Revelation 12
1 And there appeared a great wonder in heauen: A woman clothed with the sunne, and the moone was vnder her feete, and vpon her head a crowne of twelue starres.
Kꞌa te riꞌ xilitaj jun ixoq cho ri kaj ri ukojom ri qꞌij che ratzꞌyaq, ri ikꞌ kꞌo pa raqan, pa ri ujolom kꞌo jun korona ri kꞌo kabꞌlajuj chꞌumil che.
2 And she was with childe, and cried traueiling in birth, and was pained readie to be deliuered.
Ri ixoq jubꞌiqꞌ karaj kakꞌojiꞌ ral, kuraqaqej uchiꞌ rumal ri qꞌoxom ri kunaꞌo, rumal chi xa jubꞌiqꞌ karaj kuya ri ral cho ri uwachulew.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaue: for beholde, a great red dragon hauing seuen heads, and ten hornes, and seuen crownes vpon his heads:
Xaq kꞌa teꞌ xukꞌut chi ribꞌ cho ri kaj jun nimalaj kyaqa kumatz ri kꞌo raqan ri sibꞌalaj xibꞌibꞌal, we kumatz riꞌ wuqubꞌ ujolom kꞌolik, lajuj rukꞌaꞌ, xuqujeꞌ pa ri ujolom kꞌo wuqubꞌ alaj taq nitzꞌ korona.
4 And his taile drew the thirde part of the starres of heauen, and cast them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman, which was ready to be deliuered, to deuoure her childe, when shee had brought it foorth.
Ri kumatz rukꞌ ri ujeꞌ xuꞌjururej loq ri urox qꞌat chike ri chꞌumil ri e kꞌo cho ri kaj xuꞌkꞌyaq loq cho ri uwachulew. Ri kumatz xtakꞌiꞌk cho ri ixoq ri xa jubꞌiqꞌ karaj kakꞌojiꞌ ral rech jeriꞌ kutij bꞌik ri ral ri ixoq are kakꞌojiꞌk.
5 So shee brought foorth a man childe, which should rule all nations with a rod of yron: and that her childe was taken vp vnto God and to his throne.
Ri ixoq xkꞌojiꞌ jun ral ala pa ri uwachulew, are waꞌ ri kataqan na xuqujeꞌ kuqꞌat na tzij pa kiwiꞌ konojel ri winaq rech ri uwachulew rukꞌ jun chꞌichꞌa bꞌara. Kꞌa te riꞌ xmaj bꞌik ri ral we ixoq riꞌ, xkꞌam bꞌik cho ri Dios pa ri kaj.
6 And the woman fled into wildernes where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feede her there a thousande, two hundreth and three score dayes.
Xanimaj kꞌu bꞌik ri ixoq xeꞌ pa ri kꞌolibꞌal ri katzꞌinowik, chilaꞌ sukꞌumatal wi jun ukꞌolibꞌal rech jeriꞌ katoꞌik oxibꞌ junabꞌ rukꞌ nikꞌaj.
7 And there was a battell in heauen, Michael and his Angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels.
Kꞌa te riꞌ xbꞌan jun chꞌoꞌj pa ri kaj, are xechꞌoꞌjin ri Miguel e rachiꞌl ri rangelibꞌ rukꞌ ri kumatz e rachiꞌl xuqujeꞌ ri rangelibꞌ.
8 But they preuailed not, neither was their place found any more in heauen.
Man xkwin ta kꞌu ri kumatz xuqujeꞌ ri e rachiꞌl xekanaj kanoq pa ri kaj.
9 And the great dragon, that olde serpent, called the deuil and Satan, was cast out, which deceiueth all the world: he was euen cast into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Jeriꞌ xbꞌan chi resaxik bꞌik ri kumatz, ri ojer kumatz ri ubꞌiꞌnaꞌm Itzel, are waꞌ ri kuꞌmenkꞌetij konojel ri winaq cho ri uwachulew, ri rangelibꞌ xekꞌyaq xuqujeꞌ loq pa ri ulew.
10 Then I heard a loude voyce in heauen, saying, Now is saluation, and strength, and the kingdome of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast downe, which accused them before our God day and night.
Kꞌa te riꞌ xinta jun chꞌabꞌal ri sibꞌalaj ko xchꞌaw pa ri kaj, jewaꞌ xubꞌij: Xulik ri kolotajem, ri kwinem xuqujeꞌ ri rajawarem ri qaDios. Xulik ri ukwinem ri Cristo, rumal cher xkꞌyaq bꞌik ri tzujunel, are waꞌ ri chi paqꞌij chi chaqꞌabꞌ ketzujun ri qachalal cho ri Dios.
11 But they ouercame him by that blood of that Lambe, and by that worde of their testimonie, and they loued not their liues vnto the death.
We qachalal xechꞌeken puꞌwiꞌ we jastaq riꞌ rumal ri ukamikal ri alaj chij xuqujeꞌ rumal xkiqꞌalajisaj ri ubꞌiꞌ; man xkixiꞌj ta kibꞌ cho ri kamikal xane xkiya kibꞌ pa kamik.
12 Therefore reioyce, ye heauens, and ye that dwell in them. Wo to the inhabitants of the earth, and of the sea: for the deuill is come downe vnto you, which hath great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time.
Rumal kꞌu riꞌ chekiꞌkot ri kaj xuqujeꞌ ri e kꞌo chilaꞌ. Kꞌax ke ri e kꞌo cho ri uwachulew xuqujeꞌ ri e kꞌo pa ri plo, rumal cher ri Itzel sibꞌalaj royawal xqaj bꞌik iwukꞌ xuqujeꞌ retaꞌm chi xa jun janipa qꞌij chik yaꞌtal che.
13 And when the dragon sawe that hee was cast vnto the earth, he persecuted the woman which had brought forth the man childe.
Are xril ri kumatz chi xkꞌyaq loq cho ri uwachulew, xok chi roqotaxik ri ixoq ri kꞌa te xkꞌojiꞌ ral ala.
14 But to the woman were giuen two wings of a great eagle, that she might flie into the wildernes, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and halfe a time, from the presence of the serpent.
Xyaꞌtaj kꞌu che ri ixoq kebꞌ uxikꞌ jetaq ri rech jun nimalaj xik, rech jeriꞌ kanimaj cho ri kumatz rech keꞌ pa ri ulew ri katzꞌinowik, jeriꞌ keꞌkꞌol pa ri ukꞌolibꞌal jawjeꞌ kakꞌojiꞌ wi na oxibꞌ junabꞌ rukꞌ nikꞌaj.
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water after the woman, like a flood, that he might cause her to be caried away of the flood.
Ri kumatz resaj loq pa ri uchiꞌ jun nimalaj nimaꞌ rech jeriꞌ ri nimaꞌ kukꞌam bꞌik ri ixoq.
16 But the earth holpe the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swalowed vp the flood, which the dragon had cast out of his mouth.
Ri ulew kꞌut xutoꞌ ri ixoq, jeriꞌ rumal ri ulew xubꞌiqꞌ bꞌik ri nimaꞌ ri xresaj loq ri kumatz puꞌchiꞌ.
17 Then the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went and made warre with the remnant of her seede, which keepe the comaundements of God, and haue the testimonie of Iesus Christ.
Xyojtaj kꞌut ri kumatz rukꞌ ri ixoq, rumal riꞌ xeꞌ chubꞌanik chꞌoꞌj kukꞌ ri nikꞌaj rijaꞌl chi ri ixoq, are waꞌ ri winaq ri kakinimaj ri utaqanik ri Dios xuqujeꞌ qas kejeqiꞌk pa ri utzij ri Jesús.
