Psalms 98

1 A Psalme. Sing vnto the Lord a newe song: for hee hath done marueilous things: his right hand, and his holy arme haue gotten him the victorie.

একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে নতুন গান গাও, কারণ তিনি অবিশ্বাস্য কাজ করেছেন; তাঁর ডান হাত ও তাঁর পবিত্র বাহু তাঁর পক্ষে পরিত্রাণ সাধন করেছেন।

2 The Lord declared his saluation: his righteousnes hath he reueiled in the sight of ye nations.

সদাপ্রভু তাঁর পরিত্রাণ ঘোষণা করেছেন এবং তাঁর ধার্মিকতা জাতিদের কাছে প্রকাশ করেছেন।

3 He hath remembred his mercy and his trueth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth haue seene the saluation of our God.

ইস্রায়েলের প্রতি তাঁর প্রেম ও বিশ্বস্ততা তিনি স্মরণে রেখেছেন; আমাদের ঈশ্বরের পরিত্রাণ পৃথিবীর সমস্ত প্রান্ত প্রত্যক্ষ করেছে।

4 All the earth, sing ye loude vnto the Lord: crie out and reioyce, and sing prayses.

সমস্ত পৃথিবী, সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে জয়ধ্বনি করো, প্রশংসায় মেতে ওঠো ও আনন্দগান করো;

5 Sing prayse to the Lord vpon the harpe, euen vpon the harpe with a singing voyce.

বীণা সহযোগে সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে গান গাও, বীণা সহযোগে ও গানের শব্দে,

6 With shalmes and sound of trumpets sing loude before the Lord the King.

তূরীধ্বনির শব্দে এবং শিঙার সুদীর্ঘ শব্দে— রাজা সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশে জয়ধ্বনি করো।

7 Let the sea roare, and all that therein is, the world, and they that dwell therein.

সমুদ্র ও তার মধ্যে যা কিছু আছে গর্জন করুক, পৃথিবী ও তাঁর মধ্যে যারা সবাই বসবাস করে।

8 Let the floods clap their hands, and let the mountaines reioyce together

নদীরা হাততালি দিক, পর্বতগুলি একসঙ্গে আনন্দগান করুক;

9 Before the Lord: for he is come to iudge the earth: with righteousnesse shall hee iudge the world, and the people with equitie.

সদাপ্রভুর সামনে তারা গান করুক; কারণ তিনি জগতের বিচার করতে আসছেন। তিনি ধার্মিকতায় এই পৃথিবী এবং ন্যায়ে জাতিগণের বিচার করবেন।
