
Natoi’e ami’ty hoe: Tsy fohi’o hao t’ie inoñe? Le hoe ty natoiko: Aiy! ry taleko.
14 Then said he, These are the two oliue branches, that stand with the ruler of the whole earth.
Le hoe re tamako: Ie i roe norizañe ami'ty menake rey: ie mijohañe añ’ila’ i Talè’ ty tane toy eo.
