< Song of Solomon 1 >
Ny tonon-kira tsara indrindra, izay nataon’ i Solomona.
2 Let him kisse me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy loue is better then wine.
Enga anie ka hanoroka ahy amin’ ny fanorohan’ ny vavany izy! Fa tsara noho ny divay ny fitiavanao.
3 Because of the sauour of thy good ointments thy name is as an ointment powred out: therefore the virgins loue thee.
Mani-pofona ny menakao tsara, menaka manitra voaidina ny anaranao, koa izany no itiavan’ ny zatovovavy anao.
4 Drawe me: we will runne after thee: the King hath brought me into his chabers: we will reioyce and be glad in thee: we will remember thy loue more then wine: the righteous do loue thee.
Taomy aho, dia hihazakazaka hanaraka anao izahay; Nentin’ ny mpanjaka ho ao an-efi-tranony aho. Hifaly sy hiravoravo aminao izahay; Hankalazainay mihoatra noho ny divay ny fitiavanao; Fitiavana marina no itiavany anao.
5 I am blacke, O daughters of Ierusalem, but comely, as the tentes of Kedar, and as the curtaines of Salomon.
Mivalomainty aho, nefa tsara tarehy, ry zanakavavin’ i Jerosalema, toy ny lain’ i Kedara, toy ny ambain-dain’ i Solomona.
6 Regard ye me not because I am blacke: for the sunne hath looked vpon mee. The sonnes of my mother were angry against mee: they made me the keeper of ye vines: but I kept not mine owne vine.
Aza mibanjina ahy, fa mivalomainty aho, satria efa azon’ ny hainandro; Tezitra tamiko ny zanak’ ineny; Notendreny ho mpiandry ny tanim-boalobony aho; Nefa ny tanim-boaloboko kosa, dia ny an’ ny tenako, tsy mba nandrasako.
7 Shewe me, O thou, whome my soule loueth, where thou feedest, where thou liest at noone: for why should I be as she that turneth aside to the flockes of thy companions?
Lazao amiko, ry ilay tian’ ny fanahiko, izay iandrasanao ny ondrinao, sy izay ampandrianao azy raha antoandro; Fa nahoana no ho tahaka izay mivezivezy foana aho Eny amin’ ny andian’ ny namanao?
8 If thou knowe not, O thou the fairest among women, get thee foorth by the steps of the flocke, and feede thy kiddes by the tents of the shepheards.
Raha tsy fantatrao, ry tsara tarehy indrindra amin’ ny vehivavy, dia mandehana hanaraka ny andian’ ny ondry aman’ osy, ary andraso eny amin’ ny lain’ ny mpiandry ondry ny zanak’ osinao.
9 I haue compared thee, O my loue, to the troupe of horses in the charets of Pharaoh.
Ry tompokovavy havako, ianao dia ampitahaiko amin’ ny soavalivaviko mitarika ny kalesin’ i Farao.
10 Thy cheekes are comely with rowes of stones, and thy necke with chaines.
Mahatsara ny tarehinao ireo voahangy voatohy; Manendrika ny vozonao ireo rado.
11 We will make thee borders of golde with studdes of siluer.
Nefa rojo volamena misy voavola mibontsimbontsina kosa no hataonay ho anao.
12 Whiles the King was at his repast, my spikenard gaue the smelll thereof.
Raha mipetraka amin’ ny latabany ny mpanjaka, dia mamerovero tsara ny nardako.
13 My welbeloued is as a bundle of myrrhe vnto me: he shall lie betweene my breasts.
Ny malalako dia miora am-pehezana madinika mandry eo an-tratrako.
14 My welbeloued is as a cluster of camphire vnto me in the vines of Engedi.
Ny malalako dia tahaka ny vonin’ ny kofera amiko, any an-tanimbolin’ i En-jedy.
15 My loue, beholde, thou art faire: beholde, thou art faire: thine eyes are like the doues.
Indro, tsara tarehy ianao, ry tompokovavy havako; Indro, tsara tarehy ianao; Voromailala ny masonao.
16 My welbeloued, beholde, thou art faire and pleasant: also our bed is greene:
Indro, tsara tarehy ianao, ry malalako, eny, mahafinaritra; Maitso ny fandriantsika.
17 The beames of our house are cedars, our rafters are of firre.
Sedera ny sakamandimbin’ ny tranontsika, ary kypreso ny peta-drindrintsika.
