Psalms 82

1 A Psalme committed to Aspah. God standeth in the assemblie of gods: hee iudgeth among gods.

١ مَزْمُورٌ لِآسَافَ ٱللهُ قَائِمٌ فِي مَجْمَعِ ٱللهِ. فِي وَسْطِ ٱلْآلِهَةِ يَقْضِي:

2 How long wil ye iudge vniustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? (Selah)

٢ «حَتَّى مَتَى تَقْضُونَ جَوْرًا وَتَرْفَعُونَ وُجُوهَ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ؟ سِلَاهْ.

3 Doe right to the poore and fatherlesse: doe iustice to the poore and needie.

٣ اِقْضُوا لِلذَّلِيلِ وَلِلْيَتِيمِ. أَنْصِفُوا ٱلْمِسْكِينَ وَٱلْبَائِسَ.

4 Deliuer the poore and needie: saue them from the hand of the wicked.

٤ نَجُّوا ٱلْمِسْكِينَ وَٱلْفَقِيرَ. مِنْ يَدِ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ أَنْقِذُوا.

5 They knowe not and vnderstand nothing: they walke in darkenes, albeit all the foundations of the earth be mooued.

٥ «لَا يَعْلَمُونَ وَلَا يَفْهَمُونَ. فِي ٱلظُّلْمَةِ يَتَمَشَّوْنَ. تَتَزَعْزَعُ كُلُّ أُسُسِ ٱلْأَرْضِ.

6 I haue said, Ye are gods, and ye all are children of the most High.

٦ أَنَا قُلْتُ: إِنَّكُمْ آلِهَةٌ وَبَنُو ٱلْعَلِيِّ كُلُّكُمْ.

7 But ye shall die as a man, and yee princes, shall fall like others.

٧ لَكِنْ مِثْلَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَمُوتُونَ وَكَأَحَدِ ٱلرُّؤَسَاءِ تَسْقُطُونَ».

8 O God, arise, therefore iudge thou the earth: for thou shalt inherite all nations.

٨ قُمْ يَا ٱللهُ. دِنِ ٱلْأَرْضَ، لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ تَمْتَلِكُ كُلَّ ٱلْأُمَمِ.
