Psalms 94
1 O Lord God the auenger, O God the auenger, shewe thy selfe clearely.
യഹോവേ, പ്രതികാരത്തിന്റെ ദൈവമേ, പ്രതികാരത്തിന്റെ ദൈവമേ, പ്രകാശം പരത്തണമേ.
2 Exalt thy selfe, O Iudge of the worlde, and render a reward to the proude.
ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായാധിപതിയേ, എഴുന്നേൽക്കണമേ; അഹങ്കാരികൾക്ക് അവർ അർഹിക്കുന്ന ശിക്ഷനൽകണമേ.
3 Lord how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
ദുഷ്ടർ ഇനിയും എത്രനാൾ, യഹോവേ, ദുഷ്ടർ എത്രനാൾ തിമിർത്താഹ്ലാദിക്കും?
4 They prate and speake fiercely: all the workers of iniquitie vaunt themselues.
അഹന്തനിറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകൾ അവർ ഉരുവിടുന്നു; അധർമികൾ എല്ലാവരും വമ്പുപറയുന്നു.
5 They smite downe thy people, O Lord, and trouble thine heritage.
യഹോവേ, അവിടത്തെ ജനത്തെ അവർ ഞെരിച്ചമർത്തുന്നു; അങ്ങയുടെ അവകാശത്തെ അവർ പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
6 They slay the widowe and the stranger, and murder the fatherlesse.
വിധവകളെയും പ്രവാസികളെയും അവർ കൊന്നൊടുക്കുന്നു; അനാഥരെ അവർ വധിക്കുന്നു.
7 Yet they say, The Lord shall not see: neither will the God of Iaakob regard it.
അവർ ഇപ്രകാരം പറയുന്നു, “യഹോവ കാണുന്നില്ല; യാക്കോബിന്റെ ദൈവം ഗൗനിക്കുന്നില്ല.”
8 Vnderstande ye vnwise among the people: and ye fooles, when will ye be wise?
ജനങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലെ വിവേകശൂന്യരായ മനുഷ്യാ, കരുതിയിരിക്കുക; ഭോഷരേ, നിങ്ങൾക്കിനി എന്നാണ് ജ്ഞാനമുദിക്കുക?
9 Hee that planted the eare, shall hee not heare? or he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
കാതുകൾ വെച്ചുപിടിപ്പിച്ചവൻ കേൾക്കാതിരിക്കുമോ? കണ്ണുകൾ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയവൻ കാണാതെവരുമോ?
10 Or he that chastiseth the nations, shall he not correct? hee that teacheth man knowledge, shall he not knowe?
രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളെ വരുതിയിൽ നിറുത്തിയവൻ ശിക്ഷിക്കാതിരിക്കുമോ? മനുഷ്യവംശത്തെ അഭ്യസിപ്പിക്കുന്നവന് പരിജ്ഞാനം കുറവെന്നുവരുമോ?
11 The Lord knoweth the thoughtes of man, that they are vanitie.
മനുഷ്യരുടെ വിചാരങ്ങളെല്ലാം യഹോവ അറിയുന്നു; അവ വ്യർഥമെന്ന് അവിടന്ന് അറിയുന്നു.
12 Blessed is the man, whom thou chastisest, O Lord, and teachest him in thy Lawe,
യഹോവേ, അവിടന്ന് ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർ അനുഗൃഹീതർ, അങ്ങയുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽനിന്ന് അവിടന്ന് പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർതന്നെ.
13 That thou mayest giue him rest from the dayes of euill, whiles the pitte is digged for the wicked.
അവിടന്ന് അവർക്ക് ദുരിതദിനങ്ങളിൽ സ്വസ്ഥത നൽകുന്നു, ദുഷ്ടർക്കുവേണ്ടി ഒരു കുഴി കുഴിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതുവരെ.
14 Surely the Lord will not faile his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
കാരണം യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തെ തള്ളിക്കളയുകയില്ല; അവിടന്ന് തന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയുമില്ല.
15 For iudgement shall returne to iustice, and all the vpright in heart shall follow after it.
ന്യായവിധി വീണ്ടും നീതിയിൽ അധിഷ്ഠിതമായിരിക്കും ഹൃദയപരമാർഥികൾ എല്ലാവരും അത് പിൻതുടരും.
16 Who will rise vp with me against the wicked? or who will take my part against the workers of iniquitie?
ദുഷ്ടരെ നേരിടുന്നതിനായി ആരാണ് എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി എഴുന്നേൽക്കുന്നത്? ആര് എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി അധർമികളോട് എതിർത്തുനിൽക്കും?
17 If the Lord had not holpen me, my soule had almost dwelt in silence.
യഹോവ എനിക്ക് സഹായി ആയിരുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ, ഞാൻ അതിവേഗത്തിൽ മരണത്തിന്റെ നിശ്ശബ്ദതയിൽ പാർക്കുമായിരുന്നു.
18 When I said, My foote slideth, thy mercy, O Lord, stayed me.
“എന്റെ കാൽ വഴുതുന്നു,” എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, യഹോവേ, അവിടത്തെ അചഞ്ചലസ്നേഹം എനിക്ക് തുണയായിരുന്നു.
19 In the multitude of my thoughts in mine heart, thy comfortes haue reioyced my soule.
എന്റെയുള്ളിൽ ആകുലതകൾ വർധിച്ചപ്പോൾ, അവിടത്തെ സാന്ത്വനം എന്റെ പ്രാണന് ആനന്ദം നൽകി.
20 Hath the throne of iniquitie fellowship with thee, which forgeth wrong for a Lawe?
അഴിമതിനിറഞ്ഞ സിംഹാസനവുമായി അങ്ങേക്ക് സഖ്യമുണ്ടാകുമോ— ഉത്തരവുകളിലൂടെ ദുരന്തം വരുത്തുന്ന സിംഹാസനത്തോടുതന്നെ?
21 They gather them together against the soule of the righteous, and condemne the innocent blood.
അവർ നീതിനിഷ്ഠർക്കെതിരേ ഒത്തുചേർന്ന് നിരപരാധികളെ മരണത്തിന് വിധിക്കുന്നു.
22 But the Lord is my refuge, and my God is the rocke of mine hope.
എന്നാൽ യഹോവ എന്റെ ഉറപ്പുള്ള കോട്ടയായിത്തീർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു, അവിടന്ന് എന്റെ ദൈവം, ഞാൻ അഭയംതേടുന്ന പാറയും.
23 And hee will recompence them their wickednes, and destroy them in their owne malice: yea, the Lord our God shall destroy them.
അവിടന്ന് അവരുടെ പാപങ്ങൾക്കു തക്ക പ്രതികാരംചെയ്യും അവരുടെ ദുഷ്‌പ്രവൃത്തികൾമൂലം അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കും; നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ അവരെ തകർത്തുകളയും.
