Psalms 94
1 O Lord God the auenger, O God the auenger, shewe thy selfe clearely.
அநீதிக்கு பழிவாங்குகிற இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவே, அநீதிக்கு பழிவாங்குகிற இறைவனே, பிரகாசியும்.
2 Exalt thy selfe, O Iudge of the worlde, and render a reward to the proude.
பூமியின் நீதிபதியே, எழுந்தருளும்; பெருமை உள்ளவர்களுக்குத் தக்கபடி பதிலளியும்.
3 Lord how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
எவ்வளவு காலத்திற்கு யெகோவாவே, கொடியவர்கள், எவ்வளவு காலத்திற்கு கொடியவர்கள் களிகூர்ந்திருப்பார்கள்?
4 They prate and speake fiercely: all the workers of iniquitie vaunt themselues.
அவர்கள் அகங்காரமான வார்த்தைகளைப் பேசுகிறார்கள்; தீமை செய்வோர் யாவரும் பெருமை நிறைந்து பேசுகிறார்கள்.
5 They smite downe thy people, O Lord, and trouble thine heritage.
யெகோவாவே, அவர்கள் உமது மக்களை தாக்குகிறார்கள்; உமது உரிமைச்சொத்தை ஒடுக்குகிறார்கள்.
6 They slay the widowe and the stranger, and murder the fatherlesse.
விதவைகளையும் வேறுநாட்டைச் சேர்ந்தவரையும் அவர்கள் அழிக்கிறார்கள்; அவர்கள் தந்தையற்றவர்களைக் கொலைசெய்கிறார்கள்.
7 Yet they say, The Lord shall not see: neither will the God of Iaakob regard it.
“யெகோவா இவற்றைக் காண்பதில்லை, யாக்கோபின் இறைவன் இவற்றைக் கவனிப்பதில்லை” என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.
8 Vnderstande ye vnwise among the people: and ye fooles, when will ye be wise?
மக்கள் மத்தியில் அறிவற்றவர்களாய் இருப்பவர்களே, கவனமாயிருங்கள்; மூடரே, நீங்கள் எப்பொழுது அறிவு பெறுவீர்கள்?
9 Hee that planted the eare, shall hee not heare? or he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
காதைப் படைத்தவர் கேட்கமாட்டாரோ? கண்ணை உருவாக்கியவர் பார்க்கமாட்டாரோ?
10 Or he that chastiseth the nations, shall he not correct? hee that teacheth man knowledge, shall he not knowe?
மக்களைத் தண்டிக்கிறவர் உங்களையும் தண்டிக்கமாட்டாரோ? மனிதருக்குப் போதிக்கிறவர் அறிவில் குறைந்தவரோ?
11 The Lord knoweth the thoughtes of man, that they are vanitie.
மனிதரின் சிந்தனைகளை யெகோவா அறிந்திருக்கிறார்; அவை பயனற்றவை என்பதையும் அவர் அறிவார்.
12 Blessed is the man, whom thou chastisest, O Lord, and teachest him in thy Lawe,
யெகோவாவே, நீர் தண்டித்து, உமது சட்டத்திலிருந்து போதிக்கிற நபர் ஆசீர்வதிக்கப்பட்டவர்.
13 That thou mayest giue him rest from the dayes of euill, whiles the pitte is digged for the wicked.
கொடியவர்களுக்கோ குழிவெட்டப்படும் வரை கஷ்ட நாட்களிலிருந்து அவர்களுக்கு நீர் விடுதலை வழங்குகிறீர்.
14 Surely the Lord will not faile his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
ஏனெனில் யெகோவா தமது மக்களைப் புறக்கணிக்கமாட்டார்; தமது உரிமைச்சொத்தை ஒருபோதும் கைவிடமாட்டார்.
15 For iudgement shall returne to iustice, and all the vpright in heart shall follow after it.
நீதியின்மேல் நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு திரும்பவும் கட்டப்படும்; அதை இருதயத்தில் நேர்மையுள்ளோர் அனைவரும் பின்பற்றுவார்கள்.
16 Who will rise vp with me against the wicked? or who will take my part against the workers of iniquitie?
எனக்காக கொடியவனுக்கு விரோதமாய் எழும்புகிறவன் யார்? தீமை செய்வோருக்கு எதிராய் எனக்குத் துணைநிற்பவன் யார்?
17 If the Lord had not holpen me, my soule had almost dwelt in silence.
யெகோவா எனக்கு உதவி செய்திருக்காவிட்டால், நான் சீக்கிரமாய் மரணத்தின் மவுனத்தில் குடிகொண்டிருந்திருப்பேன்.
18 When I said, My foote slideth, thy mercy, O Lord, stayed me.
“என் கால் சறுக்குகிறது” என்று நான் சொன்னபோது, யெகோவாவே உமது உடன்படிக்கையின் அன்பே என்னைத் தாங்கியது.
19 In the multitude of my thoughts in mine heart, thy comfortes haue reioyced my soule.
கவலை எனக்குள் பெரிதாய் இருக்கையில், உமது ஆறுதல் என் ஆத்துமாவுக்கு மகிழ்வைத் தந்தது.
20 Hath the throne of iniquitie fellowship with thee, which forgeth wrong for a Lawe?
தான் பிறப்பிக்கும் விதிமுறைகளினாலேயே துன்பத்தைக் கொண்டுவரும், ஊழல் நிறைந்த ஆட்சியாளர்கள் உமக்கு கூட்டாளிகளாயிருக்க முடியுமோ?
21 They gather them together against the soule of the righteous, and condemne the innocent blood.
அந்தக் கொடியவர்கள் நீதிமான்களுக்கு விரோதமாகக் கூட்டங்கூடி, குற்றமற்றவர்களுக்கு மரணத்தீர்ப்பு அளிக்கிறார்கள்.
22 But the Lord is my refuge, and my God is the rocke of mine hope.
ஆனால் யெகோவாவோ என் கோட்டையும், நான் தஞ்சமடையும் கன்மலையான என் இறைவனுமானார்.
23 And hee will recompence them their wickednes, and destroy them in their owne malice: yea, the Lord our God shall destroy them.
அவர் அவர்களுடைய பாவங்களுக்காகப் பதில்செய்து, அவர்கள் கொடுமைகளினிமித்தம் அவர்களை தண்டிப்பார்; எங்கள் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவா அவர்களை தண்டிப்பார்.
