Psalms 67

1 To him that excelleth on Neginoth. A Psalme or song. God be mercifull vnto vs, and blesse vs, and cause his face to shine among vs. (Selah)

Dem Vorsänger. Mit Saitenspiel. Ein Psalmlied. Gott sei uns gnädig und segne uns, er lasse sein Antlitz bei uns leuchten, (Pause)

2 That they may know thy way vpon earth, and thy sauing health among all nations.

daß man auf Erden deinen Weg erkenne, unter allen Nationen dein Heil.

3 Let the people prayse thee, O God: let all the people prayse thee.

Es sollen dir danken die Völker, o Gott, dir danken alle Völker. (Pause)

4 Let the people be glad and reioyce: for thou shalt iudge the people righteously, and gouerne the nations vpon the earth. (Selah)

Die Nationen sollen sich freuen und jauchzen, weil du die Völker recht richtest und die Nationen auf Erden führst! (Pause)

5 Let the people prayse thee, O God: let all the people prayse thee.

Es sollen dir danken die Völker, o Gott, dir danken alle Völker!

6 Then shall the earth bring foorth her increase, and God, euen our God shall blesse vs.

Das Land gibt sein Gewächs; es segne uns Gott, unser Gott;

7 God shall blesse vs, and all the endes of the earth shall feare him.

es segne uns Gott, und alle Welt fürchte ihn!
