Psalms 99

1 The Lord reigneth, let the people tremble: he sitteth betweene the Cherubims, let the earth be moued.

परमप्रभुले राज्‍य गर्नुहुन्छ । जातिहरू थरथर होऊन् । उहाँ करूबहरूमाथि विराजमान हुनुहुन्छ । पृथ्वी थरथराओस् ।

2 The Lord is great in Zion, and he is high aboue all the people.

परमप्रभु सियोनमा महान् हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ सबै जातिभन्दा माथि उचालिनुभएको छ ।

3 They shall prayse thy great and fearefull Name (for it is holy)

तिनीहरूले तपाईंको महान् र भयङ्कर नाउँको स्तुति गरून् । उहाँ पवित्र हुनुहुन्छ ।

4 And the Kings power, that loueth iudgement: for thou hast prepared equitie: thou hast executed iudgement and iustice in Iaakob.

राजा शक्तिशाली हुनुहुन्छ र उहाँले न्यायलाई प्रेम गर्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले निश्‍पक्षता स्थापित गर्नुभएको छ । तपाईंले याकूबमा धार्मिकता र न्याय गर्नुभएको छ ।

5 Exalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his footestoole: for he is holy.

परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्‍वरको स्तुति गर र उहाँको पाउदानमा आराधना गर । उहाँ पवित्र हुनुहुन्छ ।

6 Moses and Aaron were among his Priests, and Samuel among such as call vpon his Name: these called vpon the Lord, and he heard them.

मोशा र हारून उहाँका पुजारीमध्‍येका थिए, र शमूएल उहाँको नाउँ पुकारा गर्नेहरूमध्येका थिए । तिनीहरू परमप्रभुलाई पुकारा गरे र उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई जवाफ दिनुभयो ।

7 Hee spake vnto them in the cloudie pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the Lawe that he gaue them.

उहाँ तिनीहरूसँग बादलको खामोबाट बोल्नुभयो । उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई दिनुभएको उहाँका महत्त्वपूर्ण आज्ञाहरू र विधिहरू तिनीहरूले पालन गरे ।

8 Thou heardest them, O Lord our God: thou wast a fauourable God vnto them, though thou didst take vengeance for their inuentions.

हे परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्‍वर, तपाईंले तिनीहरूलाई जवाफ दिनुभयो । तपाईं तिनीहरूको निम्ति क्षमा दिनुहुने परमेश्‍वर हुनुहुन्थ्यो, तर जसले तिनीहरूका पापपूर्ण कामहरूलाई दण्ड दिनुभयो ।

9 Exalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his holy Mountaine: for the Lord our God is holy.

परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्‍वरको स्तुति गर र उहाँको पवित्र पर्वतमा आराधना गर, किनकि परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्‍वर पवित्र हुनुहुन्छ ।
