Psalms 93

1 The Lord reigneth, and is clothed with maiestie: the Lord is clothed, and girded with power: the world also shall be established, that it cannot be mooued.

DOMNUL domnește, el este îmbrăcat cu maiestate; DOMNUL este îmbrăcat cu putere, cu care s-a încins el însuși; lumea de asemenea este întemeiată, ca să nu fie mișcată.

2 Thy throne is established of olde: thou art from euerlasting.

Tronul tău este întemeiat din vechime, tu ești din eternitate.

3 The floodes haue lifted vp, O Lord: the floodes haue lifted vp their voyce: the floods lift vp their waues.

Potopurile au înălțat, DOAMNE, potopurile și-au înălțat vocile; potopurile își înalță valurile.

4 The waues of ye sea are marueilous through the noyse of many waters, yet the Lord on High is more mightie.

DOMNUL, în înalt, este mai puternic decât zgomotul multor ape, da, decât puternicele valuri ale mării.

5 Thy testimonies are very sure: holinesse becommeth thine House, O Lord, for euer.

Mărturiile tale sunt cu totul sigure, sfințenie se cuvine casei tale, DOAMNE, pentru totdeauna.
