< Psalms 87 >

1 A Psalme or song committed to the sonnes of Korah. God layde his foundations among the holy mountaines.

2 The Lord loueth the gates of Zion aboue all the habitations of Iaakob.
Angraeng loe Jakob ohhaih ahmuennawk boih pongah doeh, Zion ih khongkhanawk to palung kue.
3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O citie of God. (Selah)
Aw Sithaw vangpui, nihcae mah na lensawkhaih hmuennawk to thuih o. (Selah)
4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babel among them that knowe me: beholde Palestina and Tyrus with Ethiopia, There is he borne.
Kai panoek kaminawk khaeah Rahab hoi Babylon to ka thuih han; Philistia, Tura hoi Ethiopia kaminawk to khenah; hae kami loe to vangpui ah ni tapen.
5 And of Zion it shall be sayde, Many are borne in her: and he, euen the most High shall stablish her.
Hae ih kaminawk hoi ho ih kaminawk loe to vangpui ah ni tapen; Kasang koek, angmah roe mah, to vangpui to caksak tih, tiah Zion kawng to thui o tih boeh.
6 The Lord shall count, when hee writeth the people, He was borne there. (Selah)
Angraeng mah kaminawk ih ahmin to tarik naah, hae kami loe to ahmuen ah ni tapen, tiah pakuem tih. (Selah)
7 Aswell the singers as the players on instruments shall prayse thee: all my springs are in thee.
Laasah kaminawk, katoeng kruek moe, tamoi ueng kaminawk boih mah, kaicae anghoehaihnawk boih loe nang khaeah ni oh, tiah thui o tih.
