< Song of Solomon 8 >
1 Oh that thou werest as my brother that sucked the brestes of my mother: I would finde thee without, I would kisse thee, then they should not despise thee.

2 I will leade thee and bring thee into my mothers house: there thou shalt teache me: and I will cause thee to drinke spiced wine, and newe wine of the pomegranate.
Nang to kang zaeh moe, kai thuitaekkung, kam no imthung ah kang caeh haih han; hmuihoih misurtui hoi pomegranat thingthai tui to kang naeksak han.
3 His left hand shalbe vnder mine head, and his right hand shall embrace me.
Anih ih banqoi ban to lu kang hngoeng haih, a bantang ban hoiah kai ang takoih.
4 I charge you, O daughters of Ierusale, that you stir not vp, nor waken my loue, vntil she please.
Aw Jerusalem canunawk, angmah koeh ah angthawk ai karoek to, ka tlangai to palawt o hmah, tiah lok kang thuih o.
5 (Who is this that commeth vp out of the wildernesse, leaning vpon her welbeloued?) I raysed thee vp vnder an apple tree: there thy mother conceiued thee: there she coceiued that bare thee.
Angmah ih tlangai khaeah amha, praezaek hoiah angzo kami loe mi aa? Shulam tangla ih lok Epal kung tlim ah nang to kang qoengsak: to ah nam no mah ang pomh; to ah nam no mah ang tapen boeh.
6 Set mee as a seale on thine heart, and as a signet vpon thine arme: for loue is strong as death: ielousie is cruel as the graue: the coles thereof are fierie coles, and a vehement flame. (Sheol )
Kai hae na palung nuiah catui daeng ah loe, na ban tampawk nuiah tacik to daeng ah; amlunghaih loe duekhaih baktiah thacak; uthaih palungthin loe taprong baktiah palung maengh; anih loe hmaipalai baktiah kangh moe, thacak hmai kangqong baktiah oh. (Sheol )
7 Much water can not quench loue, neither can the floods drowne it: If a man should giue all the substance of his house for loue, they would greatly contemne it.
Amlunghaih loe pop parai tui mah paduek thai ai, vapui tui mah doeh pazawk thai ai; amlunghaih tawnh pongah, kami mah a tawnh ih hmuennawk boih paek han koeh cadoeh, kasae thuihaih om toengtoeng vop tih.
8 Wee haue a litle sister, and she hath no breastes: what shall we do for our sister when she shalbe spoken for?
Aicae mah tanuh maeto a tawnh o, anih loe tahnu doeh om ai vop; anih to zu ah dueng o nahaeloe, anih hanah timaw a sak pae o han?
9 If shee be a wall, we will builde vpon her a siluer palace: and if she be a doore, we wil keepe her in with bordes of cedar.
Anih loe sipae ah om nahaeloe, anih nuiah sumkanglung imsang to ka sak pae o han; anih loe thok ah om nahaeloe, anih to sidar thingphaek hoiah ka padap o han.
10 I am a wall, and my breasts are as towres: then was I in his eyes as one that findeth peace.
Kai loe sipae ah ka oh, kai ih tahnu loe kasang imnawk baktiah oh; to pongah a hmaa ah palung han koiah ka oh.
11 Salomon had a vine in Baal-hamon: hee gaue the vineyarde vnto keepers: euery one bringeth for ye fruite thereof a thousand pieces of siluer.
Solomon loe Baal Hamon ah misur takha maeto tawnh; to misur takha loe minawk hanah toepsak; athaih to caak o pongah kami maeto boih mah sumkanglung phoisa sangto sinh o.
12 But my vineyarde which is mine, is before me: to thee, O Salomon appertaineth a thousand pieces of siluer, and two hundreth to them that keepe the fruite thereof.
Kai ih misur takha loe ka hmaa ah oh, kaimah han khue ni oh; Aw Solomon, phoisa sangto loe nangmah hanah suem ah, cumvai hnetto loe takha khenzawnkung hanah paek ah.
13 O thou that dwellest in the gardens, the companions hearken vnto thy voyce: cause me to heare it.
Takha thungah kaom kami, nam puinawk loe na lok to tahngaih o; kai doeh lok na tahngaisak toeng ah.
14 O my welbeloued, flee away, and be like vnto the roe, or to the yong harte vpon ye mountaines of spices.
Ka tlangai, karangah angzo ah, hmuihoih maenawk nui ih tasuk baktiah angzo ah.
