Romans 13
1 Let euery soule be subiect vnto the higher powers: for there is no power but of God: and the powers that be, are ordeined of God.
யுஷ்மாகம் ஏகைகஜந: ஸா²ஸநபத³ஸ்ய நிக்⁴நோ ப⁴வது யதோ யாநி ஸா²ஸநபதா³நி ஸந்தி தாநி ஸர்வ்வாணீஸ்²வரேண ஸ்தா²பிதாநி; ஈஸ்²வரம்’ விநா பத³ஸ்தா²பநம்’ ந ப⁴வதி|
2 Whosoeuer therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist, shall receiue to themselues condemnation.
இதி ஹேதோ: ஸா²ஸநபத³ஸ்ய யத் ப்ராதிகூல்யம்’ தத்³ ஈஸ்²வரீயநிரூபணஸ்ய ப்ராதிகூல்யமேவ; அபரம்’ யே ப்ராதிகூல்யம் ஆசரந்தி தே ஸ்வேஷாம்’ ஸமுசிதம்’ த³ண்ட³ம்’ ஸ்வயமேவ க⁴டயந்தே|
3 For Magistrates are not to be feared for good workes, but for euill. Wilt thou then bee without feare of the power? doe well: so shalt thou haue praise of the same.
ஸா²ஸ்தா ஸதா³சாரிணாம்’ ப⁴யப்ரதோ³ நஹி து³ராசாரிணாமேவ ப⁴யப்ரதோ³ ப⁴வதி; த்வம்’ கிம்’ தஸ்மாந் நிர்ப⁴யோ ப⁴விதும் இச்ச²ஸி? தர்ஹி ஸத்கர்ம்மாசர, தஸ்மாத்³ யஸோ² லப்ஸ்யஸே,
4 For he is ye minister of God for thy wealth, but if thou do euill, feare: for he beareth not the sworde for nought: for he is the minister of God to take vengeance on him that doeth euill.
யதஸ்தவ ஸதா³சரணாய ஸ ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ப்⁴ரு’த்யோ(அ)ஸ்தி| கிந்து யதி³ குகர்ம்மாசரஸி தர்ஹி த்வம்’ ஸ²ங்கஸ்வ யத: ஸ நிரர்த²கம்’ க²ங்க³ம்’ ந தா⁴ரயதி; குகர்ம்மாசாரிணம்’ ஸமுசிதம்’ த³ண்ட³யிதும் ஸ ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய த³ண்ட³த³ப்⁴ரு’த்ய ஏவ|
5 Wherefore ye must bee subiect, not because of wrath only, but also for conscience sake.
அதஏவ கேவலத³ண்ட³ப⁴யாந்நஹி கிந்து ஸத³ஸத்³போ³தா⁴த³பி தஸ்ய வஸ்²யேந ப⁴விதவ்யம்’|
6 For, for this cause ye pay also tribute: for they are Gods ministers, applying themselues for the same thing.
ஏதஸ்மாத்³ யுஷ்மாகம்’ ராஜகரதா³நமப்யுசிதம்’ யஸ்மாத்³ யே கரம்’ க்³ரு’ஹ்லந்தி த ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய கிங்கரா பூ⁴த்வா ஸததம் ஏதஸ்மிந் கர்ம்மணி நிவிஷ்டாஸ்திஷ்ட²ந்தி|
7 Giue to all men therefore their duetie: tribute, to whome yee owe tribute: custome, to whom custome: feare, to whome feare: honour, to whom ye owe honour.
அஸ்மாத் கரக்³ராஹிணே கரம்’ த³த்த, ததா² ஸு²ல்கக்³ராஹிணே ஸு²ல்கம்’ த³த்த, அபரம்’ யஸ்மாத்³ பே⁴தவ்யம்’ தஸ்மாத்³ பி³பீ⁴த, யஸ்²ச ஸமாத³ரணீயஸ்தம்’ ஸமாத்³ரியத்⁴வம்; இத்த²ம்’ யஸ்ய யத் ப்ராப்யம்’ தத் தஸ்மை த³த்த|
8 Owe nothing to any man, but to loue one another: for he that loueth another, hath fulfilled the Lawe.
யுஷ்மாகம்’ பரஸ்பரம்’ ப்ரேம விநா (அ)ந்யத் கிமபி தே³யம் ரு’ணம்’ ந ப⁴வது, யதோ ய: பரஸ்மிந் ப்ரேம கரோதி தேந வ்யவஸ்தா² ஸித்⁴யதி|
9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adulterie, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steale, Thou shalt not beare false witnes, Thou shalt not couet: and if there be any other commandement, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, euen in this, Thou shalt loue thy neighbour as thy selfe.
வஸ்துத: பரதா³ராந் மா க³ச்ச², நரஹத்யாம்’ மா கார்ஷீ: , சைர்ய்யம்’ மா கார்ஷீ: , மித்²யாஸாக்ஷ்யம்’ மா தே³ஹி, லோப⁴ம்’ மா கார்ஷீ: , ஏதா: ஸர்வ்வா ஆஜ்ஞா ஏதாப்⁴யோ பி⁴ந்நா யா காசித்³ ஆஜ்ஞாஸ்தி ஸாபி ஸ்வஸமீபவாஸிநி ஸ்வவத் ப்ரேம குர்வ்வித்யநேந வசநேந வேதி³தா|
10 Loue doeth not euill to his neighbour: therefore is loue the fulfilling of the Lawe.
யத: ப்ரேம ஸமீபவாஸிநோ(அ)ஸு²ப⁴ம்’ ந ஜநயதி தஸ்மாத் ப்ரேம்நா ஸர்வ்வா வ்யவஸ்தா² பால்யதே|
11 And that, considering the season, that it is now time that we should arise from sleepe: for now is our saluation neerer, then when we beleeued it.
ப்ரத்யயீப⁴வநகாலே(அ)ஸ்மாகம்’ பரித்ராணஸ்ய ஸாமீப்யாத்³ இதா³நீம்’ தஸ்ய ஸாமீப்யம் அவ்யவஹிதம்’; அத: ஸமயம்’ விவிச்யாஸ்மாபி⁴: ஸாம்ப்ரதம் அவஸ்²யமேவ நித்³ராதோ ஜாக³ர்த்தவ்யம்’|
12 The night is past, and the day is at hande, let vs therefore cast away the workes of darkenesse, and let vs put on the armour of light,
ப³ஹுதரா யாமிநீ க³தா ப்ரபா⁴தம்’ ஸந்நிதி⁴ம்’ ப்ராப்தம்’ தஸ்மாத் தாமஸீயா: க்ரியா: பரித்யஜ்யாஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்வாஸரீயா ஸஜ்ஜா பரிதா⁴தவ்யா|
13 So that wee walke honestly, as in the day: not in gluttonie, and drunkennesse, neither in chambering and wantonnes, nor in strife and enuying.
அதோ ஹேதோ ர்வயம்’ தி³வா விஹிதம்’ ஸதா³சரணம் ஆசரிஷ்யாம: | ரங்க³ரஸோ மத்தத்வம்’ லம்படத்வம்’ காமுகத்வம்’ விவாத³ ஈர்ஷ்யா சைதாநி பரித்யக்ஷ்யாம: |
14 But put yee on the Lord JESUS CHRIST, and take no thought for the flesh, to fulfill the lustes of it.
யூயம்’ ப்ரபு⁴யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டரூபம்’ பரிச்ச²த³ம்’ பரித⁴த்³த்⁴வம்’ ஸுகா²பி⁴லாஷபூரணாய ஸா²ரீரிகாசரணம்’ மாசரத|
